Hello Chaircover,
please check your mail. thanks

chaircover:

I am a testimony and I can guarantee you that a genuine giver never lacks. Somehow God always shows up. Remove the "unemployed" from your title. I am joining faith with you that very soon it will be "employed" graduate. I know that God will do it, that I am confident of.

Awesome work Brabus, despite the hassle with the driveway the work progress is quite impressive.
As for the 3 gates pictures you posted, I think they are quite too simple for house of this magnitude. Post more gate pics smiley

Please drop them like its hot, they are only begging because you caught them.
They might attempt similar stunt, it might be your cement walking off the site next time.

helpee: LoL at the various comment so far. The funny part was that the ironbender was fasting. They all begged that it was the hand of the devil at work. Since God exposed them, I don't care about pressing further on the issues. I am just changing them.

Ok Mr, kindly make a contribution that is worth reading or as stated by Afam4eva "There are better ways to go about asking a question" #LastReply
Spyder have a goodnight, we are looking forward to friday updates smiley

all4naija: Sorry, that is not going to happen here. This is a forum. Indeed, people have different views. And, everybody can not agree on the same matter from the same perspective. That is a complete fact!
Properties / Re: The Making Of The "Port Harcourt Mansion" by sheade(f): 11:51pm On Jul 04, 2013
By mere looking, how can you conclude that the "foundation is very fragile". Honestly I don't know what it is, seems like the budget for this house didn't quite sit well with some people, particularly those thieving builders/contractors that inflate their prices. You all need to take a chill pill and stop disrupting this thread, Spyder is showing us it is possible to build an affordable house and if anyone don't like it please disappear from here.

all4naija: First and foremost, I am not a civil or building engineer . And, that is no reason to see my observation as though poor.

The foundation is very fragile and I think the dug out foundation is covered in slim mixed concrete before bricks are laid on it. I expect the whole foundation to be concreted up to 2 feet high before laying the bricks. The building is in the tropical region with a very high humidity and it wouldn't take long before the foundation start crumbling or wearing away after much soak in wetness.

Those working on the building seem to be doing the job without taking things into perspective like need for a stronger pillars and need for a better beams where mat is required to coming before filling each section with the red earth.

I think this building work is done haphazardly without having anything in mind about high quality. Still very odd merely looking at what has been done so far.

Thank you.

Mr. not to be rude I wasn't talking to you. Originally survProf was the one who linked my account to Wunmi.
And I just ask him for a request to help clear the mixed up.

Siena:

What the heck's going on here? Surveyprof was responding to BBfever. Why are you then responding?

surveyProf:

Do you want me to prove it?

Business / Re: .::. Scam Alert : Omowunmi Allen And The Pre-order Mess .::. by sheade(f): 10:00pm On Feb 17, 2013
Rooneyboy: this is another tactics, yesterday she came up with the sheade handle (sheade that was long retired since 2011 suddenly came back active on this thread) not being able to make an impact with her sheade handle ,
she chose this her new thread tactics today and forcefully tells sheade to retire once again. grin grin grin

Rofl, promise me you and the rest of people concluding that I am Wunmi will tender an apology once all the "detectives/private investigators" found out I am not Wunmi.

LMAO, this is "E-Mistaken Identity" oooooooo
To all those concluding that I am Wunmi, don't shift your attention from the real culprit.

Odunnu:
When I advised you, it was in good faith. Each of your posts still raise the red flag. The parts in bold are typical of Madam Wunmi from the little I have been opportuned to learn about her. Then again, when did you develop enough wings to mention her name without the 'Aunty' preceding it?
permit me to ask how relevant the bolded question is to the matter at hand. Madam adviser, let my posts raise red, blue, black flags If I don't have anything to hide why should I be quiet.
Business / Re: .::. Scam Alert : Omowunmi Allen And The Pre-order Mess .::. by sheade(f): 9:02pm On Feb 16, 2013
LOL, o ma ga ooo so every jack and harry is now detective/ FBI/CIA agent...
Madam Moderator last I log on to nairaland was in 2011 anyone can figure that out by looking at my profile. I do come on nairaland and I rarely log on. I saw this on the frontpage clicked the post of course the name looks familiar, as I was going from page to page I saw survProf post that had a link to my profile...I burst out laughing that was when I logged in to let him or her know that I am not your target ooo.
Because I did not logged in thru out 2012 doesn't mean I wasn't here, I come here time to time to time so throw that notion out. I'm sure if you dig very well, you will realize your assumption is false.
No need for me to be going back and forth to prove who I am, nairaland is not feeding me neither do I have anything to advertise for anyone to buy or sell.
Will be waiting patiently, when survProf comes back and makes it clear I am not wunmi. Thanks, have a great weekend.
Back to enjoying the ocean sounds and the caribbean beautiful weather wink cool cheesy

Odunnu:
Madam Sheade, its a pleasure having you on board. Welcome.
I dont know what or how SurveyP did/does his background checks but you being on this thread is as fishy and hair/antenna raising as hell.
You have never been to this part of Nairaland in all your stay on here. The last time you ever showed presence was in 2011, not once did you surface in 2012 and just today, you show up, not in properties that is your base or in religion but in Business. its kinda scary babes.
I and my co-mods will tell you we have mastered the arts of scammers well. Would you believe some scammers snitch on their multiple IDs? and as stupid as they are, they would want us to chase after the other ID while giving them a pass mark. If you ask me, that is what you are trying to do here. Something is not adding up yet concerning your relationship with Madam Wunmi. Better keep quiet to avoid being roped in assuming you are not her.
Business / Re: .::. Scam Alert : Omowunmi Allen And The Pre-order Mess .::. by sheade(f): 6:27pm On Feb 16, 2013
@surveyProf,
don't know what you are using to do your background check, and were the mixed up is coming from. I am not Omowunmi Allen smiley.
The interactions I had with the lady was on the properties section, skype chat with other nairalanders, and few exchanged emails all in 2011.
Hope you will continue to dig further, and figure out I am not Omowunmi Allen.
BTW, I have never lived in PA.

surveyProf:

Background check still coming back to back, and your mode of writing, presentation, answering question looks so so so similar to dat of Allen, and Omowunmi Omotayo Allen's email address keep bring out your username, frm d scanner!

@surveyProf, I am not Wunmi Allen
I had an interest in her "pinkequity project scheme" in the properties section and even participated in the first skype chat for those nairalanders that shown interest in the project...If I remember correctly at one point $150 or so supposed to be paid in her business account for her to do some running around for land search etc. I did some google search on pinkequity.com and visited the website that was linked to the account I sensed something wasn't right, that was how I un-followed the project.

Again, I am not Omowunmi Allen, thanks

surveyProf: Update on some of her details

Properties / Re: Please, How Much Is Plot Of Land Going For In Akobo/eleyele Ibadan by sheade(f): 6:16pm On Jul 22, 2011
@goinggreat, I really appreciate your prompt reply, for some odd reasons I was thinking Ibadan should be extremely cheap, lol, so to get into a decent area in Akobo at least we should budget 1million naira and up for a plot of land. Thanks
Properties / Re: Please, How Much Is Plot Of Land Going For In Akobo/eleyele Ibadan by sheade(f): 11:09pm On Jul 21, 2011
goinggreat:

you can get but on the outskirts of both areas.for akobo, you'll get land for that price around Elewuro/Olorunda, while at Eleyele, you'll get after Gbopa.

Thanks, goinggreat, are there people already living in the area, how develop is this area in terms of neighbourhood, income class and infrastructure. My mum want to build in Akobo specifically, and all the land her younger brothers are finding are too expensive in my opinion, recently one of them call her about a plot land somewhere in Akobo for 1.5million naira, I think she should be able to get something under 1million naira in a good area in Ibadan compare to Lagos.

Please do you have an idea how much a plot of land in Akobo area that is not in outskirt going for? And the name of the areas too, I'm trying to have an idea of price/location before we visit Nigeria soon. thank you
Properties / Please, How Much Is Plot Of Land Going For In Akobo/eleyele Ibadan by sheade(f): 9:34am On Jul 19, 2011
Hello all,
Anyone have an idea of how much a plot of land is going for in Akobo and Eleyele area.
Is it possible to get a plot under 500,000 naira in both areas.
Thanks.

Please incase you all don't mind, here is my suggestion for peace to reign and for the cyber bully of each other to stop, Since this thread is for " REAL COST OF SIX BEDROOM DUPLEX" and it was started by Spyder 880, may be AM ALONE Should open his own thread and name it "real cost of building 4 BEDROOM BUNGALOW"  at least this little cat fight can stop.  wink

Properties / Re: The Real Cost Of Building A Six Bedroom Duplex by sheade(f): 2:15am On May 17, 2011
Please stop the E-BULLY, let us concentrate on the subject, no need to poke insults at each other. I believe everyone has the right to spend their money, however they like it. Just because someone disagree with you or your ideas/opinion shouldn't result in attacking each other, If you are an expert in your field learn to share your ideas/opinion without sounding rude(too-know attitude) or arrogant, after-all whatever you know today, someone taught you.
Others, come on the thread to learn from you guys, and I'm sure we don't want situation whereby no one will contribute any longer to this thread, let keep it real, we are all adults here. Thank you
