You can't apply for a visa in a country you don't have a legal status. They will tell you to go back to the country which you have a legal status.

Please does this mean you can apply to the US Embassy in London or Belfast to get an appointment date and travel to the UK around that time for the interview?

Also, does this mean you can also apply through the drop box in the UK with a Visitor Visa.

Please, do you also have an idea if you can apply for a US visa in any part of Schengen states with a Schehgen visa?

Note: The UK visa is 10 years, and Schengen is 2 years and both are still valid.

Hello house, I got a refusal message on the 29th of Dec 2021. The visa offer said in the attached refusal document that I didn't state what I would be doing while I am in the Uk to be satisfied with my intentions of entering the UK given this was my first time of applying, to my utmost surprise; they said though is not a prerequisite in the immigration rules, they consider it reasonable to demonstrate some knowledge of chosen destination, events, tickets and plans. Because of that, I haven't justified my true intentions, that this has damaged the credibility of my application and raises concerns about your intentions to travel to the UK at this time.

In my cover letter, all the said concerns were all stated, I am not new in submitting visa applications for friends and family's, this is so obvious that they're intentionally reducing the number of visitors around this time due to the Omicron variants, especially for a first-timer. I will try again in the mid-year.

well it's possible. I knew a SAN in Nigeria here, that applied for a France visa to attend a conference. he was denied base on unjustified reasons. after two weeks the SAN wrote to European Union and copied another top world legal body that the embassy denied him on racism ground.
ln less than 2weeks a letter of apology was sent him, all his families were issued visa and embassy also paid him back his nonrefundable conference fee.
anything is possible o. I didn't say they drive to his house to grant him visa but it can happen.

I beg you my broda even if you have the heart to forgive her and go ahead with the wedding, plz take your time in order to be sure she really regret her action. but if you dont have the heart to forgive such cruel act, just move on jeje, no matter how tough it is...you will surely get over it.

Let's see how it goes, but from a reliable source all recruitments has been suspended till further notice. Reason cos there's global merger agreements going on between lafarge group and holcim group (a switzerland cement company). And another source told me they might invite people directly interview cos is not a general recruitment just for sales position alone.

Only God know what has been keeping them all these while. Are we expecting to be called for interview or aptitude test?
