Get atleast 3-5 vouches from known monikers before you go ahead in the transaction.
Don't also forget to use a well known escrow.

Of course. However, it's much easier to change from Germany to France than vice versa.
Only because PTDF sends German list to Daad and Daad can only shortlist the scholars sent by PTDF.

However, France process is more easy and straightforward. Scholars do not need anyone to shortlist them again after PTDF.

I applied for HIPS and they are requesting proof of residence issue by the local government office that shows my address in front of it. LASSRA does not and that's the only thing i know so far that i can get from Lagos. Please help if you have had a similar experience
