SSaemoenl:
The simple trick is this, Nnamdi kanu is too smart that DSS and Buhari came for him to sign some dotted lines in a way to denounce his agitation as what they did to Uwazurike. He Nnamdi dribbled them and make them believe he is going to sign the document if they will withdraw the case against him, upon withdrawing the case UNCONDITIONALLY, He stood firm that he is no longer going to sign the document they place on him.
Only a fool like the ZOO security will never understand the calculated moves he wants to pass across, He announces publicly that he is coming down and you waited and arrest him.
He knows he didn't commit any offense by agitating for their freedom.
He constantly reaffirmed how he is going to kill the zoo with truth and exposes their backdropps.

Chaiii Hoonamdi get ibo sense oh. i laugh in ekitikete.

Kanu will curse the day he reignited this Biafra nonsense.

Even if (big IF) he is granted bail, his passports will be confiscated (including the red one of course grin) and he will be on a "no fly" list to ensure the f00l doesn't escape nigeria.

Na you be chief judge and chief immigration officer together?

The foolishness is on the herd of hypnotised masses that fail to realise when their fellow human is leading them to more hurts and loses.

I have always said this (and it's not an insult): The gullibility of some ibos lends credence to the fact that just anybody can use the ibos.

I think we use to accuse Ibo people of no unity? and they cannot lock their shops for a common cause. Now na herd mentality?

[bTo me, no meaningful and enduring dialogue takes place while he is still incarcerated because you cannot negotiate with a man in chains. He must be released first. [/b]

If he is interested in making peace with the lawbreaking DSS why hasn't he signed to be a good nigerian? Again, the lawyer have not had access to him in DSS facility so how can we now agree that he wants to negotiate. What i get the lawyer is saying that DSS should allow his access to legal counsel first. Anyway Kanu is a brave man, i wish we yorubas can learn from him.

OPCNAIRALAND:

Kanu was not charged with any offense, he was held in detention....which is different than being imprisoned or jailed. You cannot hold any person in detentiin longer than 60days without charge. This was the position of the courts, that he should either be charged or released. So in his appearance there was no charge and so was ordered to be released.

DSS continued to hold him on grounds that he is a material risk to national security. Now that he has beencharged they will hold him indefinitely and carry out investigation to unveil evidence and ties to prove him guilty beyond reasonable doubt and compel the court to throw the judicial books at him.

I must repeat my admonition here once again. Ibos are self destructive and politically and diplomatically immature. Where others use common sense to sidestep unecessary confrontation Ibos will choose to use brute force.to dare its enemy and label it bravery.

Right now as we speak there are many Northerners who have fled and gone on self exile to dodge Buhari's dragnet. In fact if DSS had been a day late Dasuki would already be out of the country and stay gone. Their dispatch and siege on his house was ordered the morning it was revealed that he was planning exit. This is why they lay sieged on his father's house as well cause his true whereabouts was not immediately confirmdd. Umaru Dikko stayed the fvk out of Buhari's reach in 1984. No sensible Nigerian who has common sense and maturity, especially when you are a wanted man, would walk in and dare authorities. What is a common sense in others is stewpidity in yanmiri.

During NADECO years, many Yorubas who were determined to make life hell for Abacha packed their shyyte up and vamoosed...and harassed him from distance. I guess these were cowards. Well, they are the ones ruling Nigeria now.

What the fck made this Kanu walk in here to dare Buhari? Buhari own brothers are running away and escaping through open borders to avoid his scrutiny. I guess these Hausas and Fulanis that are on EFCC wanted list are cowards.

Kanu and his Ibo brothers are the only people in Nigeria that are brave, everyone else is coward!

Im not sure Kanu will survive this treason charge...but I could be wrong, his brave Ibo brothers will plot a jailbreak and snatch him out of DSS prison one of these days.

Everybody cannot cowards at the same time. The easy thing Buhari can do is to suspend the constitution, wear him khaki and kill everybody that challenge him so that we will know we elected a dictator and despot. All these fulani cut-and-join democracy na waste of time. If we really want democracy people like buhari should be in homes for the senile not in aso rock.

I don't know why we yorubas love trouble so much? Is it our business if Biafra is landlocked, airlocked or waterlocked. We don't like them, they don't like us. Why are we scared to be without Biafrans? Are we yorubas cursed. Aareonekakanfo has created a thread for us to converge and discuss oodua but we are here drinking panadol for Biafra. Me i love oodua. May Sango destroy any yoruba man that drink's panadol for Biafra's headache and may Oodua protect yorubas like me, FFK and kemi olunloyo who believe in Oodua progress. Oodua a gba wa o.

Politics / Re: Supreme Court Upholds Right of Female Child to Inherit Properties in Igboland by SegunAdewole: 11:56am On Nov 29, 2015
wirinet:

I know you are just using sarcasism. You are not only Igbo, you are IPOB Igbo. You look for the slightest opportunity to attack Yoruba people and culture, even in topics that have nothing to do with Yoruba. Only Kanu's people have such hatred for Yorubas.

It is a lie that many Igbo fathers would rather educate their daughters instead of their sons, the Igbo society has an obvious bias towards male children. The problem is that more female children prefer to go to school than their male counterparts. Many young males are in a hurry to make it and opt out of school to join business.

So because an Igbo man choses to educate his daughter should make the daughter a worthless slave to the father?
In order to give away the daughter, the father must recieve the refund of all the money he spent educating his daughter in the bride price. As if that is not compensation enough, the man still demand his daughter should still help him solve his financial and material problems for life, just because he educated her. Then at the end of the day, she is not worth a single inheritance from him. Meanwhile all these conditions are not placed on the sons, whom the same father spent money to educate and deemed worthy to inherit all the his properties.

You are still assuming, i know you are yoruba like me but truth is bitter. It is on record that Female education is significantly greater in Iboland than even in my yorubaland, not because Ibo women are more driven than men. Do you know that the Ibos overcame the severe economic consequence of the war by educating their female children primarily? They were wise to understand that no educated woman will raise an illiterate child even if her husband is a mechanic.
Educate the girl-child you will be educating the generation. The Ibos are wise and we should all learn from them.
