1. Administrative Managers

-Manage and monitor the work flow of an office.
-Prepare monthly reports and charts relating to work flow.
-Motivate staff in achieving best outcomes in administration.
-Prepare reports periodically or monthly on individual performances.
-Initiate and implement incentives for staff to optimize work output.
-Identify lapses in the work flow and make corrections.
-Initiate best practices, procedures and standards.
Education/Experience Requirements: A successful candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration or a related field, plus at least 3 years professional administrative experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical, leadership and organizational skills, proven crisis management and fiscal management skills; solid record in crisis management, operational analysis and decision-making; experience in team concepts and training staff; advanced skills in computer software programs

Specific work elements: Handling overall work performance of the company; managing office environment; gathering, storing, adapting and distributing information for and within the company; providing specialized support to managers and other departments; planning, organizing and controlling various administrative functions
2. Accounting Managers
-Lead, manage and monitor accounting functions.
-Develop, generate and manage timely accounting reports.
-Ensure reconciliation of Bank accounts and other accounts.
-Monitor general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables and other records.
-Create management tools that effectively monitor accounting processes.
-Generate various analyses and financial reports for the management.
-Monitor and manage the month-end accounting processes. .
-Ensure timely completion of audit.
-Manage absenteeism, performance, payroll and other related issues.
Education/Experience Requirements: A successful candidate must possess Hnd/B.Sc and at least 3 years of account or project management experience in order to develop, maintain and improve customer relationships.

Skills: Ability to be goal and detail-oriented, persistent and motivated, possess high level of initiative, excellent oral and written communication skills, superb analytical and methodical problem-solving skills, ability to handle stressful situations, meet deadlines, work well in team environments and carry out responsibilities with no or minimal supervision.

Specific work elements: Handling client communications and conflict resolution, providing two-way communication between client and organization, communicating client’s expectations, goals and interests to the team

• Prepare the branch profitability report
• To ensure timely posting of allocated banks
• Ensure that all allocated banks are reconciled
