IPOB disowns Ohanaeze; names Ekwueme, Anyaoku, others head of negotiation
By Emmanuel Uzodinma on March 9,

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Wednesday expressed confidence on former Vice President, Dr. Alex Ekwueme to speak on its behalf at a meeting expected to be held between Biafra agitators and US congressmen.

Also named is former Commonwealth Secretary General, Chief Emeka Anyaoku.

In a statement made available to DAILY POST by IPOB’s spokespersons, Emma Mmezu and Clifford Iroanya, they said, “It has come to the notice of IPOB that some selfish individuals, who deliberately misconstrue our genuine intentions towards the restoration of Biafra are busy parading themselves as elders or custodians of our present agitation.

“Once again we have been reliably informed that Ohaneze Ndigbo have once again hijacked the proposed visit of US Congressmen to Biafraland, thereby positioning themselves as the mouthpiece of IPOB which is blatantly false.

“We have not mandated this group called Ohaneze to represent IPOB in any capacity. That US Congressmen are in Biafraland today is as a result of the hard work of IPOB all over the world in lobbying these US lawmakers.”

They added that, “If anyone is concerned about the plight of Ndigbo, they should initiate an action plan with the intention of addressing them, not waiting for the blood of Biafrans to be shed so they can emerge to pontificate on the way forward.

“IPOB would like the world to know that we have credible traditional rulers, elder statesmen and respectable Biafrans capable of representing IPOB at these talks with the Americans.

“We do not deal with nor condone the idea of ‘washed out’ political contractors and compromised merchants of misery, speaking for we Biafrans.

“We value our reputation as IPOB and would like to warn that anybody dealing with any group that is not Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB under the supreme command of Nnamdi Kanu our detained leader) is engaging in an exercise in futility.

“Our focus now is to ensure the release of our leader first before we negotiate with anyone. We would view anyone discussing or attempting to cut a deal without the knowledge of the leadership of IPOB as an enemy of the people.

“IPOB has chosen Dr Arthur Nwankwo, Dr Alex Ekwueme,
Archbishop Anthony Obinna, Gen. Alex Maduebo, Prof Ben Nwabueze, Chief Emeka Anyoku, as credible elders who will speak the truth without being easily compromised.

“All over the world, fact finders meet with people with impeccable pedigree, not political contractors like Ohanaeze and Co.”

1. Anyone that enters APC is protected and is saint, no one will touch him/her. look at fashola and Amechi whose petitions is with EFCC , they ignored all only to tell Nigerians that PDP this PDP that .

3. Rule of law is supposed to be active in every democratic government in the world. Why have this government choose to go the other way?

IG Bans Police From Searching Phones Of Civilians Without Warrant

The Inspector General of Police has banned the rank and file of the Nigerian Police Force from illegally accessing the phones of Nigerians.

The ban was contained in a circular to Police Commands across the country.

The instruction from the Inspector General of Police became necessary

due to some police men who would flout privacy rights of law abiding citizens by stopping and searching their phones without recourse to legal processes.

Officer in Charge of Complaint Response Unit (CRU) of the Nigeria Police, Abayomi Shogunle tweeted:

With this order, the Police are unable to search phones of civilians under any pretext without first obtaining a search warrant from a competent court of jurisdiction.

DAMAGE CONTROL : GARBA SHEHU DEFENDS BUHARI’S DICTATORIAL SPEECH, CLAIMS IT’S PERSONAL

The presidency says President Muhammadu Buhari will not interfere with the trials of Sambo Dasuki, former national security adviser (NSA), and Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), dismissing insinuations that the president is bent on influencing

the court to jail the duo. According, Garba Shehu, presidential spokesman, Buhari has the right to hold an opinion on the matter, but he would not interfere with the process of the court. During his maiden chat with select journalists on Wednesday in Abuja, Buhari showed a predisposition to keeping Dasuki and Kanu in detention. “Technically, if you see the type of atrocities those people committed against the country, if they jump bail…..,” he had said. “The former president just wrote to the governor of central bank and said give N40 billion – 40 billion to so so so, and you give him bail to go and see a doctor in London, when you have 2 million people in IDP camps. Half of them don’t even know their parents. What kind of country do you want us to run? “And the one you’re calling Kanu, do you know he has two passports. One Nigeria, one British and he came to this country without using any passport. “Do you know that he brought equipment into this country, sophisticated equipment, and was broadcasting for Radio Biafra. What kind of government do you want to have? He has been charged with treasonable felony, and I hope the court will listen to the case.” On Saturday, Shehu, while clarifying the stance of the president in an opinion piece, described the presidential media chat as a “win win”. “On the other hand, many understand his comments regarding the bail for Col Dasuki and Nnamdi Kanu to mean that government would use all avenues in the legal system to ensure that they are made to face trials. Under the constitution, no one can stop the courts from doing their jobs and it is matter the president keeps going back to given his much-cherished, newly-acquired democratic beliefs,” he said. “On any given day in court, lawyers argue the pros and cons of given issues. As writers and commentators in the media, this is what we do always. The one who argues for bail and the one who argues against it are both entitled to their views. “It is harsh of anyone to deny the president an opinion on these matters when all of us are freely commenting upon them. Muhammadu Buhari is first a citizen before becoming a president. He is entitled to hold views as you and I are under the constitution. “What will be wrong is when he tries to impose those views on the courts or on anyone, and this not anything he has done, and is will not do as the elected president of Nigeria. “Talking about candour, it is very rare that when asked a question, the leader of a country will say I don’t have the answer, I will seek explanation from so, so or that I will instruct the Central Bank to issue a statement on that. This is why when he speaks, the public believes him because he does so with an aura sincerity. This is something that helps public perception. “A leader who knows it all by himself is not what a country needs. Since assuming power in May 2015, the president has sent very clear signals to the media of his non-interference with their freedom. As the leader of this large and diverse country, he had an important message for them he kept for the last: he wants the media to rise above speculations, do a lot of research and investigation to produce credible articles. In his view, they need to do this to ramp up their credibility. Should they fail to do this, they will risk dragging down their reputable institution from the high pedestal it occupies. The self-regulating arms of the industry will be doing a disservice to both the media and the nation if they ignore this freely-offered advice. “From my own partisan, but certainly not jaundiced view, the first of the quarterly media chats was a win-win move. It served both sides well, with the media carrying out their constitutional duty of auditing the administration and the president having a useful platform to reach millions of citizens who harbour a love for him and a shared expectation of change.”

This is coming shortly after some media attack asking the president to resign and #TYRANTBUHARI ongoing twitter trends.

Nnamdi Kanu Apology : UNDILUTED Lies From DSS and Buhari/APC Government

Chinedu Ukeh

Lets take it one sentence after another to clarify all issues

THE leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra and founder of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, has expressed regret for referring to President Muhammadu Buhari as a terrorist, evil and a paedophile in his radio broadcasts.

you can only tender apology to someone over a statement that is not true. the questions are , is buhari a terrorist ?(answer with current case of zakzarky ), is he a paedophile? ( look into case study of aisha)…

"Kanu, who has been charged along with two others by the Federal Government before a Federal High Court in Abuja on six counts of treason and other ancillary offences, said he intended to write a private letter to Buhari to express his apology to the President."

can buhari truly and openly swear that he has not meet kanu one on one since his arrest?

"He also apologised to former President Goodluck Jonathan and Igbo elders for “some uncomplimentary things” he said about them."

no sane being can ever apologise to entities that deserve no

"The 48-year-old pro-Biafran agitation leader, who is, however, unapologetic about his demand for a Republic of Biafra, has been in the custody of the Department of State Services since his arrest in Lagos on October 14, 2015."

thanks for using that word unapologetic cos none mentioned above deserve it

"He tendered the apology for his comment against Buhari and others in a statement which he made to the DSS on October 23."

this is the biggest joke ever and the biggest lies stronger than that of lie mohamed, since oct 23 and they are telling us today about the apology? cut it shor, the DSS i know will even say it before he open his mouth to tender the so called apology than waiting for close to 2 months.

"The prosecution, in its summary of the case, alleged that in one of the radio broadcasts by Kanu on August 1, 2015, he expressed his resolve to actualise the Republic of Biafra and “cast aspersions on the person and the office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria”."

" statement read in part, “Reference to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as a terrorist, evil and a paedophile is regrettable and uncalled for and for that, I unreservedly apologise and will be doing so in a private letter .."

the DSS i know will even buy long note thick cover with blue , black and red pen immediately so the private apology wont waste one seconds time. if a government can be lying in this manner then we deserve no respect from any other sane country in this world.

“Before PMB (President Muhammadu Buhari) there was the administration of Goodluck Jonathan. I also said uncomplimentary things about him and Igbo elders as well, which I now recognise should not have happened because it is un-African to be rude or insolent to elders.
all I was trying to do is to draw attention to the problems afflicting society and something done about them.”

This didnt sound like kanu statement , next time, use his words.

"Kanu, who described himself as a Nigerian and a British citizen, justified his agitation for a Biafra Republic."

thats his right

" said IPOB’s secessionist agenda was informed by the “incessant hardship, lack of holistic development in the socio-economic landscape of Nigeria, lack of youth employment, corruption in high offices and economic regression.”

every sane person will see that this country is not well. the agenda is not a day old

"He added that the agitation by IPOB, which, according to him, was founded in London in 2012 by a group of people from the South-South and South-East regions of the country, was in line with the United Nations Charter on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples ratified by African countries, including Nigeria."

every indigence has that genuine right.

"In contrast to the counts of managing and assisting in the management of an unlawful society preferred against Kanu and two others, the Radio Biafra founder stated that IPOB, which the prosecution described as unlawful, was registered with the UN to pursue the rights of the people of Biafra.
He stated, “I can confirm that I, Nnamdi Kanu, is the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra worldwide as a legitimately and duly registered body at the United Nations pursuing the rights of a specific indigenous people, in this case, Biafra, to seek self determination according to the said charter."

IPOB is recognize world wide

“The reason for the formation of the Indigenous People of Biafra is to avail those referring to themselves as Biafrans the opportunity made available as a result of the United Nations declaration to seek the peaceful rebirth of Biafra in line with international law.”
Kanu, who is a son of a traditional ruler in Abia State, Sir I.O. Kanu, said he operated Radio Biafra, whose programmes “are designed to wake up the public from its slumber and address the issues of the time” because of his belief in free speech and freedom of expression.
He explained that the intended Biafra Republic comprised Enugu, Ebonyi, Abia, Imo, Anambra, Cross River, Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Bayelsa and Delta states as well the Igbanke part of Edo State; Igala part of Kogi State and Idoma/Igede part of Edo State."

telling us the truth, biafra is not about igbo but bigger than igbo

"Apart from Kanu, one of the two other defendants in the six counts filed by the Federal Government is a Field Maintenance Engineer, David Nwawuisi, charged with the responsibility of maintaining MTN masts in Enugu State.
The other defendant, Benjamin Madubugwu, was said to be living in the Ubilisiuzo, Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State, where he allegedly received custody of a container, housing transmitters, from Kanu."

this is no case

"On December 23 during the accused persons’ appearance in court for their scheduled arraignment, Kanu refused to take his plea due to what he called his lack of confidence in the presiding judge, Justice Ahmed Mohammed."

thats true, the country is officially a lawless country

"The judge promptly returned the case file to the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Ibrahim Auta, for reassignment to another judge and the three accused persons were returned to the custody of the Department of State Services."

they dont have to delay on this

" fresh charges were filed against the three men barely 24 hours after Justice Adeniyi Ademola, in a ruling on Kanu’s bail application on December 17, ordered his unconditional release from DSS custody having been detained for about two months without any valid charges filed against him."

lawless society . the law must be supreme and not about useless pdp and apc

"The PUNCH had reported that the Federal Government had alleged that transmitters for Radio Biafra, spreading secessionist agenda for carving out Biafra region from Nigeria, were found to be installed on MTN masts in Enugu and Anambra states between April and May 2015."

and its hard for them to snap it then remove it. its obvious our government is incompetent

No new date has been fixed for the arraignment of the accused persons.

the fear of the unknown

ABUJA: TREASON CHARGE AGAINST NNAMDI KANU .....A CONFIRMATION OF BUHARI'S ILLITERACY

Who is the Director or Head of the DSS? No, who is Nigeria's Inspector General of Police? I have a question for the IGP of Nigeria, Mr Arase. ARE YOU REALLY AWARE THAT YOUR HEAD OF THE DSS IS CHARGING NNAMDI KANU FOR TREASONABLE FELONY? If he is ignorant of the meaning of the word "Treason", are you, Mr IGP also ignorant of the meaning of the word Treason as is contained in the Nigeria constitution? Assuming that both of you are as ignorant as your illiterate "Head of State" Buhari, I will like to enlighten you on the meaning of the word Treason. Treason is the act of betraying one's own country by waging war against it or by consciously or purposely acting to aid its enemies.

In other wards an act that amount to toppling the existing government with a view to taking it over as was committed by this same Mohammadu Buhari on the 31st December 1983 when he overthrew a democratically elected government of Shehu Shagari and Dr Alex Ekwueme and took it over on January 2nd 1984. What General Mohammadu Buhari did to the government of Shehu Shagari in 1983 is called Treasonable Felony, but he is today walking freely and presiding of a case of an ordinary freedom fighter and charging him of Treason. Now, if the IGP and the Head of DSS, and also the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP), Mohammed Saidu Diri are all aware of this meaning of Treason as expressed above, what in the act of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB, or its Leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is indicative of their intention to topple the existing government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with a view to taking it over? From the forgoing therefore, it follows that the government authorities are not aware of the charge to levy on Nnamdi Knau...No wonder the Judge at the High Court had to excuse himself from the case. It will be recalled that Kanu has earlier been arraigned before the Magistrate Court at Abuja charged with the frivolous offence of "criminal conspiracy and ownership of an unlawful society" which was quashed and the DSS ordered to release Mr. Kanu. But the DSS instead of complying with the Court order, came up with another charge of "Terrorism" at the High Court. The outcome of this second charge is now history. Yet the DSS is yet to obey the two court orders to release Mr Kanu. Now they have come up with the Treasonable Felony charge at the same High Court whose orders the same DSS has, on more than three occasions disobeyed. The question now is "Is the DSS going to abide by the out come of this third court proceedings? What assurance do we have that they will abide by the rule of law to abide by the court's decision. It is in the light of all these circumstances that the IPOB and indeed the Directorate of State of IPOB are solidly in support of our Leader and the Director of Radio Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in his objection to be tried further in any court whatsoever since the previous judgments has not been obeyed and the "COURTS" in question are silent and reticent about the non compliance of the DSS to the court orders. THIS SLAP ON THE FACE OF THE NIGERIAN JUDICIARY HAS TO BE ADDRESSED IF NIGERIA IS TO RAISE ITS FACE TO SPEAK AMONG THE COMMUNITY OF NATIONS OF THE WORLD AND NOT BE MOCKED

BREAKING!!! Judge’s Withdrawal From Kanu’s Treason Trial: Buhari in a Dangerous New Plot

PMB Nnamdi KanuLatest revelation from Aso Rock, Nigeria’s seat of power shows that Muhammadu Buhari, Nigerian maximum ruler is planning a new strategy to jail Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and Director of Radio Biafra. The new strategy is centered around using malleable judges from one of two fronts – either from the South-east or from the South-south geo-political zone front – to judge the new case his government is bringing against Kanu.

The reasons for limiting his search to the two geo-political zones, where Kanu is seen to have maximum influence, are many. The first reason is that he does not want to be accused of carrying out a sectional agenda against Kanu, whom he has sworn to give a long sentence that will make it impossible for him to leave the prison alive. The second reason is that he was told the judges he used in the previous trials, which turned against him, were judges from the Northern and Western geo-political zones of the country.
The third and final reason is the belief among his kitchen cabinet that it is only from the South-east and South-south geo-political that he would find people that were so unstable in character, who would be able to easily sell-out for a fee.

Already two characters from the two geo-political zones have already been commissioned, and mobilized with 50 Million Naira each search for a judge that would agree to do the job. The two characters are Rochas Okorocha, Governor of Imo State; and Chibuike Amaechi, former governor of Rivers State.

It is instructive to note that Buhari did not start hand-picking or arm-twisting judges to do his bidding today. He did so in the past during his first coming as a military junta. Then he arm-twisted judges to jail Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, the popular musician of the 70s and the 80s. About 30 years after Buhari’s dictatorial rule, Fela told Nigerians that the judge came to confess to him that Buhari and his men forced him to pass the judgment. It was also under Buhari’s junta that the country saw certain citizens dumped into jail for outrageously long prison sentences. Some individuals were sentenced for as long as 150 and 250 years.

How Much Does One Trip Of Buhari Cost

Since Muhammadu Buhari took office in May 29 he has travelled a lot. But how much does one trip of the president cost Nigeria?

buhari in Fr

President Buhari arrives in France

Sahara Reporters has made an investigation detailing the important financial cost of journeys undertaken by President Buhari and his team.

Nigerians severely criticize the leader of the nation over his frequent trips, saying that there is so much work to do inside the country, due to a crushing fuel scarcity, continuous attacks by Boko Haram insurgents, and blackouts which demand immediate and focused attention.

A normal two-day long Buhari trip reportedly rates between $350K and $500K. For example, during the last presidential trip to Tehran, the capital of Iran, the travel expenses for accompanying presidency officials was $105K. Furthermore, transportation budgets stood at $45K, accommodation $200K, allowance $10K, contingency $20K, with media coverage costs at $10K.

The estimate for the ongoing trip to France of the travel expenses for accompanying presidency officials is $130K, transportation $55K, accommodation $270K, honorarium $10K, contingency $20K and media coverage $10K. The total cost for the visit is $495K.

President Buhari is scheduled to visit South Africa immediately after returning from Paris.

Consequently the cost of the next trip of the president is as follows: travel expenses for accompanying presidency officials $110K, transportation $35K, accommodation $220K, honorarium $10K, contingency $20K, and media coverage $10K, for a total of $405K.

According to a source at the Presidential Air Fleet they have an isolated budget for fueling the airplanes as well as payments for the presidential air fleet commander, pilots and the air stewards.

The costs mentioned above cover only personnel from Aso Rock villa, aides, protocol officers, members of the press, security personnel, a cook, a luggageBuhari departs for India

However, the investigation did not disclose what Buhari gets per night, as this information is handled independently and secretly. Moreover, the minister of foreign affairs and five members of his team who typically escort the Nigerian president are not included in the costs as they are paid from the ministry’s budget.

At the same time the sums for honorarium ($10K), contingency ($20K) and media coverage ($10K) are fixed for all trips.

The State House chief of protocol receives honorarium and contingency while Femi Adesina, the presidential media aide, receives $10K for “media coverage.”

President Buhari has only visited four Nigerian states since assuming office. His long-awaited visit to Lagos three days ago to launch anti-crime helicopters, boats and vehicles did not occur but led to a traffic meltdown.

Buhari has faced criticism from Nigerians for not settling down to concentrate on government.

However, Garba Shehu, his presidential media aide, defends President Buhari, saying that his trips are not like your usual vacation abroad.

According to him, Buhari has cut the numbers in the delegations accompanying him abroad, bringing them down to the bare minimum.

President Buhari has so far visited Germany, South Africa, the USA, Niger, Tchad, Cameroon, Benin, Ghana, India, Iran and Malta, and currently the leader of the nation is with his team in France

Open Letter To AREWA Youths: Wake Up! Do The Right Thing!! Take The Shackles Off Your feet And Fight For Your Future!!!

Monday, 23 November 2015

Dear AREWA Youths,

Do you know why some of us don't blink anymore at the Boko haram activities and never talk about it? I cannot be crying more than the bereaved. I cringe every time the "bomb goes boom" then I weep for the dead and moved on. The Arewa youths are the blankest people I know. My apologies to the few sensible ones first of all if there are any. Your number is being reduced drastically and under your watch Boko Haram and Fulani herdsmen snatched the first and the fourth position as the most deadly terror groups in the world. Everybody call you names. Your daughters and sons are either being used as bomb detonators or being decimated by bombs. You don't feel ashamed rather you are energized whenever you hear about BIAFRANS’ quest to break away from the shackle called Nigeria (ZOO).

You have never for one day risen in anger against the bastardization of your land. Your land is flowing with blood. Blood that will one day speak against you. You have not asked yourself, why am I not as fearless as Biafrans who criticize their elders whenever they perceive them placing their interest against interest of their people. You see us attack our own and they shake in fear, you never speak against yours because you think it is their sole right to be powerful, while you remain impoverished. Your fellow youths were blown to smithereens days ago because somebody was sharing ordinary five hundred Naira, youths with potentials were killed. Why are you not angry? I wonder why you never protested against injustices, poverty, neglect and senseless deaths in your land rather you are always prompt to hold meetings to issue senseless and ridiculous statements against Biafran youths who are simply asking for freedom of one of their own, perceived injustices in their land and the right for self determination under the international law.

Not a bomb has been dropped, not a single bullet has been fired. That mammoth crowd has been protesting peacefully for three weeks now. Yet you with the Iroko tree in your eyes want to remove tiny grain of sand from Biafran eyes. Then you wonder why we always hold you in contempt and abhor any association with you. Ask yourselves again what the oil has against water. Your region is blessed with so much vast land. You have the real gold in agriculture but your people are suffering most from malnutrition. When there is an outbreak of an epidemic it starts with you. Your leaders have been in power for over 36 years since the zoo (Nigeria) was granted flag independent by her British creator. The Nigerian state is 55 years mind you, yet you are the poorest region. You have children who wake up in the morning and hit the road to beg, yet you are not ashamed. You wanted power so much. It has been given back to you. You have had it for six months now, and guess who is suffering most? You! Have you ever asked yourselves why? The rich among you are very rich and powerful from the money stolen from public treasury. They hand you peanuts and you prostrate for them. They dash you crumbs you rejoice and ready to carry out their instructions to attack anyone or group who speak against their evil.

Out of your ignorant you sing praises and protect those who have impoverished you. Ask those of your brothers who have left to BIAFRALAND to make a living why they never come home unless it is time to find a wife or do something else. They will confirm to you they discovered equity, fairness and motivation to be master of their own because we love liberty and freedom. I can understand your natural system which is feudalism but in today’s advance world you should strive to be self sufficient.

In contrast Biafrans are naturally libertarian. We love freedom and independent, that is the reason our continue existence with people who believe in feudalism in the same country with conflicting values is a very big threat to our continue existence. That is one of the reasons we will do everything to restore our home land stolen from us when the evil British created Nigeria. Mind you Nigeria was created for neither you nor me. Rather it was for British business establishment and interest. I wonder why many of you want to die defending what is alien to you. Wake up!!!! Do the right thing!!! Take the shackles off your feet!!!! Fight for your future!! Stand up for yourselves!!! Reclaim your ancient home; Jettison this white-man enslavement called Nigeria so you could reason like human to build a future for yourselves and generation to come. Nothing will ever improve in your lives if you continue to depend on Biafra oil field and gas because those fossil fuels do not build civilization rather your ability to use your brain.

Finally Biafran youths will never compromise their resolve to restore her nation no matter what anybody does. Tell your Buhari to release our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu he kidnapped. And if not there is an impending doom that will befall the zoo and everyone will suffer the consequences.

This is a serious warning from the Angry Biafrans across the world to the Nigeria Government with their SSS/DSS, British government, Hausa/Fulani and Yoruba oligarchy who is currently holding the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (NNAMDI KANU) against his wish since 14th of October 2015. He was arrested, and a competent court of justice in Nigeria granted him bail that his lawyer (Vincent Obete) confirmed that all needed process of his bailing terms are met and supplied to the court, but yet they still hold him in their custody for no legal reason.

This article is target to draw the attention of the International, Local and World MEDIA such as CNN, BBC, ALJAZEERA, YAHOO, AP, FOX NEWS and etc., World freedom fighters, International journalist, International and local Human Right activist, Amnesty International, International Court of Justice, African Union, United Nations, American/ British Government and her citizens, Russia Federation, and other world powers, such as France, Germany, Japan, China, Israel and Netherlands. It’s recorded in Nigeria history that people have been held against their wish and later died under Nigeria government and subsequently where they came from was compensated by allowing another Person from the same Region to emerge as the President of Nigeria.

(1) A Yoruba speaking man of (Oduduwa Nation) MKO ABIOLA was the winner of 1993 presidential election in Nigeria; He was held against his Wish for asking for his mandate as the winner of that freest and fair election in Nigeria, his victory was annulled by a Hausa /Man Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida,(MKO ABIOLA) later died in the Prison, and (Olusegun Obasanjo) was brought out of the Prison and made the President of the country through rigging of election which is the trademark of Nigeria democracy, as we all knew that Nigeria usually has ‪#‎Selection‬, not ‪#‎Election‬.

(2) Yaradua was a friend of (Obasanjo) who served in the same Prison with the same case charges against both of them, He died in the Prison and (Obasanjo) connived with the Hausa/Fulani to compensate the North over Yaradua’s death, His younger Brother (Umaru Musa Yaradua) benefited from the Government as compensation for the Hausa/Fulani (ARIWA) Region.

(3) A Biafran of (Ogoni Clan) KEN SARO WIWA was an environmentalist and a human right activist fighting for Ijaw Nation which they called (South/South) today. He was killed by a Hausa/Fulani man (Gen Sani Abacha), (Ebele GoodLuck) was handpicked by this cabals the Yoruba and Hausa/Fulani godfathers to run as the Vice President to (Yaradua) knowing the (Yaradua's ) state of health which later paved way to (Good Luck Jonathan) as the President of Nigeria upon the death of (Musa Yaradua).it also served as a compensation for the Bantustan creation called South/South, During Yaraduas tenure as the President the (MEND), was giving amnesty, and this made the People of this region (MEND) dropped their arms totally to allow the Oil flow to the NORTH and SOUTH/WEST since they assumed their brother (GEJ) was the Vice and later became the President.

(4) Bola IGE was killed, and his killers suddenly turn to Ghost and the Yoruba's were silent about it,

(5) Dele Giwa was murdered through a letter bomb sent by IBB, and yet the Yorubas did nothing.

(6) SIMBIYATH Abiola dies mysteriously, and the Yorubas were docile, even the Nigeria Government knew about her death, and nothing happened.

(7) Kudirat Abiola was shot dead by a well-known military man Sargent Rojas and up till now nothing happened once again the Yorubas were watching.

(cool Fela was sent to prison for 27 times because he was speaking the gospel truth against the Nigeria looting and evil, he stood gallantly fighting/attacking the Nigeria Government, he was later injected and died yet Yoruba's did nothing instead they rumored and tagged (H.I.V) as the cause of his death .. my question today is this.. How many of Fela's wives and children is a carrier of that same (H.I.V) which they claim killed their father and husband.

Where is justice in this God forsaking country?

We the (Biafrans) want to bring to the notice of the concerned Government of the world, Media houses and people of goodwill that we the (Indigenous people of Biafra) worldwide cannot fold our arms and watch such thing happen to our LEADER (Mazi NNAMDI KANU) because we are never cowards, we are not and will never be interested in this fraudulent marriage called one Nigeria and her Presidency, We are Biafrans ever before the NIGERIA NATION and BRITAIN was created . Our map can be found in the 14th and 16th centuries map drawn by the early cartographers.

We want to warn the Nigeria Government and the world that if anything happens to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu under the DSS detention, that the world will witness the 3rd world war starting from Nigeria; they should be ready to accommodate more refugees in their countries. They should not underrate the venom/anger of a bitter marginalized and subjugated great people from the land of the rising sun (Biafra). The people whose fathers invented (Bombs and Armored tanks) during the Biafra/Nigeria war, early 1967/1970;

As History has it, don’t forget that the cause of the 1st world war was as a result of the killing of a Prince from Austria (Prince Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria)in 1914.

Here Nigeria is currently seating on a time bomb that will consume and affect the whole world if allowed to explode, if
anything goes wrong with another Prince, (Prince Nnamdi Kanu) from Biafra Land the son of HRH (EZE ISRAEL KANU) the King of Ama afara Ukwu Ibeku in Umuahia, he is still under the Nigeria Government captivity. The world should speak up now and save this world another world war 3rd that is looming in Nigeria. The world should allow the Biafrans to have their Freedom now. Nnamdi Kanu should be released immediately without any condition.

How can they fail to Produce him before the law court if they have no case against him, why don't let him go? Why still holding him as today's is a date meant to produce him before the law court in Abuja at the Magistrate Court, Wuse 11.

Firstly the world should know that Biafrans are scattered all over the world in large numbers suffering and languishing in various prison of the world as they scavenge and struggle to survive. The world should allow the Biafrans to go so that we all should come back home and build our Nation; The world should also know that Biafrans of the 21st century has grown greater than their imagination. The dismal state of Nigeria military force should be aware that they were never ghost but normal human being like the Unarmed people of Biafra. They should know that no one has a monopoly of violence, and they have been killing us with guns and bullet because we only seek for our freedom.

A stitch in time saves nine; Nnamdi Kanu should be released, and Biafra should be free to stand on her own as a nation. A word is enough for a wise. We are not a terrorist group; We are freedom fighters and our freedom cannot be compromised. As we’re law abiding citizens of Biafra before the fake marriage of 1914, a country created the same year which the first World War was fought.

Buhari should free ‪#‎NnamdiKANU‬ and allow Biafrans to go. Their separate way Or ..............................?

‪#‎FREENNAMDIKANU‬

‪#‎FREEBIAFRA‬

God Bless Biafra.

If Biafra goes, I will be the first to apply for their visa– Idris Abubakar

I think and believed in Nigeria today, Igbos love themselves more than every other tribes.. If you see any Igbo rich business man, listen to his story how he get to where he is today, he will always start with. I was a poor boy at home with my parents when my uncle, brother, or relation took me and brought me to the city to learn trade with him and finally sett…led me to start my own.

IGBOS ARE RARE.
1] You will see one Igbo man who has trained and settled more than 100 young men and all are doing well in their businesses.
2] It is only Igbo man that I have seen who would train a child that is not his in schools up to the university level.
3] Only Igbo man would send a relation abroad to go and find means to survive without minding how much it cost him.
4] Every Igbo man want his brother to live comfortably and don’t have to rely on others.
5] Igbo man would rather teach you how to catch a fish than to give you already catch fish.
6] When an Igbo man marries, he takes good care of his wife and children unlike the other tribes that doesn’t respect their wives.
7] My sister Murna has always said that she would love to marry an Igbo man because they know how to take good care of their wives and those related to her.
8] Igbo man, no matter what and where he maybe would always have home at heart and wherever they see their people, they make themselves known.
9] Wherever they are, they would surely have Igbo meetings and gatherings of their local governments people.
10] Igbo man would go to meetings every Sunday where they meet with their people.

I wonder how anyone could say that Igbos don’t love themselves, In fact we jealous about Igbo people for how united and together they come all the time. When something happen to one of them, they would come together and assist. I have seen people from other tribes buried here when they died, but when an Igbo die here they must gather and take the body home in solidarity.

Things Igbo people do together I never see in other tribes in Nigeria. An Hausa or Yoruba rich man would never do anything to help you, they rather be giving you 20 Naira every time they see you that is after you must greeted them tire.

If Biafra goes away from Nigeria, I will be the first to apply for their visa, I want stay with them very intelligent people, they know how to make things happen.– Idris Abubakar, Dakata, Kano

Politics / Revealed: Why Nnamdi Kalu (IPOB Leader) Is Still In Detention... by secorn: 1:17pm On Oct 27, 2015
Nigeria wants to bribe us to persuade IPOB leader NNAMDI KANU

Tuesday, 27 October 2015

Biafrans let me enlighten you and educate you in this wise on the in house meetings held my the northern elites caucus over the Biafra plight. The Northerns agreed upon unanimously that they will persuade # NNAMDI KANU to accept that come 2019 that every political parties in Nigeria should zone their presidency platform to the South East that the present Biafra of this generation do not engaged or know anything about the genocidal war perpetuated by Hausa-Fulani and Yoruba their incarnate since its obvious all over the world that people that matters in the world are keen on the

Biafra Restoration which if they dont act in this wise that Biafra will finally be carved out from the Nigeria niche and stand as a Sovereign Nation.

After this secret meeting, they Northern house decided to use a former governor of Kaduna State as their spokesman at liberty to take this message to the media house in other to douse the heat of Biafra which is fast gaining momentum and if you can recall correctly the former head of state during the war that headed the war granted interview on channels TV which he spoke from the other side of his mouth thereby burying the truth on what actually caused the war which should have being averted only if he had listen to Emeka Ojukwu and go ahead to implement the ‘ABURI ACCORD" both signed into rather He Gowon went and thwarted the accord to situate his own selfish and North and West plans which up till date it remain a husk in the grain of Nigeria politics after many refinement to separate the husk from the grain and all to no avail.

First for you to understand what and where am heading to, What is Accord? from a lay man's knowledge it simply means an agreement reach upon by both parties to be executed into action

without prejudices. Now everybody is calling for devolution of power and one tend to ask what is devolution of power, is it not a system of government where each region control their government and making the center weak same as confederation Ojukwu demanded and both signed it only for two parties to betray him one was handed over finance minister and the other became the president in an unstable country without any resolution at hand which made Ojukwu looked stupid before them after the treaty signed and adopted in Ghana that Ojukwu went ahead to declare the Nation Biafra because he had been betrayed.

Nigerians are ashamed to call it Confederation rather implore the term Devolution of power because both are coin of the same side and Nigeria being too smart wouldnt like to take the blame that what the rejected initially leading to extra judicial killing of ordinary Biafra Men, Women/pregnant and

Children who were not part of the military force or know anything of it that caused tension in the Nigeria state were all killed in their innocency ranging to 3.5 million in totality. Is this not an act of

extermination or extinction to a particular tribe the Biafra Nation and all you could tell them was you wanted one Nigeria and my question is had Nigeria be one since 1945 till date and the answer to this is left for you to articulate.

You cannot kill people upto this sum and expect them to be in union with you in what ever guise/ method or technique ever employed because even nature abhor it. Let us leave pretense and move to reality, the quest for Biafra is inborn in every true blood of the old Eastern Region not minding what you may do to them or say to them because the system is fed up.

We cannot be sacrificing our blood on the alter of Nigeria to be one rather Nigeria should know that The Biafrans of this generation have come to get their nation back unlike their parents that gave up as a result of harsh treatment meted on them. Nigeria should also know that to live with someone or to be a friend to someone is not by force rather by mutual agreement to which certain set of people refer to as ‘REFERENDUM’, to which i know that 95.9% of the Biafrans alive and living will vote or adopt to leave Nigeria without looking back whereby the remaining 4.1% of our people will say no because they are in government or associates to the Nigeria government because of the peanuts they are receiving.

The main reason the Nigeria government refused to produce ‪#‎NNAMDI KANU on friday is as a result of these assertions made above because soon a section of the country will regain their identity back and Nigeria is hopeless about this current issues pressing them at hand.

Politics / Yoruba Elders Orders Fulani Herdsmen To Leave Their Land Or: Vanguard by secorn: 7:38pm On Sep 29, 2015
AFENIFERE, a Pan-Yoruba Socio Political group yesterday rose from an emergency meeting in Akure, the Ondo state capital and called for the stoppage of cattle rearing activities in the south West states following the menace of Fulani herdsmen.

The group said that the activities of the fulani herdsmen in the states have endangered the lives of the people.

Spokesman of the group, Yinka Odumakin said that their activities ‎should be stopped in” every space of Yorubaland just as he called for the arrest of those who abducted a Chieftain of the group Chief Olu Falae.

Odumakin declared that ” In the event this call is not yielded then our people may result to self help to protect themselves.

The meeting last over six hours and it was chaired by its National Chairman, Pa Reuben Fasoranti at his Country home in Akure.

They group described the attack and abduction of one of its leaders who was the former Secretary to the Government of the Federation SGF, Chief Olu Falae as an insult on the race.

‎A Communique read to newsmen by Odumakin said “We demand that nomadic cattle rearing should be stopped in every state of Yoruba land.

“We believe now that after what has happened to chief Falae, people would not tolerate such thing in any part of Yoruba land .

“So while we await the arrest of the criminals, the cattle rearing should be stop in Yoruba land.

“Yoruba people go to any part of the country to trade,no history or record of such anywhere that the Yorubas destroy the business of their host. What we cannot do to others, nobody should do it to us.

Odumakin said that the meeting” decried insecurity in the country as relate to the unrelenting blood letting by the terrorist Boko Haram and the wave of unchecked kidnapping going on in the country.

“A special focus was beam on the recent abduction of one of our revered leader in Afenifere,Chief Olu Falae, also a former secretary to the government of the federation and former presidential candidates, while on his farm.

“We describe this as scandalous and chilling that the harrowing experience of the 77 year old man in the hands of vandals, miscreants.

“The Meeting did not considers it as a mere coincidence that chief Olu Falae for two to three years has been having running battles with the Fulani herdsmen on the very farm before he was abducted.

“Last of such was about two months earlier when they enter his farmland and destroyed it and chief Falae pursue the matter with the police and grudgingly accepted half of what the police said they should pay as compensation.

“The fulani elements coming to abduct him two months latter, is presumably a vengeance mission for justice that he pursued against the invasion of his farm and the destruction of his hand work.

” The meeting recalled that for years, farmers in Yoruba land has been expressing what chief Falae was going through in the hands of this nomadic cattle rearers

“. You will recalled that in year 2000 in Oke Ogun area of Oyo state, the fulani herdsmen and farmers had a major clash which led to a strong delegation from Arewa consultative forum to storm the office of the office of the then Governor Lam Adesina in a rowdy and angry manner on behalf of fulani .

“The meeting also noted that the 2014 national conference in which chief Falae led the Yoruba delegation ,extensively discuss this matter of nomadic cattle rearing and the conference resolved the it should be stopped and instead have ranches for cattle business.

“We condemned the abduction of Chief olu Falae and his gruesome experience as shameful, insensitive and a violent violation of Yoruba culture, values and space.

Nigeria a COUNTRY OF LIARS: Abacha Never Stole, Say Buhari, Babangida

Kano — The late military Head of State, Gen. Sani Abacha, did not loot the national treasury contrary to the general impression, two military former heads of state have said.

Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, who ruled Nigeria between 1983 and 1985, and his successor, Gen. Ibrahim Babangida, gave Abacha the clean bill in Kano yesterday after the rememberance prayers marking 10 years of the death of Abacha, who ruled between 1993 and 1998.

Politics / Biafrans Are Coming Together by secorn: 7:59pm On Sep 13, 2015

(For family writers)

Ogoni people has finally opens the gate of heaven-having apologized for their betrayal in 1967 Biafran war and pledged full support for Biafra, They had once more made the coming of Biafra easier than it was. A whirl wind is sweeping everything to the coming of Biafra and it appears more devastating for Nigeria as Nigeria is left helpless and clueless on how to fight Biafra.

It’s more worrisome that this is happening when Nigeria has resolved to killing and detaining of Biafrans across their land, however instead of falling apart Biafrans are coming together and increasing by the day. The move by Ogoni people to openly declare their support is a call for concern as further killing or kidnap of Biafrans will prove unbearable for Nigeria should Biafra stand for self-defense. It’s time to let go Biafra as the tide has finally turned against Nigeria.

Politics / Banks Faces Liquidity Strain As FG Is Set To Fully Implement TSA: Thisdayonline by secorn: 9:19am On Aug 11, 2015
President Muhammed Buhari’s order to all federal ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs) to pay all government revenues, incomes and other receipts into a Treasury Single Account (TSA) with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) will significantly affect the volume of liquidity in the banking sector.

This may also constrain banks’ full year results for 2015.

The federal government said the move was aimed at promoting transparency and facilitating compliance with Sections 80 and 162 of the constitution.

The TSA is a unified structure of government bank accounts enabling consolidation and optimal utilisation of government cash resources. It is a bank account or a set of linked bank accounts through which the government transacts all its receipts and payments and gets a consolidated view of its cash position at any given time.

Agencies like the CBN, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) and Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), among others, are affected by the directive.

Speaking to THISDAY on Monday, the Head of Research at Sterling Capital Limited, Mr. Sewa Wusu, explained that the policy will affect the flow of liquidity in the banking system. He however, supported the decision by the federal government to fully implement the TSA, saying it would bring about transparency and effective revenue management.

“The liquidity in the banking system will definitely be affected. This is because once the banks collect government’s funds, it will be sent directly to the TSA. The free funds some banks used to enjoy will no longer be there,” Wusu added.

Nonetheless, he stressed that the decision to fully enforce the policy would help to ensure the consolidation of government’s revenue. He argued that prior to the initiative, government funds in banks were fragmented, a system that gave room for corruption.

“But now that the TSA is to be fully implemented, it will help to block leakages and uncover idle cash. It will also allow complete and timely information of government cash,” he explained.

The CBN Director, Corporate Communications, Ibrahim Muazu, had described the TSA as a government policy, which is part of the national payment initiative aimed at modernising the country’s payment system.

“Many MDAs have complied and it is going to have positive impact on the economy,” he added.

On their part, analysts at Afrinvest West Africa Limited argued that “in light of the TSA policy, we expect the CBN to unleash the strings on public sector deposits from the current 75 per cent as we anticipate less public funds will be available to the banks.”

Also, the CBN had advised all banks in the country to put in place necessary systems in their branches and to also sensitise their staff members on the federal government’s electronic revenue collection scheme (e-collection) because of the commencement of the TSA.
