And let’s be real—dropping to a 3-man defence might make us look solid on paper, but we don’t have the most reliable centre-backs right now. Playing three at the back exposes us if one defender switches off. In fact, sticking to 4-3-3 could work if the midfield is balanced properly. Instead of forcing Iwobi into a No. 10 role, why not pair him with a proper ball-winner and a box-to-box runner? That way, he has freedom to link play without the burden of carrying creativity alone.

Also, let’s not throw Moses Simon completely under the bus. Yeah, his final ball frustrates sometimes, but he’s still the only one consistently stretching defences. If he sharpens that decision-making, Osimhen benefits massively.

The truth is, no system works if the players don’t understand each other’s movement. That’s not a formation issue, that’s chemistry and coaching. Whether it’s 4-3-3 or 3-4-3, until the midfielders start connecting with the forwards and we train to move as a unit, Osimhen will always look isolated.

So I’d say instead of tearing down the 4-3-3, fix the midfield roles, drill combinations, and build chemistry. Once that’s in place, even the so-called “rubbish crosses” start turning into assists.

My favourites are Barrister and Fela.
But I like playing Omoruwa and Haruna when having a quarrel with madam and I want to pepper her body small with those Yoruba songs laced with some proverbs, idiomatic expressions and some eebu!
Fela travelled to Ghana and joined a band there for 2 years (1967-69) to learn Afrobeat. He was later joined in the same band by Hugh Masekela of South Africa

Fela did not create Afrobeat. Even Orlando Julius started Afrobeat before Fela, and he actually gave 3 of his own band boys to Fela to help him establish his first band.

This is the closest post to being right. Perhaps in hindsight he could have done everything to remain at Napoli and exhaust his contract at that club.

No matter how badly one is treated by management and disliked by the coach every squad player will have a shot at play sometime in the season due to a variety of reasons and for one Lukaku did not perform perform well consistently anyway.

Osimen will have started at least a third of the games without a doubt in my opinion and worked his way back to first team by this season.

But once you go out on loan, no matter how well you perform your transfer appeal disintegrates into the kind of complications we see. Hope it ends well for him.

Nigerians have always been living in a fairytale world.

Nigerians are only rich in Thier head, you don't produce anything, you don't contribute anything outside complaining, but yet you are the loudest.

Peoples idea of Government is really messed up due to the calamitous years of the military attempting to do everything as if the are people's father.

Until ordinary Nigerians and government personnel realise what governance is really about we will just be running in circles.

We are not going to win any trophy , only trophy beer in Nigeria.

Reasons, for just one player's attitude who:
1. Doesn't run to collect the ball into uncomfortable positions ahead of his teammates.

2. Doesn't/Cannot not take on defenders.

3. Always withdraws to Central midfield position when he should have positioned in attacking midfield and more dangerous areas.

4. Cannot take on opponent defenders one on one, Hence, opponents Defensive Midfielders are free to support attacks without fear of consequences.

5. Doesn't improve the young players around him especially Garnacho , Hojlund.

6. Cannot initial counter attacks.

7. Keeps pointing fingers on the field to where others should pass the ball.

8. Restricting creativity from others.

9. Loose the ball so easily as in build up play and will still be picked first for the next match.

10. Everyone around him was sold to please his style of play yet he is still sh*t and just above relegation. McT is a beast, Fred has been amazing, Rasford has been better, Anthony is in the final of Conference league.

11. Yet he has pool of worshippers who don't see that he attitude is going to take us to the championship.

12. The Stats is screwed, all passes this seasons has been behind the opponent defense line. Look at how Iniesta played the game from midfield.

13. They call him the King of assist, the quality of the assist also matters.
Man City midfielders work the ball so hard that the just want Haaland to position himself for a tap in. But at United our youngsters are made to run 20m to control the ball, dribble two defenders and then score. This is mentally exhausting.
Goals need to be shaped, so that the assist allows the last man to pick his spot just to tap in ball.

So when last did Man United score a tap-in.
A long time, because the attacking Midfielders can't hold the ball and penetrate the opponents defensive line.


Summary

Bruno is very talented, yet he is not Athletic enough to impose himself on the game, and change the shape of the opponents.
Leave too much space for others to run at yet can't run into those spaces himself.
Can't build and run a counter attack.

Most people will say he is unique.
Yes he is uniquely going to get us relegated.

A team with just one assist player is screwed. It will depend on the strength and weakness of that one player, while others players development are overlooked.

I am a United: Fergi, Ole,Cole, York, Beckham, Ronaldo are about grits and fights and courage and strength and the rest is history.

HELL NO . But it's unfortunate he is still the only player that can make things happen in the team...and the way he shouts and complaints is another thing I detest even Ronaldo don't complain that much...
