For the record, Sijuade was made Ooni is 1980 during which Nigeria was under civilian rule headed by Alhaji Shehu Shagari.

The picture in question could not have been taken during his entry into Ife upon his selection in 1980.

First, why would he be accompanied by a supposed military governor during a civilian rule?

Second, the naval person in uniform was Admiral Augustus Aikhomu who came into prominence under Babangida (1985 - 1993). Therefore, how did he feature in a picture that was taken in 1980 when under civilian rule?

The only thing that can be deduced is that the picture was probably taken during the military era of Babangida, long after Sijuade was made Ooni.
