I like how she and her late hubby have maintained her name as 'MRS' and not Pastor Mrs or prophetess Mrs, this goes to show that anointing cannot be transferred through marriage. You do not automatically assume the role of a pastor, evangelist or prophetess because your patner is called. I pray God grants her the wisdom and knowledge to lead the church beyond how prophet T.B Joshua left it. |

chatinent: Do you have the receipts of the property? Is there a will?
Engage with a lawyer.
Know your right, stop begging the tenant. All right. Thank you |

CountVersailles: Don't let anyone tell you something is impossible. If you will enjoy and can be creative with your fashion designing, by all means you should do it. You could become the first person to set a trend that many will love. The most important thing is that you derive satisfaction from even the small wins. From my side, I would say you should definitely give it a go. The Nigerian community in Canada is growing at such an accelerated rate that even CAD is becoming expensive now. In 10 years, all things Nigerian will be in greater demand. I wouldn't be in the least surprised if this includes Nigerian fashion. There never used to be many African stores by Nigerian. But these days, with the continuing influx of Nigerians, African stores by Nigerians are popping up left, right and center. Who knows what Nigerian thing will be in demand in a few years. So, please do it! Thank you so much! I'm starting next week |

megastu: Once your design is cosmopolitan in nature and you have reasonable access to getting materials from Nigeria, you will do well. Clothes generally have been in low demand due to lockdowns and lack of parties but with time the demand might surge back. Go for it! Thank you |

Hello guys. I'm in the middle of my immigration process(5 months post AOR), but it's been slow due to covid impact. I am a tailor and I make menswear, majorly native wear. I wanna learn how to make women's wear before the year runs out. My question is how lucrative is fashion designing in Canada? Do you sew native wears there? Or you order from Nigeria whenever you wanna use one. Do people buy ready-to-wear locally made outfit? And how often do people wear African designs? I know it could be seasonal cos of winter. Lastly, is it a business that can be done from home? Thanks so much I aspire to study to become a nurse in Canada, but I just love this fashion stuff. Hopefully I'd be able to manage both together. |

Cuttycool: Your mum is wrong. Three years is too long a time to wait, and before the expiration of that three years they will sell it off or bring up another manipulation. I cant understand what you are doing with a mischievous lawyer, for village people to be able to manipulate your lawyer means they are really wicked, so make sure you thread carefully. Get another lawyer and sell it off. Thank you |

Coldshisha: Sell the property before they make your life miserable, make it a surprise sale and don't make them know This is one of my worries, how do I sell it without them knowing? I'm sure whoever wants to buy it would definitely want to check it out... |
Family › Re: . by ShalewaT(op): 12:16am On Jun 09, 2021 |
Housing: You may sell it with only option of buying another one in an area you can better protect it. From your narration, you arebstill young and likely to make wrong investment options or endeavours. If you are afraid of losing the property convinced your mummy about the idea of buying another one with the proceeds.
You need to seek more guidance and be prayerfully about the whole thing.
Best luck Thank you. It's not been easy. I'll definitely make good use of the funds. |

GreenFarmsNG: It is simple. It even pays you self. You don't need tenants permission to sell your property even if they have paid for ten years. Put it up for sale. Get a lawyer. And sell. They will be given 90days or 6 months to quot you sell and get your cash. Find a good lawyer.
It is too easy. If you need a stubborn partner engage me and watch me take action. I like dealing with troublesome people. Font be scared. Take the Bull by the horn. Sell it off. They want to take advantage of you cause you're young. If you agree to their bullying antics when it's 3 years they'll say they paid 10 years.
All of what you mentioned is to your advantage. No owner needs the permission of a renter before selling anything. Na
Some. Tenants tried this same nonsense with my sister. I had the property sold leaving them with thier evil plans aborted. Thank you |

IamCookie:
do you have the required documents(Cof O ; survey, others) to this particular property you inherited ? It should have accompanied the lawyer/person empowered to read the will , and delivered to you , safely. Howso, there won't be need to urgently sell it off. But i guess you don't have them(documents)... Engage the services of another property lawyer , if you think the other one dealings is suspicious... Thank you. Getting the documents shouldn't be a problem |
