We shouldn't let them do to us what they did to us with ikwerres and aniomas. There is strong possiblity these people create secret groups that go about creating enemity bw people.
American hardly encourage such frictions with europeans or fellow Americans the way these people instigate us.

The percentage shows a ratio of people that passed in a single state, it doesn't mean more people literally passed the exams more in any given state than another.

hence the percentages since the states dont have equal number of students,your just going back and forth. Besides i dint see anybody saying tthat literally more students passed in some states than others, you manufactured that theory yourself
