I'm an introvert too, but I also have severe Social anxiety disorder.

What kind of help should I seek out? Psychologist or psychotherapist? Or are they the same..

Also can someone suggest where I could get this sort of help in Lagos, preferably on the island.

OP i believe you know nothing about what the struggle for gender equality entails. Besides the more you and your kind of women make statements like these, the more you give men the boldness to go and behave as they like.
