So unfortunate people can't see what's happening about this voting of a thing. An ethnic group have decided to vote for their own in mass regardless of their personality while some dumb other ethnic group of people are following them leaving their own behind. To bad.
This is the most foolish thing to say. You think going tribalistic will change anything.. Everybody is not as bitter as you are. Those voting know better...

He is one of the criminals.
He is subtly asking us to accommodate our LANDLESS fulani brothers by giving them LANDS in the 36 STATES as CATTLE COLONIES.
Tomorrow they will now tell us how the entire NIJERIYA is their land by right of CONQUEST.
When a fulani is speaking, listen very well and read between the lines.
Only the discerning can understand these naturally born tricksters

He is saying the truth. The north have a large land mass, then why not use it, we are in modern age. if my land is not fertile for agriculture, I will apply fertilizer and get a better yield, I don't go looking for who I will colonize his land.

There was massive crowd at Michael Okpara Square in Enugu as Enugu State Teachers massively rally support for the Enugu state Governor Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi.

According to NGHUBS.COM , the teachers marched through the streets of Enugu to Michael Okpara Square to express solidarity to the Governor.

The Teachers who turned out in mass asked the governor to "Move on" as they are solidly behind him in 2019.

The teachers further conferred on Governor Ugwuanyi the tittle of "Odozi Obodo I" of Enugu State.

NGHUBS.COM had earlier reported that Governor Ugwuanyi has approved the payment of 13th month salary to Enugu state workers ahead of the Christmas celebration.

PoliticsRe: Farmers To Pay Fee For Protection – Ogbeh by shalomp: 7:24pm On Jul 21, 2016
mrkayusfit:
In my opinion i think the farmers are self centered. Remember these herdsmen are Nigerians and they have the right to live and do their businesses any where in Nigeria. What's the big deal in allocating some portion of their farms for cattle grazing? If they were also rearing cattles, won't they graze them? The herdsmen are majorly the source of beef in the country and since everyone patronizes their meat, why can't we support the grazing bill so they can stop moving their cattles in the cities and instead have grazing fields? If every state creates grazing reserves don't you think it will limit clashes between farmers and herdsmen? I know there are bad eggs amongst the herdsmen but we can't throw away the baby and bath water. There has to be a compromise for the sake of peace.

The farmers should be ready to pay for their protection since they are doing their private business. They are not expected to buy guns to protect themselves. The government will provide security if they are ready to pay. The fulanis are not violent people, let's stop the stigmatization of herdsmen sad
Oga abeg listen to ur self. Does anybody give their land to the farmers to farm just because they produce food. The meat that they supply is it for free? Cattle rearing is a private business and should be conducted as such not getting every one involve. Nobody owes nobody here. Remember that the farm they destroy are people's sweet without any help from anybody or the so called government. The most painful aspect of this is that they left the most pressing issue here, which is people's safety and are talkg about '''COWS''. If I may ask, how can I give out my land to the same person that is killing me and destroying my means of livelihood? Evil can only last for a short while but truth must surely prevail!

from my understanding of the whole episode.... their was a relationship BTW the judge and the woman before she ever thought of divorcing her husband.
what arrangement? who went for divorce first? Let's be sincere some men that are very much married do get women pregnant outside their marriage and heaven don't fall but here we talking about people that are no longer married. ..

Blame your husband more; he's the one you hv a business with. . he did everything with his eyes open. .
Ofcourse, two of them are one of a kind. Both are desperate!

Not necessarily.

The European authorities may well know about the wife in Nigeria (his legal wife). It is still very possible for this guy to get married illegally to another woman in Europe. In a court or church wedding, both parties would have been asked if they were, or had ever been married. If both stated no, they would have been given a date.

Records of marriages that took place outside Europe are NOT held on record in the European country the marriage is taking place in. There would have been no knowledge of the man's legal marriage in Nigeria UNLESS there was any degree of doubt, enough to trigger a check with the immigration service, who will of course hold records of the Nigerian marriage.

It is obvious the marriage in Europe is bigamous, so to all intents and purpose, is NOT valid. The Nigerian wife remains legally married, and can travel based upon her current status alone.

I would still travel (she's free to do so) and find my own way. Settlement won't be easy, but at least she can get her marriage dissolved (I can't see her husband contesting it) and possibly blow the whistle on her cad of a husband. Bigamy IS illegal in Europe.
Tnx so much! Your comment is very helpful

For you to have been given a visa as his wife he would have had to have satisfied the visa officer that he is in the country legally and also that he is married to you

So I dont know what need he has for this other woman. Even if he lost his job and house, that should not mean that the next step is to get another woman pregnant. No correlation at all.

Unless he used to the woman to get his papers, has legally divorced her and used his status to bring you in, but the woman is still in his life in terms of a relationship. Does this other woman know about you do you know?

To be honest your husband is the only one who can unravel this story as its not adding up at all. Get him to be honest with you so at least you know where you stand. He owes you that at the very least.
She knows about me and she is fighting so hard to break my marriage. I believe she has given him a lot of money too

He said that he was involved in some illegal business. And his paper was collected from him. so for him to get his papers back or maybe given another one he went and married the lady and I don't know how that is possible since
they have already asked me to come as his wife

My guess is that all those stories are just to 'ratify' what he had done, and of course prevent you from coming over. If he stops you coming over, you may have to reconsider the marriage. It's your choice. The world is so full of selfishness.

Seriously I think we have got to the point now that anyone whose spouse is travelling abroad should be asking the question

"Dear what papers are you travelling on"

If your hubby travelled on a 6 month visiting visa to hustle, but had no intention of coming back after 6 months, then its almost certain that he will end up marrying someone or doing some wuru wuru for papers.

People should stop burying their heads in the sand

From the sounds of it, he has another life over there and that a baby is involved shows that it wasn't just a financial agreement.

Bigamy is illegal in some countries but I dont know how you can fight your case from Nigeria

You sound like you love your husband so I dont really know what to advise. I have heard stories of men not seeing their Naija wives for 10 years. So you need to know what exactly you are signing up for.
It's not about love now but making the right decision

Hi nairalanders,
Please I need you people's advice urgently. My husband is based in Europe. And my papers were through around October last year. I was given my visa and was to travel by October ending when one day he called to tell me that he has problem. That his papers has been collected from him. That he has lost his job and his house too. I was trying to know what was happening but he kept me in the dark until he came back this Xmas telling me that a lady that she used to know is helping him. That she is accommodating him since he has no house anymore. That she is carrying his baby and that he has married her in court.
Me and my husband has been married in court here in Nigeria and he went ahead to do another court marriage in Europe
Saying that my heart is broken is understatement!
Please nairalanders, how can the law protect me in this situation. Is such permitted in Europe? Lawyers in the house please help me.

To be honest I do not know . But I think it should be possible for u to renew it ... maybe u should send them a mail jist to be sure. Since ur visa is already approved, I dont think it should matter so much. And as a married person joining her husband, they have no choice but to give u a visa. Its ur right.
If u believe these issues cannot be sorted out within the three months that ur visa holds, then tall the embassy before hand. I cant advise u on this... I dont really know... maybe u shouldnt have stamped the visa. U should have waited till anyday u are certain before picking it up.
Thank you very much. God bless your kind soul
