Cerebral palsy is a non-progressive damage to a developing or an infantile brain,leading to motor defects & delay in developmental milestones.It is not curable,but it is managable.The victims can be rehabilitated to a near normal status.Even,if the level of lesion is low & capable hands are managing the child,the child will be taken to a status,which will be that of a simple infantile hemiplegia.The management is 20% medical & 80% physiotherapy.Take d child to any functional teaching or state hosphtal in your locality.I am advising you as a health professional.Best of luck.

How authentic is this issue of being unconscious?.I'm saying this because NTA beamed an interview of this Hon last night.Though,his head is still in bandages,but he responded well to questions asked him.Based on that interview,the man is very conscious,infact his GCS is 15/15 based on eye opening,motor & verbal response.Except the interview is "photoshoped".
