I have lived for only a year in this apartment and just renewed my rent in February before my landlord sent his lawyer to give me a quit notice. I asked him to refund the money I just paid him so I can quit but he refused. Next he stopped giving us water and we had to buy water. No complains! Each I go to work he comes to my flat to harass my wife. Asking her for utility bills. Last week, while I was away, he came to my flat asking my wife for same utility bills only for him to push my wife on my sofa and tried to rape her. She hit him with the side stool and ran out. When I got home at night and asked him, he denied it and refused to speak with me except over a fence defecating his apartment from mine. Please what do I do? He is a retired pilot that calls himself captain. This is his contact 08170005990 |
I witnessed a case where a young man who had invested two years studying for an MBA with ABU Zaria via their online platform was humiliated simply because he forgot to remove his phone from his poket before entering the exam hall. He was busy writing when one of the examiners walked past him and the student's phone rang. The examiner asked him to hand over the phone which he did. Good thing is the student wasn't using the phone for malpractice and neither was he caught in the act, but the examiner took his phone and exam slip and booked the student for malpractice. There is a possibility he truly forgot his phone in his pocket after writing his first paper but is it enough to book him for malpractice especially as he wrote his final paper today? If he is denied his certificate after investing for two years, would it be a fair judgement especially as he was not caught in the act of malpractice? All other examiners pleaded with the examiner from Zaria to let him be but he refused, claiming its not in his hands. What advice do we give the student? |
Not surprised. Yoruba and the Irish have the same way of life. Reason why they bond together easily. Great pretenders. They will put up a smile making you think all is well while the kill you slowly behind. Wicked! |
In January this year, my generator technician who owns no shop but mobile at his job, came to service my generator. After he worked on it, my family decided to use the generator at night. While we were using it, it went off. I came out to check what the problem was, only to find out that the generator was on fire. We tried our best and succeeded in extinguishing the fire. The next day, the technician came back to check the generator and confirmed something went wrong that caused the fire. He asked for some money to get the generator fixed by replacing some burnt parts as the engine is still good. I gave him the money and till today, I cant find him. Neither has he returned my money and he doesn't pick my calls. He lives somewhere at abule egba and his name is Ona with phone number 0802 570 3618. Please help me trace him before he dupes another customer. His home address is all I need. |

Hello People, very nice workyoubare doing here. Please may I also tap from the very good advice here. I just got a job with a Uk based coy to resume in the Uk head office on 9th April for a two weeks induction and training, after which I will be back in Nigeria to continue my job as their staff. This will be my first time applying for a Uk visa. Please what do I need to be able to apply successfully for this visa? When is the best time to pay for the visa? Is payment made online before download of form or after downloading form for submission at TLS? Am I to make available my statement of account or the company is to do that? |

Been dating a lady I intend to marry for four years now. Recently she invited me for an event where I met her parents. Her cousin introduced me as a friend since I haven't come to be introduced formally as her boo. This event took place in abuja where I spent the whole day with her and family. We came back to Lagos in same month of august and till date my babe is yet to visit me. In fact she travelled with her parents out of Lagos over the weekend and will only come back next year. It pains me that I won't be seeing her till next year. Not even a hug or kiss or exchange of Xmas gifts till next year. Not like she has ever bought me a gift since we started dating. I have asked if her parents dont like/approve of me but she keeps denying that they never asked about me. Do I continue with this relationship especially as I don't feel loved? Or just start afresh? |
