Requirements
We're looking for dedicated, organised and articulate Field Operations Associates (riders) to work with us in Ojodu-Berger, Lagos. Working as a self-motivated person, and as part of the wider operations team, you will spend all of your time ‘in the field’ providing our services to the public.

Qualifications Required
Must Be a female over 18yrs.
Minimum of OND in any discipline.
<1 year of experience as a marketer or customer service in any industry is an added advantage.
Must be a resident in Lagos and reside within Ojodu Berger and it’s environs

Responsibilities
Pickup and Delivery of Saja stations
Re-charging batteries and ensuring you have the appropriate items
Troubleshoot technical issues (note: this isn’t a ‘technical’ role - you just need to be able to follow a process)
Clearly communicating technical issues and escalations to the Saja Operations and Tech teams
Explaining/Selling the Saja services to the public
Managing and maintaining excellent professional working relationships with every stakeholder

You will need to
Supply your own transport - ideally via public transportation or private vehicle
Be highly professional, organised, outgoing and friendly
Be able to communicate clearly and simply - not get flustered in situations involving ‘technology’
Have common sense and be able to operate independently

The driver doesn't have to "cajole" the rider.

We will direct traffic to the rider to be aware of this.

And honestly, if a rider has a bad day, hopefully scanning a QR Code to get a reward brightens their mood

Remind us again how the thing works? Is the driver suppose to cajole the rider to scan this qr code, if so that means the driver is responsible for doing the bulk of the work?

I am just trying to imagine a rider who's day has been pretty rough, and here I am trying to tell them to scan some qr code.

Some drivers here complain that the business is getting tough by the day, considering haven to deal with some unruly riders. bros, this your qr code can make person chop unwarranted slap o!
