The city of Warri stood still as the mega 48th birthday celebration of former Niger Delta warlord, High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, aka Tompolo began today with a peace walk from Niger Deltans drawn across the various states.

The peace walk began at 8:00am with predominantly youths and women as they walk from the popular estate roundabout, Okumagba Avenue, Warri to the venue at KFT Event Centre,along NNPC Housing Complex Road, Ekpan, where he was celebrated in a ground style by good spirited Nigerians.

Angry youths allegedly loyal to factional president of Ijaw Youth Council,IYC, Barr. Peretubo Oweilaemi and Mr. Eric Omare Esq, Wednesday clashed and disrupted the birthday bash of ex-militant leader, High Chief Oweizide Government Ekpemupolo AKA Tompolo.

According to reports, many valuables were destroyed as guests scaled through the fence of the hotel, venue of the event for safety as the youths attacked each other with various instruments including broken bottles.

The police, however, shot teargas canisters to disperse the irate youths.

It was gathered that the clash between the two groups began when Barr. Peretubo Oweilaemi arrived the venue of the birthday bash in honour of Tompolo when Eric Omare was already seated with some members of his executive.

Some youths loyal to Omare allegedly denied Oweilaemi entrance and in the process, a serious combat ensued.

Few minutes later, Eric Omare and his entourage escaped through the exit door of the hotel for safety

[s]Good day my fellow Nigerians, I want to throw a little light on how federal government can locate tompolo and the avengers .
I have listened and read articles and publication on every happenings around Niger Delta region since president Muhammadu buhari came into power and here is my advice to profer a peace and long lasting solution to federal government of Nigeria.


1.this link are the faces of Niger Delta avengers and they must know something about it and tompolo hide out,because no where in this world a criminal is being celebrated .

2.tompolo is doing all this to divert fg/efcc corruption charges against him so that he can be called for a dialogue
All is a game plan and they are all acting on scripts.

3.I want Nigerians to know that even boko haram did not spare both Muslims, Islamic clerics and Islamic traditional rulers in their killings in the Northeast some of the traditional rulers even have to flee from their kingdom for fear of being killed .so I laugh when people says the Niger Delta community and traditional leaders are not innoccent
I want federal government to summon all affected communities traditional leaders and a proper investigation and sanction should be their pieces of cake.

4.my mother is from Niger Delta and I know what I'm talking about ,Niger Delta boys are so lazy even governor dickson of bayelsa state said so and it is one of his challenges he is facing in bayelsa state Niger Delta boys want government to even come and wash their anus Since they are going against the amnesty peace pack signed by them with the federal government all this should be implement to avoid much stress and waste of innocent lives.

The faces on the photograph should have a question to answer about tompolo and the avengers.

5.democracy is not demonstration of craze or violence.

FYI:Niger Delta least paid ex militant earns 65,000 naira monthly and the traditional rulers are the highest paid in salary compared to other traditional mornach in other states .and don't forget some ex militant are currently in various countries abroad on government sponsored trip on skill acquisition programs.



Let us all face realities and stop politicasizing issues

All we need is peace and one Nigeria
