Marital Rape is broadly defined as "any unwanted intercourse or penetration (vaginal, anal, oral) obtained by force, or threat of force or when one of the parties has not given his/her consent.

I've heard of countless reported cases, where a woman comes complaining of being raped by her legally married husband, giving reasons of not being in the mood for sex.
And i sit back to wonder the possibility of being called a rapist just because i forcefully had sex with my wife, putting everything into rational consideration.
For me, the word "rape" is too strong to describe a man demanding sexual gratification from his wife by force... It trivializes the grievious offense of a man sexually molesting a woman on whom he has no conjugal rights by the use of force.
A man who breaks down the locks of his property forcefully cannot be accused of a crime, though using the key (read consent) would be more reasonable and edifying.

Firstly, for your information: First Trimester is the first 3 months (90 days) of a woman's pregnancy and not 3 weeks (22 days) . So I wonder why you are confusing them to be same? If you claim not to be confusing first trimester with 3 weeks, then why did you now bring up this 3 weeks ish which you didn't mention in your first post?

So let me counter your argument once again. First Trimester Abortions is pure Murder and thus have moral implications. However there are exceptions. Exceptions such as some of those given by Mynd (not all) could absolve one of murder. They include abortion for medical reasons or involuntary abortion (miscarriage).

i'm not confusing dem to be same oo!... Abortions based on those reasons able mynd 44 gave aren't murderous!.. As long its first trimester, i aint gonna change that fact!

An embryo of 3weeks and below can't be murdered, but can invariably be accidentally manslaughtered, and not murdered!... Embryo above 3weeks is almost fully developed!... Agreed?
