I think u can only use GTBank, I had the same issue initially, but I tried gtb and it worked

Cbliz,I am an Abia state awardee,UNN,Medsurg,I'm currently in Abia,d necessary documents required by the state scholarship board Abia are:2 passports,2 Office files,LGA ID,LETTER FROM PARAMOUNT RULER IN YOUR COMMUNITY,SCHOOL ID,ADMISSION LETTER(SCHOOL OR JAMB),CONGRATULATORY EMAIL FROM AGBAMI(THE 1 CONTAINING YOUR NAME). Make photocopy of these documents,I submitted mine and wad told to return on Monday for my letter and d GTB said I should come back on next week Thursday

d requirements r jamb rslt,skl id,jamb admissn leta,congratulatory msg 4rm agbami d 1 wif ur name,1 passport,local govt identification letter,100 naira 4 file..d scholarship board is in d ministry of eduatn.d 1st floor..ministry of edu is @ secretariat porthacourt road

4 my ondo guys, i hope u find dis info useful, take a taxi from d motor park 2 oja, from oja , from oja, take a bike 2 scholarship board in oke eda. At d board, dey wil request 2 see ur id card and ur local government letter, after wich u wil be given 2 copies of original award letter.u keep one original copy 4 urself and u take one 2 d bank.from d scholarship board, u take a bike 2 gt bank, make sure u av original and fotocopiz of ur admizn leta, award leta and id card. Dey attend 2 agami stufz 4rm 9am -2pm.
