NNPC should be scrapped or reorganised as it presently has no mission other than importation of kerosene, petrol and diesel. It operates mostly JV's, cannot successfully explore, drill, produce and market from any oilfield solely on its own. Does not have capacity to go into foreign lands to take over their oilfields for the benefit of Nigeria.
