We're not saying Yao is not a solid player, just that he does not deserve all those all-star nods ahead of some other good centers in the west.
OK. I understand.

thnx hun wink, i am just pissed at some comments he made. anyway, like you said he could come back but i think he needs to tone it down a bit. even Nigerians say some things but don't we all, but for someone to come with so much hate to attack all of us, i just get really tiffed!
I think we all need to ask Exponent what have Nigerians done to him. I think there is a reason.

I have no problem, i also dont like the way he disrespect my fellow african country. I love nigerian. Yall save our ass from Taylor.

Liberian Clothes? they are all imported from the states or china.

I understand but how did you come to the conclusion that all his fans are in China. He has a big fanbase in the states.
Culture › Re: Is There A Such Thing As Being Too Americanized? by SeanT21(f): 12:17am On Jun 26, 2008
There is nothing wrong with being americanized.

I understand what you mean though. My Little Cousin Mami and Noel speak better American English then me and they are very young. The last time i called them i couldn't believe it was them. They were not even born in the states. They were born in Ghana but talks like they were born here.

The Young people get americanized really fast. When i came to the states, i got americanized in 6 months. When i talk people think i am from New York because i have the thick New York accent. I try to tell them i am from west Africa but they find it hard to believe.

I also prefer American things over African things. Ex Food,TV, Movies, Clothes, etc

My Brothers are so americanized i think they forgot how to speak Liberian language.

To tell you the truth, being americanized is not a hard thing.

Did anyone hear Shaq's freestyle dissing Kobe:
"Last week,Kobe couldn't do it without me", "Kobe how did my ass taste".

Meanwhile,Kobe can never ever compare with MJ. He hasn't got what it takes on and off the court. grin
Shaq is being true.

LOL. . . no one on the lakers team stepped up, there's plenty of blame to go round. However people are downing kobe because everyone expected him to take over, and he played average at best, plus especially with all the MJ comparisons.
No More MJ comparison after that horrible game he played.
Sports › Re: Nba Playoffs 08-predictions by SeanT21(op): 12:04am On Jun 25, 2008
I cant belive yall are saying Yao Ming is not a solid player. He deserves all those votes to the all star games. He doesnt only have fans in China. He have fans in the states too.

He is also good at defense. He knows how to use his height as an advantage.

I pray that God will bless the hopeless people of all the african countries in a way they never expected.

plus, America needs to do something about it instead of showing it on TV.
