All the polling units I visited within obio akpor were empty with only the RSIEC officials on ground. No resident of Rivers State wanted a waste of their time but meanwhile, those RSIEC officials and some party agents were busy thump printing on the ballot papers themselves

When a law enforcement agent comes to arrest you and in the process you assault him or her, depending on the degree of the assault, you will be charged for a case of assault first before the issue of what led to what or why he or she came to arrest you in the first place. I am one of those who called for the arrest of K1 as well.

Yes, she was unruly in all ramifications but investigation should be conducted to unravel what could have prompted her provocation because there wouldn't have been any such mannerless reactions from her if there weren't any uncivilized actions from the cabin crew.
A lot of things could have happened while onboard perhaps one of the air hostesses might have talked down on her because she wouldn't have behaved in such manners if she hadn't been harassed initially.

I agree with you but while investigation is on going her unruly behavior has to be curtailed and dealt with as a stern warning and perhaps to serve as a deterrent to others who lack self restraint and home training

Did they even have a right to detain her? The plane had landed and passengers were out and not at risk, at that point, they were enforcing the law, which is police business. She should've been let go and arrested by police outside the airplane, at the airport.
