Ofcourse I never meant to mislead my fellow Corp Members that contacted me lately about the Stream2 new Saga. Well, We've now made an official confirmation from the Ogun State Coordinator through the LGI at the NYSC Secretariat about this. This is Freaking Real now. They are moving all our files/folders down to our respective camps to perhaps make some attendance updates. Im afraid our refusal to show up might result in some very serious penalty.
So, it's very much Official now;
"The 2014 Batch B Stream2 corp members are now participants of the 2014 Batch C Orientation Exercise scheduled to begin on Tuesday, 4th Of November, 2014 to be held in the respective State Orientation Camps where corp members are currently serving"

Well, I got an update from Paiko. My Guy said we'll all come back to see and collect our posting letter. He said there's a time table for that over there. And he said as for him, being from South South after they're done with their reg, they'll have to come back on the 19th of September for the posting...

lorddaywalker: your source plz

heemah:
i dnt fink dz z true...i just call newguy now and he said dey r doin d registration accordin to geoP...Am almost dia too sha...Now at Bida

Aiit. I have a group on WhatsApp and I have over 5 north Central members there right now that fed mi this same info.. I said earlier that they said the State coordinator noticed allot of ppl came to camp yesterday irrespective of the geopolitical zones. I think most ppl didn't hear the geopolitical zoning so they all went in yesterday. So this morning They said they were told to line up according to their geopolitical zones. So they are attending to everyone irrespective of their zones. Although the registration is gonna be for a span of 1 week (1st-8th), the registration is now for everyone. If u still doubt this info, call someone there right now....

Please don't get me wrong... I'm saying the registration now is for everyone. Not saying u should rush down there now. The registration is still gonna take a span of 1 week as earlier schedule. So a South West can go now if he chooses to & will still have his registration.. No more geopolitical zone dates applicable again. Though they are told to line up according to their geopolitical zones...

Here's another news from NYSC as posted on the Facebook page linked to their site. As thus;

For clarification sake, you report to the camp address written on your callup letter on the date fixed for the geopolitical zone you come from. When you reach camp, you will register. After registration , collect your kits then proceed to your state of deployment for primary assignment. Or after registration you can seek for relocation, when granted, just proceed to the state you have been relocated to for your primary assignment.

From the table analysis, u are to report only on the date specified for yr geopolitical zone
The statement after the timetable numbered 2 reads
Prospective corps members are to come along
with details of their bank accounts as follows:.
i. Account Name:
ii. Bank Name:
iii. Account Number:
iv. Sort Code:

This means u will need to bring along the details as mentioned...
Ur sort code is a tracking code, every branch of banks have their sort code. So endeavour to get to ur bank and collect the sort code
Please don't forget anything @ all like Mariam mentioned... ANYTHING @ ALL PLEASE
Please be on the safer side, hold all necessary documents.. In fact even the ones u know u might eventually not need, u will most definitely take them back home in case u don't use them..
Item 3, first statement reads
Prospective Corps members are to equally note
that the registration process will not take more
than one hour.

This means that on the date of yr geopolitical zone registration, the entire reg will take only just 1 HOUR.

Meaning u'll need to be smart & swift with everything you are asked to do or MIGHT BE SKIPPED. So have all ur documents in a file and get them very handy to present them when they ask of it
Item 3, second statement reads

Thereafter, they are to collect their kits and proceed immediately to their states of deployment or RELOCATION as the case may be for the completion of the remaining
formalities..

Here's a bit tricky buh let's do this... I think what this one means is that

After collection of kits and whatsoever after the registration process @ paiko, we'll proceed immediately to our "state of Deployment or RELOCATION as the case may be"
.. Our state of Deployment is Adamawa..
Now the next statement stresses the fact that there might be a chance of us being given a new state of Deployment as it were during the registration process..

THEY CAN NEVER POST US TO ADAMAWA BECAUSE WE ENDED UP IN NIGER FOR SECURITY ISSUES WHICH CAN NEVER TAKE US BACK THERE

That's mi opinion tho. And if we are posted to Adamawa which I very much doubt, I'm heading straight to my father's house #Shikena

Redeployment could be quite tough @ this very critical time buh will still advise U my beautiful guys to please hold that documents or view to state Security as a reason..

Now I very much doubt it, if we can file for redeployment @ the registration point since they claim it will take just ONE hour. Therefore, I fink we can do that wen u get to the State of Deployment which I guess would be given to us on the registration date

Third reads
"In order to ensure seamless exercise, prospective corps members are advised to report on the dates indicated in the
time table presented hereunder"

"SEAMLESS" in that context means flawless, perfect, faultless... You are advised to adhere strictly to the guidelines on the table to avoid unnecessary stress...
We are advised to report in the date specified in the table we'll discuss in the next statement
Fourth reads "The grouping is in accordance with the geo-political zones where the corps members come from.
Which means u need to choose yr geopolitical zone in accordance with your State of Origin...
NYSC / Re: Batch B 2014 : Posted To Adamawa State, Let's Meet Here by Sean7t9: 5:08pm On Aug 20, 2014
Second reads "Prospective corps members deployed to the affected states scheduled for the exercise are to report at the designated orientation camps reflected in their Call-Up Letters for registration.

This means all stream II corps members like Adamawa, Yobe etc are to meet at their state of Deployment as written on their call up letters... Still means Adamawa State Corp members to report at paiko...

Let's do some analysis to the post on www.nysc.gov.ng/news-and_events/dislodgement.php

Now the first sentence reads 'In consideration of the presidential pronouncement that all schools should not reopen at this time of national health emergency, the abridged version of the 2014 Batch 'B' orientation course is scheduled to
commence from 1st to 8th September, 2014."...

What this means is : As a result of The National Health Emergency (Ebola Epidemic Outbreak), our general orientation course is now scheduled to hold from 1st to 8th September....

Fire Fighters are already at the scene due to distress call they got. Millions of properties are in flames at these hours... Quite Pathetic... embarassed

NYSC suspends orientation in the six states scheduled to
start Orientation on 1st of September. Source =>
http://thenationonlineng.net/new/ebola-nysc-
suspends-orientation-in-six-states . Well, I heard this
earlier but I just thought it should be a rumour "In good
faith". However, I'm afraid this is as true as it was
posted on the Nation News online just this morning.
Although, it has not been updated on the NYSC official
website for now, it should in due time.
