From my own perspective, it is the Ministry of works itself that should be concessioned, since it appears the guys at the helms of affairs have no clue on how to drive the ministry to perform its statutory duties. That is what happens when square pegs are put in round holes. Btw, will anyone board a plane to be piloted by a bus driver who has been given a handover note on how to fly the plane? Absolutely no one. |
