Counseling is a form of treatment and in Counseling you learn ways to identify your triggers and better manage them..

You can always focus your mind on tackling each of your guilt and Shame by yourself in any way you can except repressing them....but again... I will only recommend professional care this because I have seen how many fail at properly handling their mental health related issues.

I don't know. You are supposed to forgive yourself and let go of the past, but I haven't been able to do that and there are times when I want to scream and kick myself in the head for massively fuck1ng up in the past.
I guess the best you and I can do is decide to do better and make sure not to repeat our previous mistakes.

When you keep feeling guilty about something you've done in the past for a long time. Guilt of of a simple, silly or big mistake. What do you do?

when I wrote my WAEC, the form my school gave us already had 6 subjects printed on. you cant change them.
this system really helped students to avoid senseless combination of subjects.
