Well, to be frank, women lie too. but to answer ur question, some of them are not emotionally equipped to tell the truth, Or mature, really, they think telling the truth makes them vulnerable, and apparently men are too good to be vulnerable, They make women wear their hearts on their sleeves, and protect themselves by using a lie as their scapegoat for emotional security that way they never get hurt.
