Stephanie22: Can I present a 50,000 naira as my monthly salary in a UK study visa or it is too small?
Note: I am not the one paying for my school fees and living expenses. What is the houses advise for the least amount of Salary pay that is presentable Long as it’s a student visa, the pay less Attention on your pay/salary so far your not self sponsored. I assumed your being sponsored by your parent so you either tender their bank statement or have them transfer the funds into yours |

knytred: Please can some one answer this for me , I want to apply for a study visa tier 4. A friend is advising I do super priority because there won’t be any interview and it’s the fastest . I am considering the regular visa fee or at least the priority. Apart from the processing time for these three , please what’s is the difference in terms of interview . Thanks all Are you trying to avoid an interview? You could still be interviewed with superpriority though not necessarily at biometrics. People with previous refusals are not advised to go for Super priority and priority. Whatever your case, just prepare for interview. And it also depends on your resumption date. |

kode12: Yes I did. I think that was the day the decision was made. I'd like to believe if the CAS is used, then the visa has been granted, but that's my personal opinion. If you just got that mail, you're probably going to receive the passport in the next few days. Mine came 4days after. Thank you for your response and optimism. |

LagosismyHome: Self service means when you are applying you choose to upload the document by yourself , for example on your bed ......So yes no official sees any document. You put it there yourself . Just make sure when you scan it , it is very clear Thank you for your response. I can sleep now lol. The thing don Dey worry us for the past few days. |

Abiscoco: If you're going for a degree level and above course. You dont need a SELT which is what Ielts ukvi is.
As long as your Higher Education provider has accepted it, you're good to go. Yes they accepted it and it’s on the CAS. Any opinion about the laminated certificate? Someone suggested we use self service. Does that mean we don’t show the documents to any official there? |

Zoey1: Please read the posters question. UKVI accepts only Academic. You can help him or her with the admission since I don't know the difference and he does not too. Simple question will they accept general? Sorry I got you confused. I was referring to ielts academic. Of course they don’t accept general for academic purposes. I only just found out there’s another one called ielts for ukvi. I do appreciate your responses and opinion |

Zoey1: Nobody collect certificates from you. Do a self service and upload during your application, only the school requires original copy at resumption. You can carefully remove the lamination with blade. Also, you can NEVER use general IELTS for UK Tier 4, did this person pass English at O'level? ask the school if they accept O'level English in lieu of IELTS. Thanks. The school accepted as she has her CAS. |

LagosismyHome: who is the "they dont accept laminated" ........ Also if the school already has provided you a CAS then . Maybe you use self service and upload the document yourself . Normally for Visa it would be the requirement of the school and if you use regular academic to get admission i would think that is sufficient . A lot of schools dont even bother with IELTS , Waec is sufficient if you have C6 in English I mean at the VAC. She has her CAS already. So at self service, the documents are not sighted by any official, like go through it before they say u can upload ur self? Thank you for ur response. |
