Religion / What Drived The Driver Of The Man From Men by PCHC(m): 1:49am On May 31
DANIEL 4:25

[Daniel 4:25 NKJV] - They shall drive you from men, your dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field, and they shall make you eat grass like oxen. They shall wet you with the dew of heaven, and seven times shall pass over you, till you know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever He chooses.

[Daniel 4:25 GWN] - "You will be forced away from people and live with the wild animals. You will eat grass like cattle. The dew from the sky will make you wet. And seven time periods will pass until you realize that the Most High has power over human kingdoms and that he gives them to whomever he wishes."

The Goal in that deliberation on Ahab in the general meeting in heaven was this: "Who will persuade Ahab to go up to Ramoth-Gilead and fall?" From the view of the goal, the methods or ways of achieving the goal was heard and the spirit with the best suggestion or the most likely to succeed bidder was awarded the job of achieving that goal, which was to persuade or convince Ahab the king to march into war against Ramoth-Gilead.

The Goal in that deliberation on Job in the general meeting was this: 'To persuade Satan that there is a man (Job) Satan had never been able to make to fall out from the fear of God into any kind of Satan's temptation or sin" (Satan succeded in making Adam and Eve to sin against God and made many to also sin, but Job was out of Satan's abilities). From the view of the goal, Satan blamed the hedge, the health and the prosperity of God given to Job as the reason for Satan's failures at making Job to sin or blaspheme God. Satan's requests for achieving the goal was heard and those things that made Job secure/protected, rich/wealthy, and healthy, were transferred into Satan's hand/possession: - Change of ownership transpired over the things Job had, for they were now given to Satan. If Satan liked he could allow Job to continue having them or if not he could take them away from Satan, if those were the resources he needed to try and either prove God wrong about Job or Satan would get persuaded that a man or son of man could overcome him in weakness, in sickness, in sorrow and in poverty, just as much as in strength, in health, in comfort and in prosperity/riches.

In the top Bible verse above, the goal was this: "Persuade Nebuchadnezzar at the peak or summit of his heaven-reaching greatness and worldwide boundless dominion that there's an Invisible Ruler, the Most High, who rules in the kingdoms of men even when those kingdoms of men literally have visible kings." This was not able convincing an Atheist that an Invisible God true exists, but convincing a king of kings that an Invisible Ruler rules even in his dominion and kingdoms of men, and that this Invisible Ruler is the Most High, higher than the highest. Others are just higher authority, but He is the Highest Authority or Most High or the Supreme overall.

There was a time Israel asked Samuel for a king over Israel, as in, a man to rule over them. Samuel was displeased because their setting up a physical man as king meant rejecting the Invisible and Most High God as King, preferring the kingdoms of men instead of the Kingdom of God as other kingdoms or nations (1 Samuel cool. So the presence of a physical king in the kingdoms of men was supposed to mean the absence of the reign of God there, but that was not the case atall: Rather the presence of physical kings, rulers or governments, enhanced more of the Invisible influence, rulership and control of the Most High in those Kingdoms of Men or kingdoms where men were the visible kings/rulers.

Here, the goal was to persuade and establish to even the worlds outside Israel, that the Most High do not need the absence of a man king to rule in the kingdom of men; but instead He now gives those kingdoms to the men He chooses, particularly the humble and basest of them. (This Humility or Lowliness in the men God gives the Kingdom of Men was an important detail Daniel omitted in his interpretation in the top bible verse above, which is why when Daniel advised the king on this matter, Daniel only mentioned repentance to righteousness and mercy but omitted humility. So later this terrible thing still happened to Nebuchadnezzar, not because of lacking righteousness in sin nor lacking mercy towards the poor, but because of lacking humility in pride. Daniel was yet to fully grasp grace and treasures of humility as at then).

Since the goal was to persuade such great king that the Most High rules in the Kingdoms of men, how that plays out for two rulers or two captain to be in the same ship, is not just by one being invisible (Even though Invisibility does not mean Absence of the Most High); rather it is basically by the visible one remaining in the humility to the Invisible and the Invisible being the Most High and the Kingmaker to the visible man who is king over the kingdom. This is more message of Humility and the fact that God exalts the humble and pulls down the proud, than it is a message of righteousness or mercy of sitting king. Yes, a king's throne is established by righteousness and mercy according to "Proverbs 16:12, 25:5, Isaiah 16:5;" but the goal of the visions was not about establishing the throne of Nebuchadnezzar but about establishing the Most High's Rules and Authority in Kingmaking in the kingdoms of men. So it's basically "Humility" for it's not the king man proving himself to God, but rather God proving Himself to men that He rules and ordains higher powers/government as well as pulls down/removes them.

Imagine two Arms of Government or Kingdom: One Arm is the Executive, the head, the Commander in Chief and the Sole Administrator. But the other Arm is usually behind the scenes, and the most potent power this arm has is the ability to either impeach/remove the other arm or make/ordain anyone of his choice to replace the Executive Arm anytime. The first Arm is the Decree-Maker or Executive Order or Commander in Chief, but the second Arm is the King-Maker. Which of these two Arms has more power than the other? Supposing you have Apps, AIs, Bots, and Machines, that can execute things far more efficiently than you, and command more than you do or know to do, and are stronger than you, but you have the power to install and uninstall them, to program and deprogram them anytime.

It's simple, the Watchers wanted to prove the point to the greatest earthly king then that He (the Most High) rules in the kingdoms of men: and that point is to be proven by removing that sitting king whom no earth man could have removed from being king except those higher than him; and after proving the Most High can remove him from the kingdom, seven years later they would prove to him the second part/aspect that the Most High can give or make even the most base or downtrodden to become king of the kingdoms of men, when they again return him back into his kingdom without him seeing how possible for him to get that back.

The Centurion, in proving he was a man under authority but also a man with authority, could command those under him to do this or go to anywhere, and they would do as he said. The Lord jesus, in proving He had power on earth to forgive sins, gave an order to a paralyzed man (whose paralysis was judgment or retribution for his sins) to rise up against the paralysis and walk free from the paralysis, and it was so.

When God was challenging Job to prove to God that Job has powers or abilities as a god, God taunted Job to do some things if he could, and if he does them even God Himself would praise or confess to Job. One of the things God wanted Job to prove himself with is for Job to look at all the proud men on earth and humble them low. That ability to humble/abase the proud and to exalt the base/humble is an attribute of divinity. There are Beasts, Dragons or Proud Elements (including the former Lucifer and the Antichrist) that if you can abase them, then you have proven your divinity in and beyond kingdom authority. As it is written,

[Job 40:9‭-‬14 NKJV] — Have you an arm like God? Or can you thunder with a voice like His? Then adorn yourself with majesty and splendor, And array yourself with glory and beauty. Disperse the rage of your wrath; Look on everyone who is proud, and humble him. Look on everyone who is proud, and bring him low; Tread down the wicked in their place. Hide them in the dust together, Bind their faces in hidden darkness. Then I will also confess to you That your own right hand can save you.

Let's conclude the top Bible verse above with these five enumerations:

*1* The Goal of getting that great King of Babylon empire to know and confess that "The Most High rules in the Kingdoms of men and appoints their Kings as He pleases (and that their pride cannot prevent Him from removing them, neither can humbleness or baseness prevent Him from making them kings).

*2* To get Nebuchadnezzar the great king at that point to know and acknowledge that, as in the goal, required removing king Nebuchadnezzar from being king (and later returning him to being king), which was humanly impossible to do in all nations of the world then. No coup d'etat or conspiracy or group of people/kings could have removed Nebuchadnezzar from being king.

*3* Even if God removed Nebuchadnezzar from being king, wherever he goes or wherever he is among men, people would still take him as king because his dominion already reached the ends of the earth. So it was not possible for Nebuchadnezzar to not be king and walk as ordinary man on earth again, unless death separates him from the living and from the kingdom. He was that head of gold in the vision, not just his kingdom, and he was that tree. The kingdom and the man (Nebuchadnezzar) were one or the same at that time.

*4* So the only way to remove or separate him from the kingdom without his death among the living, was by removing or separating him from humanity, from being a man. Because even if he was a madman, he would still be king or kingdom of a mad king. But the wisdom of God separated him from being a man into being an beast or animal that eats grass and totally off from normal society being able to have any use for him. The Most High and His Watchers worked that purpose.

*5* To keep him away from the kingdom and therefore from his pride, was to keep him away from being a man: for once he becomes a man again, the kingdom would automatically go back to reuniting with Nebuchadnezzar. But He who was able to separate Nebuchadnezzar from the kingdom for seven years to where he could never return from by human strength and was able return him back after seven years from where no human abilities or technology could have returned him from, He who accomplished these on him is surely the Most Ruler in the kingdoms of men, and the King-maker as well as the man-maker thereof. They said, "To be a man is not a day's job;" but they shall say, "To be a man is God's job." For He who made the beast become man in a day is He who made the man become king of the kingdoms in a day.

Religion / 90 Verses say Jesus Is Not God By Adenino Otari by AntiChristian: 12:58pm On May 30
All four Gospels record jesus as saying, “Blessed are the peace-makers; they will be called sons of God.”

The word ‘son’ cannot be accepted literally because in the Bible, God apparently addresses many of his chosen servants as ‘son’ and ‘sons.’ The Hebrews believed God is One, and had neither wife nor children in any literal sense. Therefore, it is obvious the expression ‘son of God’ merely meant ‘Servant of God’; one who, because of faithful service, was close and dear to God as a son is to his father.

Christians who came from a Greek or Roman background, later misused this term. In their heritage, ‘son of God’ signified an incarnation of a god or someone born of a physical union between male and female gods. This can be seen in Acts 14: 11-13, where we read that when Paul and Barnabas preached in a city of Turkey, pagans claimed they were gods incarnate. They called Barnabas the Roman god Zeus, and Paul the Roman god Hermes.

Furthermore, the New Testament Greek word translated as ‘son’ are ‘pias’ and ‘paida’ which mean ‘servant,’ or ‘son in the sense of servant.’ These are translated to ‘son’ in reference to jesus and ‘servant’ in reference to all others in some translations of the Bible. So, consistent with other verses, jesus was merely saying that he is God’s servant.

Additional problems with Trinity
To a Christian, God had to take human form to understand temptation and human suffering, but the concept is not based on any clear words of jesus. In contrast, God does not need to be tempted and suffer in order to be able to understand and forgive man’s sins, for He is the all knowing Creator of man. This is expressed in the verse:

‘And the Lord said: ‘I have surely seen the affliction of My people that are in Egypt, and I have heard their cry because of their taskmasters; for I know their pains.’ (Exodus 3:7)

God forgave sin before jesus’ appearance, and He continues to forgive without any assistance. When a believer sins, he is to repent sincerely in order to receive forgiveness. Indeed, the offer to humble oneself before God and be saved is made to all humankind.

‘And there is no God else beside Me; a just God and a Savior; there is none beside Me. Look to Me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is none else.’ (Isaiah 45:21-22, Jonah 3:5-10)

Biblically, people can receive forgiveness of sins through sincere repentance sought directly from God. This is true at all times and in all places. There has never been a need for the so-called inter cessionary role jesus plays in attaining atonement. The facts speak for themselves. There is no truth to the Christian belief that jesus died for our sins and salvation is only through jesus. What about the salvation of people before jesus? jesus’ death brings neither atonement from sin, nor is it in any way a fulfillment of Biblical prophecy.

Christians claim that in the birth of jesus, there occurred the miracle of the incarnation of God in the form of a human being. To say that God became truly a human being invites a number of questions. Let us ask the following about the man-God jesus:

What happened to his foreskin after his circumcision (Luke 2:21)? Did it ascend to heaven, or did it decompose as with any human piece of flesh?

During his lifetime what happened to his hair, nails, and blood that was shed from his wounds? Did the cells of his body die as ordinary human beings? If his body did not function in a truly human way, he could not be truly human as well as truly God. Yet, if his body functioned exactly in a human way, this would nullify any claim to divinity. It would be impossible for any part of God, even if incarnate, to decompose in any way and still be considered God. The everlasting, one God, in whole or in part, does not die, disintegrate, or decompose: ‘For I the Lord do not change.’ (Malachi 3:6)

Did jesus’ flesh dwell in safety after his death?
Unless jesus’ body never underwent ‘decay’ during his lifetime he could not be God, but if it did not undergo ‘decay’ then he was not truly human.

Bible says that God is not man
‘God is not a man’ (Numbers 23:19)

‘For I am God, and not man’ (Hosea 11:9)

jesus is called a man many times in the Bible
‘a man who has told you the truth’ (John 8:40)

jesus the Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know.’ (Acts 2:22)

‘He will judge the world in righteousness through a man whom He has appointed’ (Acts 17:31)

‘the man Christ jesus’ (Tim. 2:5)

The Bible says that God is not a son of man
‘God is not a man nor a son of man’ (Numbers 23:19)

The Bible often calls jesus ‘a son of man’ or ‘the son of man.’

‘so will the son of man be’ (Matthew 12:40)

‘For the son of man is going to come’ (Matthew 16:27)

‘until they see the son of man coming in His kingdom.’ (Matthew 28)

‘But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority’ (Mark 2:10)

‘because he is the son of man’ (John 5:27)

In the Hebrew scriptures, the ‘son of man’ is also used many times speaking of people (Job 25:6; Psalm 80:17; 144:3; Ezekiel 2:1; 2:3; 2:6-8; 3:1-3).

Since God would not contradict Himself by first saying He is not the son of a man, then becoming a human being who was called ‘the son of man’, he would not have done so. Remember God is not the author of confusion. Also, human beings, including jesus, are called ‘son of man’ specifically to distinguish them from God, who is not a ‘son of man’ according to the Bible.

The Bible says that jesus denied he is God
jesus spoke to a man who had called him ‘good,’ asking him, ‘Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone.’ (Luke 18:19)

And he said to him, ‘Why are you asking me about what is good? There is only One who is good; but if you wish to enter into life, keep the commandments.’ (Matthew 19:17)

jesus did not teach people that he was God
If jesus had been telling people that he was God, he would have complimented the man. Instead, jesus rebuked him, denying he was good, that is, jesus denied he was God.

The Bible says that God is greater than jesus
‘My Father is greater than I’ (John 14:28)

‘My father is greater than all.’ (John 10:29)

jesus cannot be God if God is greater than him. The Christian belief that the Father and son are equal is in direct contrast to the clear words from jesus.

jesus never instructed his disciples to worship him
‘When you pray, say Our Father which art in heaven.’ (Luke 11:2)

‘In that day, you shall ask me nothing. Whatsoever you ask of the Father in my name.’ (John 16:23)

‘The hour cometh and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth; for the Father seeketh such to worship him.’ (John 4:23)

If jesus was God, he would have sought worship for himself
Since he didn’t, instead he sought worship for God in the heavens, therefore, he was not God.

Religion / How To Have Oneness With The Holy Spirit, Learn This And Change Your Life by sharpguy10(m): 8:36am On May 29
Embracing Oneness with the Spirit
When you realize oneness with the Spirit, it’s as though you become a part of a greater body where the Spirit is the mind that controls even the most subtle of movements. Your movement becomes His movement, and your intent dissolves into God's will. Your presence and His presence become indistinguishable from one another. Indeed, you are joined with the Lord, and in that union, you find the beginning of true prayer. You don't pray to connect with God; you pray from a connection with God.

If you believe the Holy Spirit lives in you, type in the comments "already connected." Those two simple words, "already connected," signify your union with God and the desire to pray that springs from this connection. In fact, both the desire to pray and the power to pray come from the Holy Spirit within you. All spiritual desires, whether to grow in patience, overcome sin, know the Word, or be united with Christ, come from the Holy Spirit.

The sinful nature desires evil, the opposite of what the Spirit wants. These two forces are constantly fighting each other, preventing you from freely carrying out your good intentions. To pray in the Spirit is to align your attitude and actions with the Holy Spirit’s desires, declaring what the Holy Spirit is declaring, and sincerely wanting what the Holy Spirit wants. True prayer, in its purest form, is a manifestation of the Holy Spirit's desire in us. The Holy Spirit desires through us, in us, and for us. He desires on our behalf, but we must still choose to act upon His desiring through us.

This is why I love the way David the psalmist prayed: "Incline my heart unto thy testimonies and not to covetousness" (Psalm 119:36), and "Restore to me the joy of your salvation and make me willing to obey you" (Psalm 51:12). David’s prayers illustrate what it means to pray in the Spirit, agreeing with His prayers for us. When you pray in the Spirit, transformation takes place. You become an agent of the Holy Spirit's will.

jesus traveled through all the towns and villages of that area, teaching in the synagogues and announcing the good news about the kingdom. He healed every kind of disease and illness. When He saw the crowds, He had compassion on them because they were confused and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. He said to His disciples, "The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask Him to send more workers into His fields" (Matthew 9:35-38).

jesus instructed the disciples to pray for more workers because it was God’s will to send them. The harvest of souls was ready, and the need was urgent. jesus set the disciples up to become the answer to their own prayers. At the beginning of the next chapter of Matthew, jesus called His twelve disciples together, gave them authority to cast out evil spirits, and to heal every kind of disease and illness. He sent them out with instructions to go to the people of Israel, to heal the sick, raise the dead, cure those with leprosy, and cast out demons (Matthew 10:1, 5-cool.

Notice the sequence: the disciples prayed for God to send workers, and then they became the workers God sent. Their prayers caused them to become the answer they requested. Prayer is not all about receiving; it’s more about becoming. The disciples' prayers didn’t just change the situation; they changed the disciples themselves.

Caught up in the overlap of Heaven and Earth, you'll find yourself being transformed by your contact with the heavenly dimension. It will change your nature and character. For every moment you are praying, you are changing, whether you see the immediate evidence of that or not. That’s the power of praying in the Holy Spirit. When you begin to live and pray from that place of oneness with God, His presence overtakes all of you. I want to disappear in the bigness of God.

jesus said, "If you’ve seen me, you’ve seen the Father." I want to be able to say, "If you’ve seen me, you’ve seen the Son." By that, I don’t mean I want to claim divinity. I simply mean I want to be like jesus. Think of the wonderful thing that happened to Enoch: "Enoch walked with God, and he was not, for God took him" (Genesis 5:22-24). Enoch walked in close fellowship with God for so long that he simply was not. That’s what I desire. I want to be a "was not" too. I want to become an empty space for God to fill, a void on the earth where Heaven can exist.

I want to be a tear in the fabric of this reality through which Heaven can invade. I want to be a portal through which the glory can touch the natural, transforming all around me to the will of the Spirit. Like Moses, I want to disappear into the cloud as I ascend to higher realms. Moses disappeared into the cloud as he climbed higher up the mountain and remained there for 40 days and 40 nights (Exodus 24:18).

This desire for oneness with God is not just my desire. It’s the desire of every sincere Bible-believing follower of Christ. It’s the desire of the Lord Himself. He desires to be one with you. In fact, it’s His prayer for you: "I am praying not only for these disciples but also for all who will ever believe in me through their message. I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me" (John 17:20-21).

Truly, you are counted among all who will ever believe. This is not a new age belief or unorthodox theology; these are the very words of jesus Himself. Oneness with God is obedience toward God. Oneness with God is submission to the will of God. Oneness with God is wearing Christlike character. Oneness with God is holiness. Oneness with God is surrender to the Holy Spirit. Oneness with God is what jesus prayed for you and died to give you. "All of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to Himself through Christ" (2 Corinthians 5:18).

Oneness with God is not something on hold; it’s not a joy only to be known later in Heaven. It’s not some reality put off for the distant future. You don’t have to wait. It’s yours here and now. Be certain of this: you can have it, for jesus said our oneness with Him would be a sign to the unbelieving world. "So that the world will believe you sent me," He said. How could your oneness with God be a sign to an unbelieving world if you couldn’t acquire it while you’re here on Earth with them? Let the matter be settled: oneness with your Creator is for here and now.

When you learn to pray from that position of unity with God, from that divine connection within, everything changes. Then you are truly praying in the Holy Spirit. If this message helped you, make sure to leave a like and let's stay connected. Don't forget to share this

jesus said He is the Son of God, that's why He lives & ur mohammed is dead😁

And even after Muhammad's death, the name is giving you guys sleepless nights. No wonder.

What we have argued so far, i can confidently conclude that:
jesus never claimed divinity but the church- goers claimed it for him
✓ The Bible do contradict itself, saying something here and saying otherwise there, hence the need for major editions ( A supposed holy book embarassed)
jesus calling himself son of God isn't something new. So many prophet and were also been called with that name.
✓ If christians can't defend themselves, they immediately turn to preaching mode or start to trolls ( as it can be seen from your post).

I do enjoy this conversation with you until now.

There was no wars in Islam because Muhammad didn't set up to start fighting for his beliefs to be imposed on people rather it's the Roman Catholic Church he met claiming Christians that were forcing their beliefs on people so he has no option than to do the same!

Religion / Re: How Were Jesus's Alone Moments Recorded In The Gospels? by advocatejare(m): 2:30pm On May 24
AbuTwins:
In the Bible, there are several instances where jesus was alone or sought solitude. These moments of solitude or being alone were often recorded in the Gospels, i just wonder how these many instances were recorded.

Here are some examples of these instances in the Bible:

1. Mark 1:35:
- "And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed."
- This verse from the Gospel of Mark highlights jesus seeking solitude in the early morning to pray.

2. Luke 5:16:
- "And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed."
- In this passage from the Gospel of Luke, jesus is depicted as withdrawing to the wilderness to pray, emphasizing his need for solitude and communion with God.

3. Matthew 14:23:
- "And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone."
- This verse from the Gospel of Matthew illustrates jesus sending the crowds away and retreating to a mountain to pray alone.

4. Matthew 4:1-11 jesus was tempted alone
Then jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted[a] by the devil. After fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry. The tempter came to him and said, “If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread.”
jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”
Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. “If you are the Son of God,” he said, “throw yourself down. For it is written:

“‘He will command his angels concerning you,
and they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.’”

jesus answered him, “It is also written: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.’[d]”

Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. 9 “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.”

jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.’”

Then the devil left him, and angels came and attended him.

These instances in the Gospels portray jesus intentionally seeking solitude, often for prayer, reflection, rest, etc.

Since there was no one with jesus, how were these incidences vividly portrayed as if there was a recorder around with jesus?

...........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
Possible Postulations
The Gospel writers, Mark, Matthew, Luke, and John, recorded the moments when jesus was alone through various means, even though no one else was physically present with jesus during these private moments.

Here's how they could have captured and conveyed these instances:

1. Through jesus' Later Communication:
- jesus may have later shared these experiences with his disciples, and they could have recounted these moments based on his descriptions. The disciples, especially those who were close to jesus, could have preserved these intimate details in their memories.

The error in this is that jesus couldn't have told them what happen with such details and clarity! And jesus never met Luke and Mark!

2. Through Divine Inspiration:
- The Gospel writers believed to have been inspired by the Holy Spirit to write down the accounts of jesus' life and teachings. It is possible that the Spirit guided them to include these private moments in their narratives, even if they were not physically present during those times.

The error in this is that the holy spirit would never make mistakes! There have been many mistakes found in the gospels. So we can rule out any Holy Spirit divine inspiration. More so, Luke confessed in Luke 1:1 that Many have undertaken to draw up an account of the things that have been fulfilled among us, so all of them were just drawing up accounts based on hearsays, eyewitnesses and other documents handed over to them!

3. Through Disciples' Observations:
- While the disciples may not have been present during every solitary moment of jesus, they could have witnessed him seeking solitude on various occasions and understood the importance of these moments in his ministry. They might have highlighted these instances based on their observations of jesus' habits.

While this can be true to a large extent, it can't give a clear picture as to what jesus was doing!
For Example:

Who was peeping when jesus was alone?

4. Through jesus' Actions and Teachings:
- jesus' actions and teachings often reflected his need for solitude and prayer. The Gospel writers could have inferred these private moments of jesus based on his behavior, words, and the significance he placed on prayer and communion with God.

This could be true. But inferences can never be passes off as reality!

1. Absence of Direct Witness:
- One counterargument is that without direct witnesses to jesus' solitary moments, the Gospel writers may have relied on speculation, creative interpretation, or theological reflection to include these details in their narratives. This lack of firsthand observation raises questions about the accuracy and authenticity of the accounts.

2. Literary Devices:
- Critics may argue that the Gospel writers used literary devices, symbolism, or narrative techniques to convey spiritual truths or theological themes rather than strict historical accuracy. The inclusion of alone moments could be seen as a literary device to emphasize jesus' divine nature or spiritual significance. But which kind literary device be that?

3. Community Traditions:
- Some scholars suggest that the Gospel writers were influenced by community traditions, oral stories, and theological beliefs of early Christian communities. The inclusion of jesus' alone moments could have been shaped by the theological agendas or perspectives of these communities rather than direct historical accounts. I still don't get why you'll create alone moment to create a theology around your own belief!

4. Theological Interpretation:
- Another counterargument is that the Gospel writers may have interpreted jesus' actions and teachings through a theological lens, emphasizing his divinity, messianic mission, or role as the Son of God. The portrayal of jesus' alone moments could reflect theological themes rather than strict historical accuracy. Theological themes again?

5. Narrative Harmonization:
- Critics of the Gospel accounts may highlight the practice of narrative harmonization, where later writers or editors sought to harmonize and reconcile different Gospel narratives. The inclusion of jesus' alone moments across multiple Gospels could be a result of this editorial process rather than individual eyewitness testimony. This is harmonization gone too far! Religion / How Were Jesus's Alone Moments Recorded In The Gospels? by AbuTwins: 12:13pm On May 24
In the Bible, there are several instances where jesus was alone or sought solitude.

Going a little ahead, he fell on his face, praying, “My Father, if there is any way, get me out of this. But please, not what I want. You, what do you want?” Matthew 26:39

TOPIC: Self-esteem Empowerment (Part 4)

Luke 1:28 ‬
And having come in, the angel said to her, “Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!”

*Message*

Before Mary could be offered the assignment of rendering her womb as the vehicle that would transport the KING of kings from Heaven to earth, there was a system put in place to ensure her self-esteem would first be jacked up to a superb level of divinity, done by granting her the revelation of her identity in eternity: “Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!”

It was only after this had been achieved that the angel informed her: "And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name jesus. He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David." (Vs 31-32).

Mary's next response was, “How can this be, since I do not know a man?” and not, "Who am I to be entrusted with such great responsibility?". The reason is simple, the encounter had first opened her up to a revelation of her identity in eternity, and it has empowered her self-esteem to carry her head high even amid the reproach it will bring (since people will think she has been sleeping around when not married).

*In God's wisdom, before commissioning you into your assignment, He first grants you a revelation of your glorious identity in eternity. This is beneficial in several ways, including how it is a self-esteem empowerment scheme to ensure you keep carrying your shoulders high even when faced with reproach while carrying out the assignment.*

Religion / Re: Personal Responsibility For Sins In The Bible by SIRTee15: 1:35am On May 15
AbuTwins:

God said many times in the Old testament that He does not become man! He does not change!

God is not a man! Anthropomorphism is false!

Numbers 23:19:
"God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?"

1 Samuel 15:29:
"He who is the Glory of Israel does not lie or change his mind; for he is not a human being, that he should change his mind."

Hosea 11:9:
"I will not carry out my fierce anger, nor will I devastate Ephraim again. For I am God, and not a human being—the Holy One among you. I will not come against their cities."

Isaiah 40:18
To whom will you liken God? To what image will you compare Him?

Isaiah 44:6-20
Thus says the LORD, the King and Redeemer of Israel, the LORD of Hosts: “I am the first and I am the last, and there is no God but Me. Who then is like Me? Let him say so! Let him declare his case before Me, since I established an ancient people. Let him foretell the things to come, and what is to take place...

U didn't answer my question. If I become angry, does that mean I have changed into anger.
No where in the verse U quote did it say God can't become a man or appear like a man.
Na English dey confuse U. Look the dictionary and learn difference btw change and become.
AbuTwins:

jesus couldn't foretell the hour in Matthew 24:36, Mark 13:32 “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

This has been trashed already. jesus on earth wasn't physically God, he was the son of God.
The bible said he grew in wisdom, jesus choosing not to know the hour is not an issue.
Stop sounding like a crack CD.
AbuTwins:

Isaiah 55:8-9:
"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the LORD. "As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts."

Psalm 50:21:
"These things you have done, and I have been silent; you thought that I was one like yourself. But now I rebuke you and lay the charge before you."

Job 9:32-33:
"For he is not a man, as I am, that I might answer him, that we should come to trial together. There is no arbiter between us, who might lay his hand on us both."

So God is not man and can never become man!
So if God can never become a man, then tell me what the patriarch saw.
When God appeared to Adam and Eve, what did they see?
When God appeared to Abraham, what did he see?
When the bible say Jacob wrestled a man and Jacob said the man was God, was he wrong?
When Moses, Aaron and 72 elders saw God and described his feet, were they wrong?
AbuTwins:

God does not change:

Yes U are absolutely correct on this one, God doesn't change and can never change. The divinity in jesus never changed. That divinity is the SPIRIT of jesus THAT IS FOREVER LIVING.
AbuTwins:

Psalm 55:19 -
"God will hear and answer them—Even the one who sits enthroned from of old— Selah. With whom there is no change, And who do not fear God."

Malachi 3:6 -
"For I the Lord do not change; therefore you, O children of Jacob, are not consumed."

So when did the Lord Change?

I know English is hard for U but Read to comprehend. I never said God can change. I said God can become a man and this is evident all through the old testament.
God can take the form of his creation to become visible.
Not only human form but form of cloud and burning bush. He's God, he can never be limited.
Exodus 19
The Lord said to Moses, “I am going to come to you in a dense cloud, so that the people will hear me speaking with you and will always put their trust in you.”

Exodus 3
2 There the angel of the Lord appeared to him in flames of fire from within a bush. Moses saw that though the bush was on fire it did not burn up. 3 So Moses thought, “I will go over and see this strange sight—why the bush does not burn up.”

4 When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called to him from within the bush, “Moses! Moses!”

AbuTwins:

I am not stuck anywhere. God get many sons in the Bible.

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God. Matthew 5:9
‘You are “Elohim"(Gods); you are all sons of the Most High. Psalm 82:6 - jesus requoted this in John 10:34

Adam the son of God, Luke 3:38 grin

jesus is the only begotten son of God. Other son(s) are metaphorical. All believers are sons and daughters of God by adoption but not begotten.
Others son or sons are ways to express relationship with God.
John 3
16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life

AbuTwins:

Show us where the phrases "God the father", "God the son" and "God the Spirit" is written in the Bible? And i can't mention Nicene theory again! grin

Trinity is not in the bible just like tawheed is not in the Qur'an. But the concept is seen in the bible.
God the son is the word of God in the old testament. The word of God is personified in the old testament and seen multiple times acting as God himself.

For example the word of the LORD was described as a person when talking to Abraham who called him God.

Genesis 15
After this, the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision:

“Do not be afraid, Abram.
I am your shield,[a]
your very great reward.

2 But Abram said, “Sovereign Lord,
what can you give me since I remain childless and the one who will inherit[c] my estate is Eliezer of Damascus?”

4 Then the word of the LORD came to him: “This man will not be your heir, but a son who is your own flesh and blood will be your heir.”

AbuTwins:

John 1
18 No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known. In the Bible, there are several instances where individuals are described as having seen God or encountered a divine being face to face. Here are some notable examples:

Adam and Eve: According to the Book of Genesis, Adam and Eve walked with God in the Garden of Eden before their disobedience led to their expulsion from the garden.

Abraham: In Genesis 18, Abraham receives a visit from three men who are often interpreted as divine beings. One of these beings speaks as God and foretells the birth of Isaac.

Moses: In Exodus 33:11, it is mentioned that "the Lord used to speak to Moses face to face, as one speaks to a friend." Additionally, in Exodus 33:18-23, Moses asks to see God's glory, and God allows him to see His back but not His face.

Isaiah: In Isaiah 6, the prophet Isaiah has a vision of God in the temple, where he sees the Lord seated on a throne.

Ezekiel: In the Book of Ezekiel, the prophet Ezekiel has several visions of God and heavenly beings, such as the vision of the chariot-throne.

Daniel: In the Book of Daniel, Daniel has visions and encounters with angelic beings, often in the presence of God.

Stephen (New Testament): In Acts 7:55-56, Stephen, one of the early Christian martyrs, sees a vision of jesus standing at the right hand of God before his death.

You are just contradicting yourself. First U claim God cannot appear as a Man yet to quote verses confirming God becoming a man. Next U claimed there's nothing like anthropomorphism.
Then tell me what did they see. Those bible verses U quote, what exactly did they see. Or U wanna cla the patriarch were suffering from charles-bonnet syndrome.
When John 1 said no man had seen God, it's talking about God's true essence which is invisible and no one has seen and will never see.

“ Then the LORD spoke to you from the midst of the fire; you heard the sound of words, but you saw no form—only a voice”
(Deuteronomy 4:12).

AbuTwins:

Colossians 2 9 For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, This one is Paul's false letter!
Bring evidence Colossians is Paul's false letter.
Anyway let me give U what Peter said about divinity of jesus.

1 Peter 1
10 Concerning this salvation, the prophets, who spoke of the grace that was to come to you, searched intently and with the greatest care, 11 trying to find out the time and circumstances to which the Spirit of Christ in them was pointing when he predicted the sufferings of the Messiah and the glories that would follow.

AbuTwins:

Even the Jews understood the concept of son of God as someone who posses the same divinity as the Father.
John 4 The Jews have "You are “Elohim"(Gods); you are all sons of the Most High. Psalm 82:6 in their books! Don't they understand it?

13 The man who was healed had no idea who it was, for jesus had slipped away into the crowd that was there.

14 Later jesus found him at the temple and said to him, “See, you are well again. Stop sinning or something worse may happen to you.” 15 The man went away and told the Jewish leaders that it was jesus who had made him well.
16 So, because jesus was doing these things on the Sabbath, the Jewish leaders began to persecute him. 17 In his defense jesus said to them, “My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I too am working.” 18 For this reason they tried all the more to kill him; not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God.

These Jewish leaders are being portrayed as being ignorant of their own books!
"You are “Elohim"(Gods); you are all sons of the Most High. Psalm 82:6
Neither jesus nor the Jews are confused. U are the one that doesn't know the tanakh and thus confused.
Humans are called Elohim because we are made in the image of God. Man's spirit is a reflection of God's image. This makes us small gods.

Son of God is a derivation of the divine Messiah which was written and promised in the old testament. The 2nd temple Judaism coined the word son of God for this divine Messiah because they understood he will come with the full divine authority and sovereignty of God
AbuTwins:

And didn't jesus said "Our father who is heaven" before in Matthew 6:9? Why didn't they try to kill him?
And do not call anyone on earth ‘father,’ for you have one Father, and he is in heaven. Matthew 23:9 Why didn't they try to kill him?
I don't think U even understand what U talking about here. Did jesus call anyone else Father apart from God? U talking nonsense here...out of point.

AbuTwins:

Na John put that Xtra Juice! grin

According to AbuTwin who can't explain questions without denying or fabricating outright lies.

Now back to that passage. This incident happened on a Sabbath day when the Jews accused jesus of working on the day of rest.

In the book of Mark, jesus in response to this accusation called himself the Lord of the Sabbath. Again the Jews accused him of not observing the Sabbath and he replied he's the Lord of the Sabbath.

Mark 2
27 Then he said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. 28 So the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.”

Why did jesus called himself the Lord of the Sabbath?
The answer will explain why Jews viewed jesus response ' I'm working on this day as my father' as blasphemy.

17 In his defense jesus said to them, “My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I too am working.” 18 For this reason they tried all the more to kill him; not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God.

Greek Translation and their Bible below.

So, what is going on here is that jesus called himself. I AM, a name Almighty God also used to describe himself to Moses. Jewish people knew exactly what that means which was why they felt offended and wanted to harm jesus for having the guts to use such term on himself. They never thought he was worthy of that. But Lo and behold, Watchtower Bible and Tract Society also joined the Jews in having an issue with It. They said, How can jesus be I AM?. No way. What do we do? Let's change it to I HAVE BEEN. jesus never reach that level. So, just like the Jews, JWS attacked jesus's divinity and changed it to I HAVE BEEN. Look at the Greek translation of I AM. It is the same thing with the one in the JW Kingdom interlinear. But No. Watchtower said No o. We will act as if we didn't see that and change it to what we want.
This is quite funny. Grammatically, you are incorrect on this one. Nothing is wrong with the JW's transaction there. Use another verse but not this one. You people ehnn

You can't compare our Lord jesus to anyone on earth either before him or after him. And no other man or woman made the kind of claims jesus made. Let's see some of his uniqueness;

1. The only man who walked the face of this earth with hundreds of Prophecies said about him hundreds of years before he was born and he literally fulfilled all.

2. The only man who was born without the agency of man.

3. The only man who first called God his Father.

4. The only man one earth who performed matchless miracles.

God doesn't change!
Even jesus said he is the same yesterday, today and forever! You are saying he was God then became man then became God again! This is false!

When God became man in old testament, did he change.
When God appeared to Abraham Jacob and Moses in the old testament, did he change?
If he didn't why then do U think he will change in the new testament when he became Man.

If I say I become angry, does that mean I have changed to anger.

John 1
14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.

That God became man doesnt mean he changed to man. Learn the difference between change and become.

AbuTwins:

Nicene theory!
Are U ok? jesus as the son of God is clearly spelt out in the gospel.

Matt 16.15
jesus said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” 16 Simon Peter said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”

Once Muslims are stuck, they start shouting nicene theory, Nicene theory.

AbuTwins:

He had no authority till God gave him authority! He was dependent on God!
That was jesus on earth. jesus in the new testament was given authority because he wasn't physically God. That's why I said jesus in earth wasn't God physically. The human soul of jesus was given authority.
The jesus on earth is the son of God NOT God the son. The jesus on earth was never part of the trinity.
The jesus we associate with the trinity is God the son.

AbuTwins:

Where is this definition in the Bible VERBATIM as you stated it here!

John 1
18 No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.

Colossians 2

9 For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form,

Even the Jews understood the concept of son of God as someone who posses the same divinity as the Father.
John 4

This is the verse in the JW Bible. The phrase "a god" was placed there.

There is a history behind this. The Watchtower Leaders had no translation to back up this rendering. So, what they did is to find another kind of translation that confirms their use of "a god" to use as a reference to prove their point. The translation they used as reference is from a Roman Catholic Priest who was into Spiritism and whose wife was into witchcraft. This Priest admitted that his translation was done by the help of his wife who conducted a Seance in order to summon a demon. He said the Demon helped him to translate his Bible with ease. So, this is the only translation that Watchtower leaders deemed fit to be used as a reference.

After some years, they stopped using this translation as a reference but still maintained their usage of a god. You can see that a god was used to help diminish the divinity of jesus.

This distortion in scripture was done because Jehovah's Witnesses do not believe in the divinity of jesus even though jesus was called Mighty God in their own Bible. I am surprised they didn't change that verse. jesus was never called a god in any verse in the Bible. As I continue to post more verses, you are going to see a pattern. There is a reason why Bible Scholars do not recognise the JW Bible. Some regard it as Not a Translation but a Doctrinal book specific to JW only. Some scholars regard it as a Mistranslation. British scholar H.H. Rowley calls it “a shining example of how the Bible should not be translated,” classifying the text as “an insult to the Word of God.” Their Bible is also not listed along with others in Bible sites. This thread will give reasons why this is so. Let's get to it!

The divinity of Christ meaning that "The word was a god."
divinity= a god, godlike, deity.

Religion / Re: Manipulation Of Bible Verses In The Jehovah's Witness Bible by Courz: 12:43pm On May 11
Look at the JW Bible. Check the Greek translation and compare with the Kingdom interlinear.

I Found a pattern in the JW Bible. If you look at the 2nd screenshot, you will see verses where the Greek term for Worship is used. I checked some of the verses one by one in the JW Bible. I noticed that if Almighty God is the subject of the verse, The JW Bible correctly places Worship. But when it comes to jesus, every single verse has Obseiance. Obseiance isn't really a word we use. It sounds ancient but it also means Worship. Why is there a deliberate attempt to diminish the divinity of jesus each time someone Worships him in different verses? jesus was worshipped when he was Born by the 3 wise Men. JW Bible says Obeisance. After jesus was resurrected and appeared to his disciples, his disciples worshipped him. jesus never corrected them when they Worshipped him. JW Bible said Obeisance. But when it is God that is being talked about, JW Bible correctly fixes Worship.

Watchtower has a very big problem with jesus being Worshipped which is typical of an Antichrist. Placing Worship as it is the correct translation shows that their doctrine of jesus not been God is wrong. Even God himself has given the Angels the permission to worship jesus. Why? He is God. Mighty God. This deliberate attack at jesus divinity is Satanic and for them to deliberately choose to use words that don't emphasise his divinity in order to deceive JWs shows you the Demonic Spirit they work. They know that If the word Obeisance is used, JWS wouldn't understand that jesus is being Worshipped unless the word Worship is explicitly stated. If the Greek word for worship is in a verse, translate the verse as it is and let it be consistent. Inconsistency shows there is an Evil intention. Don't impose your doctrine on a verse.

Religion / Re: James The Brother Of Jesus Never Believed Jesus To Be God by MaxInDHouse(m): 5:46pm On May 06
AbuTwins:
According to historical and scholarly research, James, the brother of jesus, did not believe in jesus as God in a literal sense. Instead, James is understood to have believed in jesus as the Davidic Messiah, a significant figure in Jewish prophecy and tradition.

James' belief in jesus as the Davidic Messiah meant that he saw jesus as the promised deliverer or anointed one (Messiah) prophesied in the Hebrew Bible. This belief was rooted in Jewish expectations of a messianic figure who would restore the kingdom of David and fulfill God's promises to the Jewish people.

While James held jesus in high regard and believed in his messianic role, there is no historical evidence to indicate that James viewed jesus as a divine being or as God incarnate. James' focus was more on jesus' role as the Messiah within the Jewish context rather than on his divinity.

In contrast to later Christian beliefs that developed around the divinity of jesus, James' understanding of jesus was likely more in line with Jewish messianic expectations of his time. This distinction highlights the diversity of beliefs and interpretations within the early Christian community, with James representing a perspective that emphasized jesus' messianic identity rather than his divine nature.

According to modern research, James the brother of jesus was indeed recognized as a prominent figure in the early Christian community. He was the first leader of the Jerusalem Church and played a significant role in the development of early Christianity. It is believed that James was elected by the chief apostles of jesus, including Peter, John, and Philip, to be the head of the church in Jerusalem.

James was known for his devout observance of Jewish law and his attachment to the temple in Jerusalem. He was regarded as a rigorous and observant Jew who followed the law. This is in contrast to Paul, who taught in Ephesians 2:15 that the law had been abolished. James' adherence to Jewish customs and practices made him influential among the Jewish community.

While James believed in jesus as the Davidic Messiah, it is important to note that he was also considered a Christian. He played a crucial role in shaping the early Christian movement and was recognized as a leader among the disciples of jesus.

Regarding the earliest faith of the disciples of jesus, it is believed that their faith initially centered around jesus as the Messiah and the fulfillment of Jewish prophecies. Over time, as the early Christian community grew and developed, their understanding of jesus' teachings and his role expanded.

Please note that the information provided is based on historical research and scholarly interpretations.

{Eusebius (Born 260 AD)}

None of jesus' disciples believe he is God!

He sent this message to his disciples:

“Stop clinging to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. But go to my brothers and say to them, ‘ I am ascending to my Father and your Father and to my God and your God.’” John 20:17

So from jesus' point of view his disciples are his BROTHERS (not his worshipers) God never called His worshipers (brothers) and he concluded by saying his father is their father and his God is their God!

But you can call me a cult member now because i will never accept that your Allah has anything to do with these things! wink

Catholicism is not the oldest form of Christianity.

The earliest form of Christianity can be traced back to the first centuries AD, and is known as "Christianity prior to Council of Nicaea and Constantine."

Here are some sources for the above claims:

1. "Early Christianity - World History Encyclopedia." World History Encyclopedia, 2021
2. "Before Constantine - Religious Transition." Christianity of the Early Period. Oxford University Press, 2003,

IArianism is an early Christian sect that proceeded Catholicism.

Arianism was established by an Egyptian Christian priest named Arius in the 3rd century AD and was a major rival to Roman Catholicism. The schism between Roman Catholicism and Arianism led to many centuries-long conflicts and religious wars.

Arianism was a form of Christianity that denied the divinity of jesus, and was popular during the first century AD. It was the predominant Christian belief before the Council of Nicaea and Constantine.
