watching d gold crash with fingers crossed...

strong support for gold @ 1309... expecting a bullish bounce b4 price get there because break of dat level might mean this present correction might turn to a retracement with price targeting 128/7xx... overall am still bullish biased till 139/143xx

October could be the end of tapering in the US. If the US economy recovers at the present rate then we could see the tapering of QE end in October. So far, during every meeting the Fed has tapered by $10bn, the minutes show that they are likely to taper by $15bn dollars at the last meeting in October. This is providing there are no hiccups in the recovery until October.

Regardless of when tapering will end (highly likely this year), there has been much speculation on when interest rates will rise.

Holding GA and ej short with a open mind becos warning of typhoon and yen is still strong... Following with tight stop loss... Don't want the Bulls to take me by surprise....

Pinbar formed on ej on Friday 4h chart is still active... A break of 133.59 invalidates the pin... A close below the 7Ema that is a black candle close below the 7Ema will make me short this pair for a possible target of 132.50...

My initial bias this week is bullish 134.50/70 is possible this week but 135.50 shud prove stubborn this week... A close below 132.40 wud change my bias to the downside because it will expose 131.60 but 130.20/00 psychology level shud definitely hold this week... The long term is still bullish. I want ej to come down 132.70/50 area and give a buy signal that will make me target 134.00/20 area... Though ej is very good @ giving 2 valid signals every week on the 4h chart..The stochastic on d 4h is already in overbought territory... So am waiting for a sell signal frm my system and a close below 7Ema for confirmation... The RSI is @71 and Atr is @35...I shud nt risk more than 35pips for this pair this week... All trades will be taken from 4h chart and 7Ema for confirmation... 

Tweezer forming on ej 4h...6.00pm buying this pair once the tweezer is complete... A more conservative entry is to wait for price to close above 7Ema...

I am waiting for ej to either come down below 131.40 and reverse up to form bullish divergence or a 4h candle to close above 7Ema... 

I don't why I am so much in love with this pair... Maybe it's because it gives a valid buy and sell signal in d same week... Well... My initial outlook this week is neutral... A break below 131.40 might mean a downtrend wants to surface... 130.50 is very possible this week... 130.00 psychology level might prove stubborn to break. I shud take all buy and sell signal this week... I will use my dynamic 7Ema to confirm the signal i.e a close above 7Ema for a buy and below for a sell... On the upside a 4h candle close above 132.55 will most definitely expose 133.20... The RSI is approaching... ATR is 42 pips for the 4h chart... Though a buy signal is already generated on my 1h chart... A close above the 7ema on h4 will give the signal more credibility... I shud risk nothing more than 35pips for 75pips 1st tp and 100pips 2nd tp...
