Please, how do I handle a rider who refuses to make payment, my account details were given to her for transfer after the trip.

For over a week now she keeps telling me she will do the transfer now each time I call her.

I have sent over 10 SMS to her still she refused to transfer the fund.

Just report to uber the very particular trip uber will pay u and know how to retrieve the money from the rider
