It is wrong to use rat poison in an environment where you sell food items.  The food might get contaminated. If one customer gets ill from purchase at your store, your business will close faster.

Use poison free alternatives.
Block all entry points holes in walls, roofs etc.
Use mouse traps of all sizes.
Consider putting a cat after closing hours ( some of your items may be ruffled from the cat chasing the mice.)
To control ants, use Rambo insecticide, and make sure you attack the source.
