I have said this time and again. Obi will convincingly won southern Nigeria in the Forth coming election. As for the north i can't tell.

Talking about Tinubu's achievement, it includes acceleration of Lagos economy despite the fact that their federal allocation was withheld. From 600m to several billions. It was Tinubu who made that possible.

LASTMA,
Lekki-ajah development axis,
BRT,
Lekki seaport,
RRS,
millennium schools,
Eko Atlantic city
Several Housing estates in Ikorodu, Lekki, Oba etc.
Several hospital and health centres including LASU teaching hospital.

In fact before Tinubu in 1999, there was no development of Lekki, Ajah, banana island, Eko Atlantic city, Magodo etc.

Something Peter Obi couldn't achieve. Peter Obi failed as an Anambra governor and as part of federal administration.

i am sure that this urchin never knew Anambra State aside from reciting 36 states and capitals if he attended good nursery school.

The only reason why you see Peter Obi in Lagos is because of the concentration of ports/banks/business headquarters activities in Lagos.

It's also the only reason for the big presence of traders in Lagos. Not because they want to enjoy Lagos breeze. It's ironic that those who moan about Peter Obi living in Lagos are the same people who attacked Peter Obi when he talked about the need to decentralize ports activities across the country.

Similar to to my view as well. The worst that will happen to Atiku in the Southern part of Nigeria is to have a draw with Tinubu and Obi. This is because, Tinubu will definitely win the South West, While Atiku will come 2nd with good number of votes there. Obi will not fly beyond Lagos in the South West. However, Obi could likely have an upper hand in the South East. The worst case for Atiku in the South East is second position. Atiku will definitely win the South South with Tinubu/Obi battling for the second position. Overall, Atiku's ability to get reasonable votes from the South West, and South East couple with his victory in South South would put him at a comfortable edge in the South.

The North would be the decider for 2023 ! Who wins the North carry's the day !
