Please help. My HP laptop can't read CD's but only DVD's. My problem is I'm getting this error message: Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt C:\Windows\inf\Biosinfo.inf.
I need to repair the OS but can't as my laptop doesn't read cd's.

Is it possible to save the OS software on the flash drive?I'm using windows XP professional.

Any Guru's who might help here?
