PTDF aptitude test will be written in various schools and departments when school resumes. The exam was delayed because of the ASUU strike, so am sure january the exam will be taken. If ur course and school was short-listed in their application, and u got the PIN. U will definitely write the exam....

@Nony1 U and I know that the first Screen Test was Highly compromised, and there are a lot of social network irregularities and propaganda. At least the second screen test was kinda regulated and believe me even people that score 30% or below are actually brilliant. Nigeria has an inborn problem of corruption and cheating, MUSTE realised that, and even when they know they can't stop that, they decided to reduce the possibilities of the practise. Their are a lot of irregularities, I agree, but even the economy and the society at large isn't fair... We live in a society where luck supersedes brilliance. I hv been opportune to work b4, and I practically failed one job interview because I could not tell my interviewers a joke as they demanded. So, I did not support the motion of using the first TEST, other criteria can be used in addition to the tests scores. Muste have tried, because I remembered some persons could not write the test last saturday because they could not clear their browser Cache, when the formal dummy site has been stored, that's a knowledge if u know how to do that. I could do that, but their server hanged on me. Like I said earlier, we all should prepare for the worst, while we hope for the best.....

We all should prepare for the worst, while we still hope for the BEST.... If I am awarded I will be glad, and if am not I will be happy for the person's that were awarded. We all are in Public Universities and the funds, no matter how small will be a relief to some persons. I wish everyone the very best....

But I've gone through all 23 pages of the thread and I think that all your disagreements are just fruits of frustration, disappointment and worry...And I do not blame you as that is perfectly normal.

You must however realise that whether you were affected negatively or not, you owe yourselves the duty of solidarity and the ability to speak with one voice on this - as fellow applicants of the scholarship, victims of torture and members of this thread.

MUSTE is a philantrophic establishment - YES! But there are standards...I do not think that anybody has the right to put you through all of this because they want to help you. This is why government shuts down some orphanages when they do not think that they are capable of pursuing their goals, no matter how genuine they seem! I understand that MUSTE does not owe you anything, but ever since they made a call for applications they became bound to ensure that the process is as smooth and fair as possible.

And to those suggesting that they cancel the entire scholarship due to irregularities....that is apparently not the best option - You do not throw away the baby with the bath water!

I think that you should make your feelings about this known in any polite way possible so that things may be improved and I do not regard it as fair that some people are trying to disuade the genuinely hurt and pained people from reaching out to the press or media and making them look childish, over enthusiastic, or desperate for the 100,000 naira. P.S: If the money means nothing to you, why did you join this thread or even apply in the first place
If you give this a united and coordinated fight, I strongly believe that everyone (including MUSTE) will be better for it.

I am in UI presently and i entered with HND from pti effurun, I don't hv a GPA, some persons just left secondary school, some are in for Post Graduate, so b4 u post smtin, pls check if it makes sense in ur own subconscious mind b4 clicking the submit button. U lack the moral ability to tell MUSTE how to conduct their test, so start posting ur letter, u can become famous with dat. i wont like to exchange words with u, i logged in to the fisrt test, but was logged out immediately i fill my info, and i logged him after some time to see that score, even when i had 0% and thats becos i did not write the test, i did not oppose muste from giving the grant to the people that passed, afterall they are not oweing me. so if u score 40%, i wish u well, and if u dont get it, pls move on with ur life..... u telling me see ur hand mouth or whatsoever, proves how immature u are. i dont just comment on forums, i comment to pass a tangible information accross, because i learnt some persins are still calling for the cancellation of the test.

i think the people in first batch did better than second batch, i did the second batch, and believe me most people that took the test that day svored below 40%, so lets all of us that score above 50% to be hopeful, and people that are taking the issue personal because they scored low marks should stop ranting and face reality. Muste is not owing any of us, we are priviledge to be part of this exercise. so let the best and qualified students be awarded.

yes, i believe the cut-off mark will be 50% and then institutional strenght will be considered when there is a tie, i mean when many persons fall on the pass mark and few has to be selected. considering the various scores that was recorded..... 80% is almost impossible in that test......
