They advised that I use the car to make money too. Building a house is capital intensive so I'll need more than one source of income to get started.

Now that you’ve bought the car and it aids your biz, it won’t be bad starting your own building too. Repeat how you saved money to buy car, then start the building too. Don’t wait till you have plenty incomes ..
You can build and put it for rent or build for your self and family ..
With time , you will achieve a lot with ‘little little money too’

I have one of these for the fun of it. I don't have any purpose for it when I started it. I figured I will hand it over to my mom or continue adding money till 2023 election.

I just want to test my already rock-solid patience.

I just realized no matter how broke I am, I never get the urge to break it. I guess it's because I have accounts with more than 30 different banks/apps and I have small money in all of them for emergency.
