Did you read what you wrote?

Can you read the last part of the contract you prepared?

Let me post it here so that you can interpret it to the house

So May to September is in a hurry?
Everyone can see what is coming out from his mouth.

Let him post the picture of the building as at May and then the pictures as at September, let the house see what he actually did for 4 months when no issues for that long delay came up.

You were asked to come to site for handover and stock taking, you refused, nor sent anyone, yet you have the audacity to type this?

You have my figures already and have my account number with the time I gave you for a refund (even though its supposed to be instant since you're with my money).

Till then, I will stop replying you here.

To those who are still blind to the fraud committed by n3xt, the document attached by somehow to this post above clearly stated what should happen in the event that n3xt default, which he did. Going by that document, next should refund 2.45m. Now, he is looking for every excuse not to pay. Is that not fraud?

How else can you describe a contractor that is trying so hard not to follow a document that was prepared by he himself

We have some upcoming 'n3xt' on this thread. God will expose all of you.

Errr…….
We will really appreciate it if you can read some of the comments here starting from September 23 last year as suggested by the latest victim of n3xt/brabus, the fraudulent builder.
The fraudster is known for packaging many lies in his comments on this thread to lure people, especially visitors and new members. The old members know him for whom he is.
Everybody that visits this thread on a daily basis including he himself knows that Brabus / n3xt is a fraudster.
we want Somehow to be his last victim here.

DUNKA:
@rotech77 you should say something on the efforts made to resolve the refund issue and if there is a slither of chance at a refund. This issue has dragged on from 2021 and should have been resolved by now.

You can deduce from his last comment concerning the issue that he's also expecting n3xt to make payment.
rotecch77:
Well ,as the mediator i have spoken with brabus and discussed extensively coupled with messages with him same with his client but at this point we are yet to concluded the matter bcs no payment as been made.
I will update the house later

This has been the position of the client. He's clear on that.
somehow:

At this stage, meeting in person is of no use as long as he's yet to refund me.

He should just pay me. He's got my account details.

If there's any other need to see me in person, that should be after we are done with the refund.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Why Do People Always Say FG Jobs Has Job Security? by seankim(m): 4:15am On Dec 31, 2021
Because an employee of a private trust/organization/an individual can be terminated without any notice and with no benefit nor access to fair hearing. Example of such is an aid to a governor, who was terminated due to his post on his Facebook page.
If na FG employee, they will get fair hearing, even when it's obvious that he/she must have committed the offence. Take Aba Kyari's case, it's still pending after over how many months now?
By saying job security, Some ppl also means that you're not under any form of pressure kiss. You may not even have any clue about your role in the parastatal till you're due to become the director grin. Is God not wonderful?
Another job security na the sure pay, plus say table fit turn reach your side for 'breakfast' one day and you go hammer. if you know, you know. The kind massive corruption wey de civil service no be here.

When sending cc to more than one person, it considered good practice to start listing the person's based on heirachy/seniority/relevance to the mail content.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Share Your Experience Physically Going To Submit Your C.v In A Company by seankim(m): 4:38pm On Dec 13, 2021
Henrypraise:
Many Nigerians are very sympathetic to the plights of struggling Nigerians, I wish I could relay my experience in words so I can give normal warri body demonstrations.

So sometime in 2017, things where terrible for me, very very terrible and I kept swinging like a pendulum in and out of depression, I left my little abode in warri Delta State and set sail to set up camp with cousins in festac Lagos, I relaid to them my mission in Lagos, to jejely submit my CV in as many companies as possible.

Armed with the little change I could dust and gleaned from my malnourished bank account and leaking pockets, I was optimistic, I already made alot of photocopies of my CV and also edited to standard...

My cousins gave me directions how I will arrive "ligali", I carefully jotted notable landmarks, I wore a well ironed shirt to tocked in a blue jeans trouser, my bag hanging loosely behind me like a hunters bag, I bounced through "Amuwo odofin" just as I was to cross the express, someone tapped me by my shoulders, waived a not so clear i.d card in my face, introducing himself as a police officer and telling me to follow him, with my rude warri accent and bass voice, I asked "follow you go where? Why I wan follow you?" He said what do I have in my bag, I quickly opened it, he saw many envelopes, brought one out, I allowed him read it and told him I was going job hunting, he looked at me and said "good luck", I didn't even care if he was a police or not, i jejely continued my journey...

Whilst the story is very long, I arrived at ligali and asked a police man for pan ocean company, dude asked if there was a problem, I said no and he just gave me directions without any qualms, at pan ocean, the security didn't allow me walk in but honestly they were sympathetic, the security man and lady told me to reach out through the web site, they gave me their number to call if I had difficulty and that they won't allow me in because they were protecting their own garri...

I walked down and got to halliburton, same thing, the security guys there liked my warri pidgin and one bought me "expensive" indomie, they encouraged me, one even pointed to a staff for me to go meet with and talk to, trying to talk to the staff, he kept walking away and pretended he was making a call, me sef i press am leave am when e shakara con too much for my body.

When I got home, I had dropped 11 cvs with security men and spent about 4k for tfares.

The next day, I told my cousins I needed to go to where there were petroleum depots, he gave me directions to apapa and "Abule Ado", I walked round Abule Ado dropping cvs for safety officer job, I made sure I asked for the safety officer/ manager and I met with them, in all honesty, I never received any bad word from anyone, they encouraged me, took my numbers and I dropped my CV, infact I went to a company depot, I have forgotten the name of the company, but they had red and ash colour to their painting/ coverall, the safety manager, took time to listen to me, offered me a cold drink on that Thursday afternoon, dipped his hands in his pocket and gave me about 3,000 naira, he said he remembered he did what I was doing, he said prayers and told me he had no vacancy, he didn't get my number and didnt give his number, but he was almost in tears...

I went somewhere again and these guys where talking to me like they knew me from Adam, one was saying abeg help me call sulemon, it was latter I called someone and told him I came here to look for work o, he said he thought I was a staff, he directed me to another guy who took my CV and said its only the MD that hires people, I should come the next day to meet the MD....

There was a depot under construction, so many mopols were around, and people on suits, I joined them in their walking entourage and discussion, they didn't mind me, they were concerned about a puddle of water and mud, funny enough, no one even noticed I was not a member of their team, it was when I discovered their Waka just start, na so I press am leave them, I got one guys number and told him I needed to check something.

Okay, nothing much happened from the Lagos trip, but I felt happy and revigored at the encouragement, God bless that man who gave me that money and prayer; humans are not as bad as we sometimes feel or hear from the news, that was my first and only time being in lagos, I left Lagos the next day for Ibadan and back to warri...

If I had remained in Lagos and kept pressing, visiting and revisiting those areas, with my mind focused, I should have gotten one of those jobs, I also enjoyed the carefreeness of people, little wonder it's easily taken advantage of by terrible individuals...

Whilst I still work on contract basis with companies in warri, I would have love to enjoy working as a permanent staff to a company, I am very open for any offer...
The best is yet to come man. This your story will end in praise as you'll get a good and rewarding job, for you have labored to reap the fruit of your labour.
I did something similar back then in 2015 and it was highly productive. I hired an okada man for the entire day, I submitted my cv in almost every company in agbara. i met a police officer who prayed for me after seeing me crying on the bike.well, I got a job at exactly 5pm that very day, can't forget. i was transferred to the company's branch in lagos the following week. today, i'm a living testimony that a man should never give up.

Fashion / How Often Do You Have Your Haircut? by seankim(m): 10:05pm On Nov 24, 2021
I usually have my haircut every 14days. Shaving is done 3 times in a week. This doesn't usually go well with Madam. she wants me to cut weekly.
She takes bobo(our little one) to the salon every Saturday.
So guys, is it necessary to cut every week? How often do you cut? What's the ideal time range?

Career / Share Your Experience While Working Under An Elite Person. by seankim(m): 7:20am On Oct 09, 2021
I wish there is a better way to present this.

Have you ever worked or currently working under a super rich man/woman? a celebrity a high class politician? please share your experience with them.

Based on my own experience with my former boss(A billionaire businessman), the rich live like any other people out there, nothing so special. They have their own 'common' problems too. they also quarrel over petty things as well.

PROS: My former boss was very good to me. He took me as his own brother. We used to attend events together. I mean, super private events in places like ikoyi and banana island.
Imagine the thought that'll be running through your mind when you know that you don't actually belong to a gathering.
(flamboyant life at ikoyi in the day, your own reality by evening, a rented apartment in Ogba).

CONS: While I was with him, I didn't have my time to myself.

What happened is to prove that some people will never change no matter how many post they put here per second.

So, everyone should look past the multiple pictures, long epistles.

Action/attitude remains the same as it was in 2011, 2013, 2015, so it has been in 2021.

You can't clean off a leopard's spots.
A lady called MMotimo wrote very many things about your contractor. You probably ignored those things she said or didn't you read those warnings before you engage him? Even if you get refunded for the job that he abandoned, you are still at loss either way. The delay alone will cost you to pay more on materials going forward. Prices have really gone up in the last couple of months.
Sorry about the disappointment, it's a lesson to others.

Properties / Re: Landlords And Landladies Share Your Experiences With Tenants by seankim(m): 8:52pm On Sep 25, 2021
I don’t deal with my tenants. My caretaker deals with the headache.
One of the tenants rented a room and parlor self and I called him to order when I discovered that there are at least 14 people living in his apartment. The caretaker had served him a quit notice at exactly 6 months to the expiration of his current rent.
I pay for all the necessary maintenance and my house doesn’t need much maintenance. My caretaker keeps a close eye on the tenants.
I hope to build another sets of apartments next year by Gods grace. It’s a cool source of income that doesn’t require much attention.
