Who builds road on the coast? Tourist centres? Of what gain is building this road on the beach? This particular road can still run in the place already allotted for it during Jonathan regime. Bringing Obi in this is trash because Obi destroyed structures built on already existing road. Tinibu neglected the map set out for this Lagos-calabar coastal road, to deal with his political enemies, he went to beach to build a major road. Incredible[/quote You better shut up your dirty mouth before thunder strike you.Coastal Road has been marked for construction before Jonathan luckily bacame a Govenment not to talk of being a president. You people will just come online and starts spread false information ,which is causing serious hatred among the populace. Its high time Government started clamping down on you agent spreading false information. |

Theflint1: Some road projects have also been captured here https://www.budgetoffice.gov.ng/index.php/resources/internal-resources/budget-documents/2024-budget ROI is immeasurable at this point, or what was the ROI when 3rd mainland bridge was constructed and the impact on the economy of Lekki-Ajah axis since then The project is 70% private financed, so FG is only paying 30% of total cost. The potential of what the road will achieve and open up new places that had been forgotten for decades makes it worth it |

Given scarce resources (at least we all agree on this), is the Lagos-Calabar coastal road of a higher priority than other projects that are yet to get any attention? What's the expected ROI for that project vis-a-vis other projects crying for attention? Can we get same ROI for much less investing in other projects? We have a power sector that's begging for investment...bad roads all around the country that would cut travel time on average by 50%...we need investments in our federal schools, investments in health...what's being done in all of those areas? Nothing...but Oasis wan dey look beach as e dey drive, so make we do coastal road ...we know what we're doing sha. Like Prospa talk, 3 years time we go dey feign shocked. 6 Likes |

Freebills12:So the Ariyo that is a point of discourse who didn't make noise about all this is a political enemy too? Wow...some of you just talk because you have a huge gaping hole in your face. Ahn ahn imagine someone in the 21st century asking what is the use of that road on that beach? Does landmark or any other business there own the beach? All this victim mentality won't do you and your ilks any good! Well, one thing I know neither Landmark or anybody can stop the ongoing project. If you like build UN building there it will go down. 3 Likes |

KingClown:1. You quoted someone and said nobody should quote u 2. You compared NLNG to fire service @bold which is totally out of the topic of discussion 3. When u talk about an organization having different departments u didn't reference "CORE MANDATE" as it affects career progression. And when u said every organization has occupational health and safety and emergency response team, u unknowingly supported the quote u are opposing by stressing on the marketability of the experience that comes from fire service. You shouldn't even have quoted me in the 1st place without knowing the actual topic of discussion sir. 1 Like |
