This happened moments ago in Uli, Ihiala LGA, Anambra State. A dissatisfied customer at a Chinese bank was caught on camera spreading feces on counters and the floor of the facility.

Police said the 60-year-old woman had an argument with workers at the Agricultural Bank in Nanjing Dec. 8 about some suspected counterfeit currency and she returned to the business the following day with a pot filled with feces.

CCTV cameras at the bank recorded as the woman dumped excrement from the pot on the bank’s counters and floor.

The woman, whose money was later determined to have not been counterfeit, was sentenced to five days of administrative detention. Police did not specify whether the feces used by the woman came from a human or an animal.

A Houston man risks a jail term after he stopped traffic on a busy freeway to propose marriage to his girlfriend.

Vidal Valladares (vee-DAL’ vah-YAH’-dah-rehs) was charged Tuesday with obstructing a roadway, a Class B misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail and a fine of up to $2,000.

A video of the Sunday stunt posted online shows Valladares on one knee in the middle of Interstate 45, proposing to Michelle Wycoff amid a cacophony of angry shouts and truck and car horns. (She said yes.)

Valladares does not have a published telephone number and couldn’t be reached for comment.

A 16-year-old boy, Mohammed Isah, claims he duped policemen of thousands of Naira by raising false alarm. It was gathered that Isah, of no fixed address, penultimate Tuesday, went to the Office of the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State and alleged that police metro patrol teams 4 and 5 took N180,000 from him after he was arrested.

Consequently, the teams were invited and interrogated and it was discovered that they had no contact with him.

Further investigation revealed that the suspect had made similar allegation against some policemen in Anambra and Ondo states. Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, said Isah came to the state police command to allege that some policemen in patrol vehicles arrested him and, in order to free himself, he gave them N150,000.

A baby boy has been born from the world’s oldest sperm – after his dad froze it 23 years ago. Xavier Powell, just six-months-old, has even made it into the Guinness World Records thanks to his father’s decision two decades ago. Alex Powell, from Australia, was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma at the age of 15. He was told he needed to start chemotherapy immediately and made the decision to have his sperm frozen as the treatment was likely to leave him infertile .

That was 23-years ago and now the dad is celebrating his son’s first few months of life with his wife Vi. It was Alex’s stepmum who convinced him to go ahead with the procedure after worrying about the effec ts of cancer treatment on her stepson’s body. Two decades later, Alex met his wife Vi and the loved-up pair decided they would like to have children.

In 2013, the couple began IVF in the hope that they would be able to conceive a baby. Alex admitted he was nervous before the start of treatment, adding: “When they bring those guys out, what’s going to happen? Alex told Nine News: “For me, it’s that sort of feeling in life you want to relive every moment if you can.”

27-year-old Brian Tagalog was born without arms, but he has never let this serious adversity keep him from leading a normal life. He learned to use his feet to perform mundane tasks, drive a car, fly planes and even ink intricate tattoo designs. The ambitious young man believes he is the only certified tattoo artist without arms in the world.

A native of Honolulu, Hawaii, Tagalog moved with his family to Tucson, Arizona, where he attended Sunnyside High School and the University of Arizona. He had always shown an interest in drawing, and set his mind on becoming a professional tattoo artist. Not many people gave him a chance, but he steadily honed his foot drawing skills, and after his aunt helped him buy his first tattoo gun, he learned to operate it with his toes just as well as others did with their hands.

Angie Tagalog, Brian’s mother, admits that raising him was not easy, but she always made it a point to let him explore his options. “The day I gave birth to him, well, I freaked out,” she recalled. “The first year I would cry almost every day. I still do every now and then. But we never hid him. He wore a tank top when he was a newborn. I didn’t shield him in any way.”

And perhaps that’s what gave him the confidence to achieve everything he’s ever wanted, despite the very obvious absence of two limbs. “I was born without arms,” he said. “But that has not slowed me down.”

A man is in the Oklahoma County jail Tuesday night after police said he fell through a fast-food restaurant’s ceiling tiles while completely unclad.

Clayton Davidson, 32, was arrested Saturday on a felony complaint of destruction of private property.

Police were called to the area of NW 23 and Pennsylvania Avenue in reference to an intoxicated unclad man who fell through the ceiling tiles at McDonald’s, according to the probable cause affidavit.

A mum whose teeth were pulled out using pliers by her defiler boyfriend has released horrific images showing the extent of damage done to her dentition. 48-year-old Amber who was engaged to Donald Jeffrey, said she endured years of violent beatings and r*pes before the horrific incident with pliers.

Donald Jeffrey wrote to Amber weeks before his trial begging her to withdraw her accusations and “give him back his life” according to statements released by the Daily Record.

The first man-hood transplant in the United States is set to take place within the next year. Surgeons from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine — which has an active hand and face transplant program — say the recipient will be a young soldier injured in a bomb blast in Afghanistan.

“We want to continue to expand the field into areas that are not easy to reconstruct using conventional methods,” Dr. Damon Cooney, assistant professor of plastic and reconstructive surgery and co-clinical director of the penile transplant program at Johns Hopkins, told CBS News. “The more and more interactions we’ve had with the military, the more we came to find out that although people aren’t talking about it much, private part injuries are a much bigger problem for a lot of people.”

More than 79 fresh shallow graves have been discovered at Ezillo community in Ishielu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State. The discovery followed the killing of a 29-year-old man from Ezzaegu, Chigozie Okeagu, by some warlords in the warring Ezillo community. Though police have arrested four persons in connection with the killing, it was alleged that the warlords ambushed Okeagu and his younger brother when they were returning to their village and killed him while the brother escaped.

A group known as The Patriots Alliance (TPA) has commended organizers of the Rivers Black Day, slated for Monday, November 30, saying it is indeed a noble idea to honour the memory of election violence victims in the state.

The day was set aside by the Rivers State chapter of All Progressives Congress, APC, to remember all those that were killed during the last general elections in the state.

It was learnt that over 10,000 Rivers indigenes and residents are expected ti turn up for a candlelight procession and interdenominational memorial service in honour of the “over 100 persons killed by dubious politicians”.

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has advised ex-President Goodluck Jonathan to use the new Foundation he is set to establish to engage in soul-searching and in reviewing his past actions.

In a letter, dated October 12, 2015, Obasanjo also advised Jonathan to consider the Foundation as a platform through which he can heal his conscience.

Jonathan had on September 22, wrote Obasanjo, informing him of his plans to set up a foundation through which he would continue to serve humanity but no reply was reported until now.

According to Premium Times Obasanjo’s letter dated October 12, 2015, read:
