CIBC... Payment got to them the next day I submitted the transfer form at the bank.
Just ensure you have a Dom account in your name.

I reapplied via the new portal, there is a place to fill in the number on your medical form which I did.
I also attached my medical form in the place holder for consent form.
No webform raised.

I reapplied 10th March but my upfront medical hasnt been updated even though i included it among the docs i submitted while applying. Did u send yours as webform or you included among submitted docs while applying the 2nd time.

You can't use form A. You can open a Dom account then fund it with dollar from black market.
The transfer to the bank for GIC has to be from an account in your name.
I just concluded mine last week.
