If your bp has been checked and it's not high and your urine has been checked too for sugar and protein and it's not there, then not to worry. Mine started swelling at 16weeks but around that 22 weeks or so, it stopped. Use pillows to raise legs when sleeping, use a sides stool or whatever is available to raise your feet when sitting for long. Increase your water intake too...very important. Are you on any calcium supplement?

You shld see ur doctor; they need to check for protein. Also reduce ur salt intake and try to elevate your feet when sitting down
