Religion / Re: Abu Discussed With A Christian About Muslims Worshipping Kaaba by MaxInDHouse(m): 6:37pm On May 02

Divine Guidance, Role models, Bearer of Glad Tidings and Warnings, Intermediaries with God, mission of unity and Justice, etc.
Guidance, Call to Worship, Establish Justice, Warn of Consequences, Community Building, Revival of Spiritual Values, Spread of Divine Message, Reformation and Guidance, etc.
grin

With the above muhammad failed woefully!

There is no unity and justice among Muslims that's why there is WARS between Muslim nations so Muhammad is not a prophet!

Let's talk about the Israelite prophets.

They had those who are faithful and obedient so there's no dispute among those following what the prophets of God says.

Jesus of Nazareth established Christianity by his teachings and warned that Satan will mislead many yet they will be claiming Christians (followers of Christ) so how are we going to IDENTIFY those following Christ?

They will be united, there will be no division among them, worldly politics can't divide them and they will be known globally as messengers of Godly peace.

Do you have something of that nature in your Islam today? smiley

This is what I fear the most. Imagine spending millions of naira then one so called professional come mess your work up
bassdow:

How do you know.

Speaking of professional, the meaning of that word "professional" has really been diluted.
Currently in talk with a landlord who's been replacing batteriies and upgrading one thing or the other. Met him recenty, have known him for over 2-yyears but since he's a distant neigbour (12-streets away), our interaction is just greeting, though I sometimes buy things from their shop.

Something happened recently that brought us a bit closer, but before then, while buying something from their shop, already asked the wife why they run their freezer on solar (since I could see 2 small panels on the roof), and would kill the battteries faster BUT she said No, that there are more panels at other side of the roof. I argued a bit but left it at that.

Later (probably 1-month later) I got to learn of issues from the husband because He's been battling solar wahala.
Asking him, He gladly told me the individual capacities of all the panels on his roof as 2pcs 150watts, and 2pcs 250watts and I was like wow. Did you install yourself and He said No, An installer bought and installed them, though they both went to the market to buy them.

I was like, what sort of installer is that that would do such rubbish job.

He said He heard from his wife that I know about solar, and that what I said about their solar seems true.

Further asking, i got to discover He has had to upgrade his inverter from 12-volts to 24-volts, upgrade his charge controller from PWM to MPPT. I was like wowww.

Further asking him while we were walking back since we met on the way, revealed that initially, he bought 1pcs brand new 200AH dryCell battery but when it became weak, he was adviced to buy another and add to it, so they bought a used 200Ah battery, and paired it in series to the already weak battery and again, I shouted in surprise, asking him Are you sure You are not the one who installed all these things to which hee asked would he lie to me.

So he begged I come next day to take a look and fix things. He somehow had faith in me despite not seeing anything i have done before. Just that, most things I said earlier without knowing anything about their setup was more than true + since I am like a ghost in my vicinity, people barely knows Me. if you don't see me passBy, you hardly would see me again till maybe I passBy aggain and e no dey pass greetings and I don waka.

Well next morning, I came and was just speechless. The charge controller of 140,000 naira was a used one with MPPT bolded written on it. it's very obvious it's been opened for repairs. it's equally obious it ain't MPPT.
Now the 2 batteries were 1 fake brand (alaba battery) and was bought brand new, the other was Ritar and was bought used.

i told him, even a secondary School student who ready physics knows you don't mix old and new battery, let alone this kind of nonesense.

At end of the day, made him realise the entire setuup was rubbish and the batteries would keep dying because the solar panels are too small to fully charge the batteriies.

When I told him the battery has never filled, he disagreed but when He asked the wife, She said battery bar indicator keeps moving till 7pm when there's no more sun and it stops. And I told him that confirms the batteires are never fully charged.

Later he called the person and put phone on speak annd asked how much he solld the second MPPT charge controller and the man said 145,000 naira. he said he was making recommendations to a friend and wanted him to hear the price himself.

Right now, the man is just speechless. They no longer uuse freezer on it. Just 1 Tv with 1 standing fan and some energy saving bulbs, yet as soon as the sun is out, the inverter doesnt take up to 2-hours to start making noise. the next it goes off.

Now the man is making plans to start all over again. Just this time around, he wouldn't go through them

Rod Jimmy sped through the gate of Netfluz guest quarter to the astonishment of the gate keepers. He swerved into a corner and into his bungalow. He applied the brake even as the car was still maintaining a high speed. He abruptly pulled up in his garage, causing a screak. He popped out of the car and sneaked into his house, breathing heavily and searching his head for who could be behind this. The only thing that came to his mind was the operation to eliminate Adaz Obot. He had not been seeing the young engineer around and he assumed he must have fallen, but at the same time he was a little confused, since no death had been reported in Netfluz.

He smartly moved to the window side of his bungalow, overlooking the gate of the estate, to see if a strange car would pass. Oscar Averes had promised to get him update about the operation but had not, he decided to hear from him. It occurred to him that he had not removed his bag from his car. His phone and laptop were there. He ran outside to grab his bag and dashed in. He moved to the window side again and began to dial Oscar Averes.

"Hey Jimmy!" Oscat Averes answered in the first tone.

"What's going on?"

"I was going to call you Rod".

"I've been waiting!

"Something happened".

"I'm all ears Oscar".

"The operation was aborted by the FBI and Rito Birdman is at large".

"Damn!"

"I've not heard personally from the hitman though".

"How did you know this?"

"It was the leader of Al Ja'amah in Iraq that told me".

"I'm worried Oscar".

"Over what?"

"I was followed today, and I am beginning to think someone might be on my trail".

"Why the worry? Did you commit a crime?"

"It might be over the failed operation".

"It's not possible".

"Why?"

"It's one out of a million chances for anyone to know that you were involved'.

"Who could be behind it?"

"It may just be a coincidence".

"I doubt it".

"You know what?"

"Tell me what".

"Watch it, if the incidence plays out again, you have a genuine reason to be worried Rod".
"Ok".

"I'm going to improvise to get the target down for you".

"That's no longer important to me".

"Why?"

"He has left Netfluz".

"I'll talk to you again", Oscar Averes said in shock.

"Alright", Rod Jimmy said and exhaled.

The following day Mary Greenwood and Michael Bending stood some distance away from the gate of Netfluz guest quarter, to watch Rod Jimmy come out. He was on time as usual to resume duty in his office. Mary Greenwood and Michael Bending moved into the estate of bungalows to find the address to his house. She had gone to Netfluz to extract the address after he had lost them. It did not take long before they located the house inside the quarter.

Michael Bending went round the bungalow to find where he could sneak into the house, to install eavesdropping devices. He finally penetrated through a window after he had removed the louvres neatly. He was rounding off with the installations in strategic places in the house, when he saw a desktop computer in the corner of the house. He moved to power on the computer to copy the content of the hard disk and extract the Internet protocol address. He looked at his wristwatch and realized that he had been in the house for nearly half an hour. He had to go now. He moved briskly to the window through which he had come in. As he tried to come outside, a car pulled up at Rod Jimmy's garage. He left through the window hurriedly to see who just drove in.

He raised his head to look in the direction where Mary Greenwood had been waiting before he had slipped into the house and did not see her. She appeared from the front of the house and his nerves calmed down. She had gone to drive the unofficial FBI vehicle in. He returned to fix the louvres that he had taken down. He made sure everything was intact and joined her. The two agents got into the car and drove off. Mary Greenwood spoke out first in the car.

"Did you find anything of interest in there?"

"I have the content of the files in a desktop computer".

"Very well, I need you to sift for any connection to Rito Birdman".

"Copy that".

They returned to the Central Intelligence Until and Mary Greenwood found a note requesting urgent update on the Prisca Bender's case. It was very obvious that someone high up in the corridor of power was pushing it. She sat thoughtfully and sent her report.

She maintained that Rito Birdman might not be the prime suspect for the murder of Prisca Bender, but a key to knowing how her body had disappeared. She would never slow down on the chase to pin down the hitman. She had tracked down criminals that were more slippery with much darker backgrounds and smoked them out of their holes.

The pastor will still go on the pulpit to preach forgiveness.
A G.O should not be seen to be vindictive but in Nigerian Christianity anything goes.
As for you, I can see you are one of the 'yes daddy' crew. Just know say na God you suppose worship and not a fellow man like yourself calling himself a pastor (one that is not even behaving christ like).

I guess you are very young and completely inexperienced. You also sound completely like a blind crowd follower. When you hear things on social media, do your research, ask questions and that way your opinion will make very good sense to everyone.

Do not jump to conclusions without hearing from all the parties concerned. And when you talk about Pastors, ensure that you do not generalize.

Forgiveness does not include exposing your life to danger or require one to be defenseless. Do you have the story in full? Did the young man say the complete truth as he went on social media? Being a Pastor is not a license for all to attack and defame one.

You may be a native doctor and so a “yes daddy” to native doctors, ir other forms of worship. However, it is very imperative to respect others and their feelings, irrespective of social standing.

If the young man did not feel that he could defame the man and get something or some sympathy out of it for himself, he never would have tried it. Besides most churches have mechanisms for dispute resolutions. If he exhausted them, he simply could have walked away. Now he started the war. He’s peace and finances are challenged.

Read the below:

When contacted, the spokesman for the MFM, Mr Collins Edomaruse insisted that the matter has nothing to do with the church or Dr Olukoya.

He said; “This matter has nothing to do with the church. We have answered you before. You sent a questionnaire and we returned it to you; nothing has changed. That answer we gave you before is the same answer we still have.

“The man can mention anybody he wants to mention. The church is not involved in the matter and the General Overseer is not involved in the matter.

“The person who arrested him has told you that she arrested him. So if that guy Richard is saying something else, well, he has the right. But the church didn’t take him to the police, the case has nothing to do with the church and has nothing to do with our General Overseer.”
Crime / 17-year-old Yahoo Boy Hacks EFCC Chairman’s BVN, Displays Remarkable IT Skills by Islie: 6:02pm On May 02
Adedamola Ogunbewon

The chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ola Olukoyede, has shared an incident where a 17-year-old successfully hacked into his personal computer and bank account while being questioned at the EFCC office in Lagos.

Olukoyede invited the young hacker to his office for questioning, saying the teenager was able to bypass the security measures on his locked computer with ease.

The EFCC chairman disclosed this during a conversation with editors at the EFCC headquarters in Jabi, Abuja.

He said: “I brought into my Lagos office a seventeen-year-old boy who is studying History and Anthropology. He is in the 200 level. He is not doing anything science-related. The guy sat in my office in Lagos and demonstrated some things to me on my laptop.

“He asked for my number, I gave him my number and through my number, he got my BVN. He then mentioned the name of my account number to me at the bank. I didn’t tell him anything.

“The problem is, I see crime in that, and I also see opportunities in it. So, if you leave these guys, we don’t make them know that what they are doing is wrong, if you leave them, they will continue to see it as a way of life to make money.

“We plead for light sentences so that we can reorientate them and that’s part of what we’re doing. What joy will I derive from sending a 17-year-old boy to jail? You have destroyed his future. You have destroyed his career.

“Sometimes they give them options of fines and all of that conviction, so we bring them in, lecture them and talk to them.”

The boy boldly told Olukoyede that he could transfer up to 10 million naira from any account in a single transaction, showcasing his expertise.

He said the 17-year-old boy, when he was done, said: “Look, oga, I can make 10 million now. I will demonstrate it to you. I will move money from your account to mine.

“I said no, don’t do that in my office and he was ready to do that. When he opened my laptop, I didn’t give him the key to my laptop and he had access.

“He has two younger ones. One is in JSS2 and the other is in SSS2. He is the one feeding his parents and responsible for the payment of tuition for his younger ones.

“I saw a Bill Gates in that guy. I told my family, we were going to do that.

“I spoke to one of my friends who is also ready to help take up the schooling of the SSS 2 guy. So I’m still looking for someone who will take up the one for the JSS 2 sibling.”

The EFCC chairman has already disclosed the anti-graft agency’s strategy to pardon and rehabilitate convicted online scammers.

Business / Content Marketing For Small Businesses by Splendourese: 5:28pm On May 02
Content marketing for small businesses has been around for some years now, and if you are a business owner, you must have heard about it, but it is still possible that you do not know how to apply it to your business. However, it is a necessity and has many amazing benefits for small businesses, so it is vital for you to get a good understanding of it.

Content marketing can help you reach a wider audience, increase traffic to your business, and get more customers. So, in this guide, we will talk about content marketing for small businesses and how you can easily get started with it.

What is Content Marketing?
Content marketing is the process of sharing relevant information and engaging your audience using podcasts, written articles, videos, social media posts, and so on. These contents enhance brand visibility and build trust and credibility; they help your audience know your business better and trust you enough to become your clients or customers.

Content marketing is done via digital channels like blogs, social media, websites, email, and so on. It is different from traditional advertising, which disrupts your audience online and asks them to make a purchase. Content marketing is permission-based and focuses on creating informative, valuable, and engaging content that will compel your target audience to become your customers with time.

As a small business owner, if you have an online presence and are sharing information to build your brand and stay in touch with your audience, then you are already engaging in content marketing. The events you will share will be related to your products and services, so you will educate people to gain their trust you, help them know your business better, and like you enough to do business with you.

REPENT the Kingdom of God is at hand, Jesus is coming soon, Turn your back on all your sins and sinful desires.

Love God, love your enemies and neighbours, doing good to all and great will be your reward in Heaven.

Luke.6.35 - But love your enemies, do good, and lend, hoping for nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High. For He is kind to the unthankful and evil.

Heb.13.16 - But do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
