My goal was not to give advise but to gather information as to why I am supposedly to deadzone fish and OP revealed nothing along those lines so far.

maybe for now you stay away from frozen fish then go for catfish, live chicken or turkey. But am sure the fish seller suppose notified the frozen company about the issue and those people can dispose bad fish instead of selling it to community.

This style of beans is my dad's favorite. Whenever he takes over the kitchen to prepare beans, he must add tomatoes and the taste is always on another level. So this is my dad's recipe.

I washed and Parboiled the beans.
Then decanted the water and added fresh water to cook it.

I cooked the beans until it was Soft and done.

I sliced onions into it
Added crayfish
Little vegetable oil

Grated some fresh peppers and tomatoes and added to it. And finally added palm oil, stired and let it simmer for some mins. Brought it down.

I prepared pap and served with the beans topped with some spring onions.

This meal is cost effective yet rich and very nutritious.

it's not the fish seller fault ,it was the place she bought it. if she is inform by op, it's possible other people inform the woman as well. when it's more than 4 people complain about something then the fish seller will change her dealer

so those children that are short it's because they don't eat beans while young ? I think tallness has to do with gene. if your mother or father is tall then there is chance you will be tall by taking balance diet with much proteins like beans and co. but if your parents are short then you start eating beans since 6months old, I don't think you will grow more than normal, you might just grow past your parents small but won't be that tall
