Tobbie9: It's to ensure that only true Lagos state indigenes get d scholarship, u know Lagos is a rich state and anyone can claim they're lagosians(so as to benefit from d largesse) and easily pay 2500 to get d LGA certificate, so the oba's letter is used to sanitize d system since it's a bit more difficult to get


P.S: The oba can be the one of ur region not necessarily the overall oba of Lagos, pls try and get it cos without it they won't give u d letter.PEACE

Oboy, collecting my atm was not that easy for me at GTbank in ibadan. I arrived at the bank at around 12noon and left around 6pm!!! Yes 6pm!!!!!. Ask me why? bureaucracy!!!!!! But at last, I got my atm. Weeee..... 100thouand in my kitty. Shouldn't take soo long for subsequent people coming to ibadan. I guess we were the first set and that's why it took them so long. My shout out goes to those that have collected there atm HAPPY SPENDING!!!!!!!.......

Collection of letter frm The scholarship board is easy, I even giv them #500 self (9ja pple will always demand sha ni)....bt unfortunately 4 me, I got GTBank, d devilish woman deprived me of collecting my ATM o....cos they need my school idcard, agbami letter and admsn letter bt I was unable to provide the admsn letter, she rejected my courseform also..........
