100% possible for a man that have fear of God in him. |
For real Windsor have a rep in Nigeria now, my sister goes to windsor, to anyone who wants to apply, you can go straight thru the school you don't need to go thru any representative to apply to school. Call Windsor University on your own, and all the information you need is on their website www.windsor.edu. |
Thanks Lawyer for the tips, all your posts are really helpful especially for those not living in nigeria. I have to say your friend was very lucky to at least receive his 4million naira back, only God knows how many have been in the same situation and never receive their money back. It's so sad the way things are in nigeria, lots of people outside country wants to come home and buy properties but dealing with all these 419 agents and their fraudulent activities can be discouraging. What so sad is that your own family members that suppose to be helping makes the matter worse by conniving with these 419 agents. |
Too expensive, can't believe it when I saw an ad for a property listed for 100,000,000 naira. I still wonder how these "greedy" agents comes up with their prices ![]() |
Madam Dollz, since you said you are not an agent, so I can assume you are either advertising on behalf of a friend(or an agent). In case my assumption is right, kindly advise your friend to at least sit down with the owner to come up with realistic price for the property in order to get it sold on time. I will still repeat myself if the below land is for 185milllion naira that is too EXPENSIVE for a plot of land, but hey you never know someone might come around and like the land and pay the price for it, anything is possible in our lovely country called NIGERIA. some people got the money like that. A plot of land under development at Victoria Garden City.185m have a nice day |
A plot of land under development at Victoria Garden City.185m Good God Almighty, a plot of land for 185 million naira(THAT IS TOO DARM EXPENSIVE) or 1.8million naira? what do you mean land under development, what kind of structure is on the land that makes it that expensive, Anyhow, I pray you find buyers for your properties, Happy New Year |

Hi everyone, this question is to those that knows the current price of building materials my family is working on a house project in ogun state, 3bdrm 3 1/2 bath and 2 bdrm 2 bath bungalow style on a plot of land. foundation of the house as been completed, the builder said 25 tipper of filling(laterite) will be needed to fill the foundation. my question is what is current price of a tipper of filling(laterite), we were told it cost 10,000 naira per tipper. and also the price of cement and block at the moment. thanks |

hello everyone, particularly those that have experience with building and document approval. I was told the below document will cost me approximately 250,000 naira for approval, do you have an idea how much this documents usually cost in ogun states area, by the way I have no idea about building in nigeria, i'm also a female just trying to build a decent bungalow where me and my family can stay when we visit, i appreaciate your input 1. survey 2. tax clearance 3. 3 years of development levy 4. purchased receipt-was told they need to get the original certify ?5. 5 set of architectural drawing for approval |
thanks, everyone for replying, I will post the whole quotation later on, but looking at the quotation is architect design and architect drawing different thing, he is charging $60,000 for design and $90,000 for drawing and was told there will be 10% charge for job supervision is this charge normal. thks |
hey everyone, question I recently inquire to get a quotation to start foundation for 4 bdrm 4.5 bath bungalow I was quoted roughly 600,000 naira(this is including architect drawing), and I was told after that they have to fill it with "laterite" seperate charge i guess . this house will be build around sango-ota area if anyone know an architect, builder please fwd me contact name and phone. I want to get at least 2 to 3 quote, mind you I'm currently not living in naija. also was the 600,000 quotation I got reasonable? anyone with an expert opinion. thanks |
anyone have an idea how much to fence a plot of land in sango-ota area. if you do please share, thanks. |
ooops, my bad for the confusion when I realise I put dollar sign, that when I edited the post. if I have $150,000 I will not put it on a plot of land in nigeria, will invest it elsewhere . thanks @homebase, I decided to buy the land, I have ask couple of people about it, it seems they all conclude price is ok for the area. @homebase is the area developed, or is still in the process. ![]() |
hello @ homebase thanks for the insight wow that is a huge difference 10,000 naira for a plot compare to what I was told 150,000 naira. (I will have to do a research on that cos it hard to believe there is still land in nigeria that will cost 10,000 naira) although I haven't been back home in a while, question is the area develop, I was told the land is 20minute drive from sango market |
it sango-ota not ota-iju was told it close to oyedepo's church canaanland or something like that. thanks |
