Burob:You need to read again. They're not challenging the APC primaries, they are challenging eligibility of a candidate |
seanfer:Wrong, Kelly never participated in the primaries so he can't replace Chinda Political parties have till 30th May for substitution of candidates otherwise, APC Rivers will not have a candidates. By the SC ruling on PDP leadership and its national conventions both in Ibadan and Abuja, there's no division in PDP so the supposed defection of Chinda is illegal. |
omikel:Let's even go by the 1998 typo error as against 1986 DOB, the difference is 12 year |
SadiqBabaSani:Wait until you see it happen |

When the former National chairman of APC resigned why didn't his Dep National chairman take over as chairman of APC? |
On his CSU documents, he said he was born on March 29 1955, while on INEC Form it was March 29 1952 |
No wonder I noticed it on my Sterling Bank app today |
Makes no difference, the process was already halted by circumstances beyond their control |
The best 'gift' Rivers people can gift Wike is to reject anyone Wike nominates as the next Governor of Rivers State cos we can't stand another 'agreement is agreement' argument or SOE again. |
Wike would have been charged for assault by the police, he would immediately be sacked and made to face the law. Even now, though by law, the Naval Officer has no right to sue by himself, Wike would have been sued for Verbal assault, Public defamation of character and an attempt to cause a breach of public peace |
Imagine if tempers had flared and bullets started flying… would Wike have dodged any of the bullets? |
Wike’s Clash with Naval Officer — A Disaster That Could Have Happened Let’s be honest — what happened between Minister Wike and the naval officer guarding that facility was more than just a power show. Wike didn’t just risk creating tension between the military, police, and DSS — he almost put everyone’s life in danger, including his own. Imagine if tempers had flared further, if guns were cocked and bullets started flying. Would Wike have magically escaped the crossfire? Leadership should calm crises, not ignite them. |
Make nobody lie for us — Nigerians don tire. Every day na bandits here, terrorists there, herdsmen wahala everywhere. People dey die, villages dey burn, and government still dey do quiet mode. Now Trump don dey talk say him fit take action, and our own President never still address the nation? How?? Mr. President, this silence no make sense. We need to hear from you NOW: Wetin be the real plan? How una wan end all these killings? Una go accept international help or make Nigerians continue to suffer? Nigerians dey fear. Nigerians dey vex. Nigerians dey wait. This no be the time to hide — come out and talk to your people. Mr. President, address Nigerians NOW before this tension scatter everywhere. #AddressNigeriansNow |
Nigerians cannot remain in the dark while global tensions rise. With Donald Trump openly threatening possible U.S. military action in Nigeria, this is not the moment for silence or indirect statements. This is the moment for clear, direct leadership from our Commander-in-Chief. President Tinubu, Nigerians deserve a national address NOW. Silence is no longer an option. #AddressNigeriansNow |
ceejay80s:What are you talking about? Pls rephrase your question |
ceejay80s:Iranian government was accused of secretly producing nuclear weapons. What is Nigerian government accused of? Allowing terrorist kill innocent citizens with impunity. How are they the same scenario? |
AirBere:If you understand the 'Art of War' time is of the essence and revealing too much is dangerous. Striking the rod while it's hot gives you a better edge |
Ogaonos:My point on Osama Bin Laden case was that the Pakistani authorities only realized the US Naval Seal had entered their territory after Osama was killed and his body thrown into the sea or stolen away by the US. No need for all the noise making |
IGBOSON1:The US Navy Seal entered Pakistani territory and took out Osama Bin Ladin without permission from the government of Pakistan knowing fully well that if they had, Intel would have leaked to the terrorists camp and Osima would have escaped. Trump and the US department of War should immediately match words with action. Precision drones and satellites images should be hovering the Northern part of Nigeria by now and monitoring movement of bandits for eventual target strike |
Too much of talk and threats will give enough time for the terrorists to relocate to other locations even to the southern part of Nigeria. They should have invaded by now and start killing the bandits before announcing their intentions. Osama Bin Laden was taken out without much talk. These terrorists may even go as far as kidnapping a whole village or community to use as human shields against any imminent strike The sponsors of these terrorists are trying hard to confuse Tinubu under the false guide of only God knows what, to allow for more time to re-strategies and move bandits to more hidden locations. |
ufotunang:Wike seem to like fight more than quarrels. Meanwhile those of them fighting him should also watch their backs cos Wike has a way of fighting from all angles. Next thing we will hear that Damagu has been suspended by his PDP ward excos from his home state and that suspension holds more water than all these suspension here and there |
Expecting the other faction's letter to INEC tomorrow but hold on! 14 out of 18? That's huge |
fergie001:INEC is a federal independent body. INEC will cite conflicting court judgement as reason to stay away from the convention. They will rather err on the side of caution |
The State High Court or a Federal High Court? It's a national party convention and not a state party affairs. The FHC should have been the appropriate court to be ordering INEC The order should have also restrained Wike's agents from parading themselves as members of the NWC of the PDP |
jogojogo:As long as they are striking the ba.stard terrorist Fulani herdsman, it's a welcome development |
Though Political, Tinubu cited security concerns as reason to suspend an elected governor and declared a SOE in Rivers, Trump's citing security reasons to strike terrorists in Nigeria, political or not is a welcome development. |

commoditiesnig:I think you're far lost in ignorance. To help you, I even sent you a link indicating previous meetings have always had the FCT minister in attendance and you're still exposing your ignorance because you feel you owe Wike the duty of online defense |
