From my observations, before we can have two southerns in both party, the permutations will likely occur like this.

If a northerner wins the 2023 elections and 2027 elections in PDP.

Meaning North would have used their slots in both apc (Buhari) and PDP(north)

Then in 2031, two southern will emerge.
Let's assume a southerner (igbo or minorities) wins it in PDP in 2031, and used two terms - 2040

A northern will likely wins it in 2040 else another southerner from another party (maybe apc - Yoruba or minorities) should win it in 2040.

Else the northern will be using the south to play football. Knocking our heads together.

Igbo presidency will make it look like a ethnic coloration.

Igbos should rather champion for, A presidency of Igbo extraction.
