It’s very easy to prepare. Ingredients are;

spaghetti
carrot
green beans
Green pepper
Onion
Normal fresh pepper known as scotch bonnet
Smoked fish
Blended crayfish (optional). I don’t use in mine.
Bonga fish
One small cup tin tomatoes.
That’s all..


First of boil your spaghetti to almost cook and make sure you apply small quantity of groundnut oil to prevent it from sticking together. Filter and keep aside.


Slice your carrots and green onion long and neat. Slice your onion and fry all including your tin tomatoes using a small quantity of groundnut oil for about 8 mins then add your fish or meat and bonga fish, seasonings like known cube and small quantity of salt. Only to boil for another 5 mins and then add your per boiled spaghetti. Mix together and allow to boil another 8-10 mins and your food is ready.
