After much emaills and calls jumia finally collected and refunded me back my money.

Well now am back to the drawing board as to which good phone with at least 2gig/3gig ram and 16/32gig rom... With atleast 3500mah ...ofcus 5.6inches screen.
I need a phone that wont crash on me like umidigi s2lite.

Hmmm jumia is saying they won't take it back kinda talk... Tried emailing them yet it seems their mail box is full cus it keeps bouncing back saying their email is full ... Hmmm smh

It seems umidigi products are bad and reboot/crash frequently especially this S2 lite. Their cameras are also poor. I have gone online and the review comments are not good.
I might have to cancel my A3 order to avoid stories that touch

It could even be a 3rd party app, causing this issue. My suggestion before you send back, reset phone, don't install any apps and observe........

I intend to call jumia tomorrow to complain ... But as I went to read the reviews about this s2 lite on jumia.... Smh its crazy cus all of them are complaining of same thing .... Phone rebooting by it self .

Check out the reviews. On jumia . I don't think I will be ordering phones from jumia again.... I rather go back to my regular phone vendors .

Turn off phone, turn it back on, when you see logo,press and hold power down button....

I tryed doing that but after holding power and volume down key on this s2 lite ... Nothing happened.... No menu was displayed


The phone just kept booting as if I wasn't even pressing any key ....


Mehn na wa oo if I had known I would ve just added more money and buy Nokia and ve rest of mind ...

Truth is this umidigi s2 lite is very cool in all but this its frequent rebooting or crashing at will is killing my vibes ...

If you are not happy with it, simply inform Jumia and log a complain.......

Software is up to date and no pending updates ... But crashing still persists .....

It was network issue so I removed etisalat and use mtn .... It finally downloaded and I ve installed the update and it rebooted ... Just now ... Hope it won't crash again ?

This Umidigi brand is quite popular. I've seen the specs on the umidigi one and it looks amazing on sheet especially when you compare with xiaomi phones in the same price range, they have better specs. However, the reviews from from people is quite mixed. While some have praised the phone to high heavens others complain bitterly. Jumia does not manufacture phones, so cannot sell sub standard phones. They sell what the manufacturer supplies (not unless you are buying refurb devices).......

Umidigi has a shop on Jumia, and Umidigi supplies phones directly to Jumia........

I cannot give you any opinion on the Umidigi A3, simply because mine is not available yet and it's still on presale......

But one thing I can tell you about Umidigi batteries is, they are true to their MAH capacity........

The Umidigi A3 is indeed a stylish device at a fair price point .........

i am only considering the pro versions...
But what about umidigi s2 lite.. Wats ur say??

By the way since this A3 pro runs a 3250mah or so with a wireless quick charge.... Now can it be compared to umidigi s2 lite phone with 64gig and 4gig ram that comes with 5000mah battery in terms of longer battery life per full charge on maximum usage per day.?? ... Am just tryn to ask which of the two phones battery last longer without having need to charge everyday!?
