1. INTRODUCTION We write to you as concerned constituents and stakeholders in the Nigerian democratic process to formally bring to your official attention a grave constitutional infraction committed by Hon. Kingsley Ogundu Chinda, representing the Obio/Akpor Federal Constituency of Rivers State.

2. THE CONSTITUTIONAL INFRACTION Under Section 68(1)(g) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended), a member of the House of Representatives shall vacate his seat if:
“...being a person whose election to the House of Representatives was sponsored by a political party, he becomes a member of another political party before the expiration of the period for which that House was elected.”

My point on Osama Bin Laden case was that the Pakistani authorities only realized the US Naval Seal had entered their territory after Osama was killed and his body thrown into the sea or stolen away by the US. No need for all the noise making

INEC will cite conflicting court judgement as reason to stay away from the convention. They will rather err on the side of caution
