...I don't understand the above statement ,does it means that the drug will only work for people that are very sick on oxygen or Ventilator alone and not for people with little symptoms ?

Hello Everyone ,I need your Candid Advise. A friend sought for my advise on what to do ,I decided to bring it up here .He has the intension of going into Transportation business ,He is thinking of Buying either Brand New Keke Marwa or Nigerian Used Car for Transportation .His Budget like I said is 800k .I am into Property Business and I don't really know much about transportation but I knew of two people who are into it and they are not doing bad at all ,This friend of mine lost His Job about 2 Years ago ,Thank God he was able to Invest on Landed Properties ,After seeking for New Jobs ,He could not get ,He sold one Plot of land out of the 2 Plots he acquired then ,He used one plot to build the house He lives in .The 800k is what He realised after He sold the remaining one Plots, so he needs Advise .He intend to drive it himself so he is not given it out to anyone .Thanks for your Input.

PROCESSING OF CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY (C of O) and other land title documents will now be completed within 28 days as Ogun State Bureau of Lands and Survey, Abeokuta, has been repositioned for effective service delivery.

The Special Adviser to the Ogun State Governor on Lands, Barr. Aina Salami stated this during an interactive session with stakeholders in his office at Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.

Barr. Aina Salami urges applicants to always provide necessary documents required for processing within specified period to fast track the process.

He said the Bureau was determined to satisfy the yearnings of applicants and investors across the State, adding that compensation had been paid to owners of land acquired by government for public use, as the State now has acceptable working relationship with professional bodies on land matters.

According to the Special Adviser, "the activities of the Bureau is not going to be business as usual, all hands must be on deck to work harmoniously with the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Nigerian Institute of Surveyor (NIS), among others", just as the new service regime would provide investors with enough information to prepare them for land purchase across the State.

In their various responses, representative of the Chinese investors, Barr. Anthony Obi and Mir-Agro Allied, Barr. Mrs. Veronica Aiyegun appreciated the Dapo Abiodun led administration, for putting the right peg in the right hole, as processing of land documents before now was a long process, expressing optimism that the new development would make Ogun more relevant in terms of doing business
