I really like this one compared to the babyboy. And the milleage is quite low. Definately i can pay 1million 1 fifty. Or get toyota avensis Y reg (not hunch back). year 2001. Its a really good easy drive car. Thats what i cruise here. I will pay 900k for that in nija. seeyah!!

Listen yeah! in nigeria, people just wake up to meet any roster that comes their way. But in UK, if u don't plan urself on a daily basis you re doomed. Expecially London! Its the second most expensive place in the world. first is Tokyo japan. Most of people living in Uk whether a gateman or an engineer have to work hard and be dedicated to get pay. Not like nigerian civil servants that gets to work at 9.30/10 and leave work by 1pm. In london, its what u work for, u get paid for. And mind u, some nigerians here in london have so many commitments. You can't blame them for been sly or stingy sometimes.

i could see you previously posted some 3 bedroom flats for sale in zone2,7 for 6and 7million respectively. If i could just lay my hands on one selling for 4million. Thats it, i will pay outright/straight away. Because i want to use it as a stepping stone in climbing unto the property ladder in abuja. I will then rent it out. Rental income seems enormous in Abuja.

My mum is a chief accountant in one of the ministries in abuja. And she got her mortgage sorted by aso savings. I told her i will like to purchase a semi detached or detached 2bedroom duplex within garki,maitama or wuse of price range:6million-12million. But if possible to get a mortgage on that,woun't mind. If you could help me get for sale as well a 3 bedroom flat in somthing like oau quaters maitama for 3-4million naira. I would'nt mind at all. Thanks
