That is not true....your NOC must not follow what you studied. Just make sure you have about 3 years experience in teaching and evaluate just your Msc as your highest qualification.
My PPR ogas, hope I answered rightly?

Good day all. Please, I'm posting for a friend. I will post as received. I will like to know if there's any teacher here that doesn't have a degree in education. I have a degree in English language and have been teaching in a private primary school. I recently got my masters in public administration because I want to leave teaching for something else. I started my Canadian Journey and got ITA I'm the last draw. Someone told me my application will be rejected because I don't have a certification in education and I'm claiming points for teaching. Please help me

Thank you so much @Prisscindy
My mind is at peace now.
Prisscindy:

I don't know what they meant by sending the file to Abuja but last year, I was involved in the adoption process of my friend's brother. The process was done from the Ministry of Women Affairs in Ogun State. She paid for NAPTIP, probation officer inspection and every necessary document. They came to their house to interrogate them and gave them a date to meet at the family court where the judge granted them the adoption.

After two weeks, she got the adoption certificate, took it to the immigration and collected the child's passport then applied for her UK student visa including the child as a dependent. They all got the visa and currently in the UK.

If you have been granted an ADOPTION CERTIFICATE by the court, you're good to go. It's not your business whether they take it to Abuja or not

BeuHarry

Sending documents to Abuja sounds very awkward to me and I tend to believe that the Kaduna people are right with their claim. I am not an expert though.

My advice is you should independently seek legal counsel. You can also ask for the relevant laws and read it yourself to clear all doubts. Please do not drop the poor girl.

We asked someone in the ministry in Abuja and he said Kaduna state ministry knows they are supposed to send them the file with a letter. I don't know why the people here have refused to listen to my requests and send the file. At this point, I'm thinking of getting a lawyer to help find out what the problem is or go to Abuja and start the process all over again. Thanks for your input.

Thanks for your input. I have the adoption certificate from kaduna state. Someone that knows someone in the ministry in Abuja said Kaduna state is supposed to send the file and a letter to them. Without that, I can't even get a passport for the girl. As they still have to send copies to NAptip, NIS, foreign affairs and the likes.

Good day everyone. Please I need help on this adoption thing. I started my daughter's adoption last year in Kaduna state. I was issued an adoption certificate last year after all the back and forth. Reached out to someone here that is now in Canada with their adopted daughter and she explained that the process is more complex as I still have to request the adoption file to be sent to Abuja for some other processes. I have been going to the ministry here in kaduna to pls send our file to Abuja so I can continue the process but they keep saying there's no need for that. Told them to just send it so I can fulfil all righteousness but they said they don't do that.
Pls, has anyone here done adoption in Kaduna state before? What was the process like? Can I go to Abuja and start the process all over again? This process has been holding me down since last year. I had thought of leaving the girl out of my application but she has been with me for 6years and it will be unfair to just send her back to the village like that. Someone help me, please.
